I don't know what it is about this pharmacy I switched to them becsuse my work insurance used them and it is a bit lower in cost, but in the 4 times I called in medicine it has never been ready. First time it took over 4 trips to get full amount of pills. A month ago I had dental work done so went there for the pain medicine, they said it would be about a 1/2 hour wait I understand thst so I told her I would be back in an hour, I came back in 3 hours and they had not even started it. Last night I called in a refill for said it would be ready after 11 am today, well guess what went over at 4 pm and they are not ready, will be ready tomorrow after 2 pm. Walgreens might be lower in cost, but service is what keeps customers, and this store needs help. read more

Earlier in the week I made an appointment online for a flu shot at 9:00am Saturday morning. I printed out the forms and completed them in order to expedite my visit because I had to be at work before 10:00am. I received no less than 3 text messages and emails to confirm the appointment from Walgreens. I showed up 5 minutes early. The pharmacy team opened at 9:00 am and I told them that I had an appointment for a flu shot and gave them the completed paperwork. After being told 3 times that the system was "thinking" I told them that I expected to pay for the shot myself and not use my insurance. They said it wasn't that but creating the necessary forms. I asked how long this would take because I had another appointment. The pharmacist chimed in at this point asking what time my appointment was. I told him that I needed to leave there no later than 9:20 in order to make it. He said there was no way because he had to "prep." He said I could fill out the paperwork and come back later in the day. I told him that would not work for me because I was going to work. I then walked away. Why bother making an appointment and putting in the extra effort to complete and bring paperwork with you? I did all the pre-work to make this convenient for myself and stick to my schedule. Obviously they feel that their time is more valuable than anyone else. Even though this is the closest pharmacy to my home, I will not give them any more of my business. read more

This is the best pharmacy ever! The caring staff is wonderful and the service is great. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The manager, Yolanda, is wonderful. It is a very well-run store. I've had it with Walgreens. This is the final straw. Last Wednesday my doctor put me on a new diabetes medicine (Trulicity). The order was put in at Walgreens at Sunrise and Vista Chino that day. Wednesday afternoon I got a call from Walgreens saying they are out of stock and will let me know when it comes in. Late Friday afternoon I got a call and they said it was ready. So, I figure I will pick it up this morning. I drive up to Walgreens only to find a sign on the window that the pharmacy is now closed on Saturday and Sunday. So now I have to wait till Monday to start on my new medication. And the major problem is on Monday when I go to pick it up, the line for the pharmacy will be two to three times as long because of all the people who also were unable to get their meds over the weekend. This is so irresponsible, unethical, and a lot of other words I cannot use on this site. As far as I'm concerned, they can close the place down, board it up, and let their ex-customers find a reliable pharmacy. I'm switching to Albertson's, which seems to have a good reputation. read more

I went to get Sudafed. There are those silly cards that you take to the cashier to get the Sudafed, ok, it's the law, I get it. But the cashier throws the card away without getting the Sudafed. When he rings me up for my other item, the price seems too low. I ask about the Sudafed and his response was, "that's just a card, it's nothing". I mentioned that the cad is so that I could get the Sudafed. He tells me I have to go to the pharmacist on the other side of the store. I walk over there only to be told that they're out to lunch. It's 2pm and I can't get Sudafed because they're out to lunch. I wouldn't have been so annoyed if the cashier had just told me this instead of throwing away the card and pestering me with the rewards program. read more

This pharmacy is awesome!! That being said, the cashier ladies at the front of the store are perhaps the most rude and not nice anywhere I've been. The only reason I go here, is because it's next to my house, and I love the pharmacy crew. read more

Walgreens had a Rx drive up window and the poor customer thinks he might be getting faster express service without hoofing it into the store. Well think again! It quite the opposite!! You pull up with NO cars ahead of you and you wait and wait and finally a voice says "We'll be right with you!" For whatever that means. The you wait and wait again for sometimes several minutes. Finally they come to the window and I have told them they really need some help here and the voice inside says, "I couldn't agree with you more!" REALLY? Nothing is ever done about it. Today I sat there being ignored and I said my afternoon is more valuable to me than spending it waiting in a drive up window. And if there are ANY cars ahead of you, FORGET IT!!!! It is the slowest service I've ever witnessed and keep pledging to myself I'm going to switch. Can't stand it any longer!!! Good luck customers!!! read more

Worst photo service ever! I had to place in my order 2 separate times and I still couldn't ghetto any help. I paid for my photos to be done within and hour, and 7 hours later, I still don't have my 1 hour photos! No one wanted to help, phones weren't answered by photo lab, and I will never use walgreens ever again! read more

My second best as it is a bigger store. There is a lady cashier who is very nice and always a friendly face.

I just want to say I drive 45 minutes every month to get my prescription from this Walgreens and have been doing that for awhile. Even though I have a Walgreens less than 5 minutes from where I live it is worth the drive to have kind, caring staff. The pharmacy especially Ryan. The pharmacist is always kind and respectful. The pharmacy techs are all great too! I was down there this morning and I did not get the pharmacy techs name but she was wonderful also very helpful with my order and explained everything great. We had our flu shots here last year & we were both impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital-like room where immunizations are given. Today we returned & had a very different impression. The room was messy with boxes, a dirty trash barrel was propping a door open. It appeared to be on the verge of being a storage room rather than a room where patients are seen. Please don't go the route of your counterpart of CVS on Ramon & Sunrise & become dirty, messy & disorganized. A little effort will go a long way! read more

Worst unprofessional consumer experience with the pharmacy dept. of this Walgreen store. This pharmacy keeps losing my insurance information a fellow neighbor warned me about the extremely poor customer treatment but I was still a customer until today when my caretaker was waiting for my prescriptions to be filled. The pharmacist Ryan has always been very professional but he was not there when my Caretaker asked for him. the problem is with one of the pharmacy techs. Do not risk your health. Do not buy prescriptions from this Walgreens Pharmacy. Unprofessional, disorganized, and immature people in charge. No one is perfect, but when multiple instances have occurred where prescription is wrong, lost, not included in order it's just not worth it. There are pharmacies all over this area Albertsons, Stater Bros, CVS, Rite Aid, all within 3 miles and less. Main store has fun and reasonably priced merchandise. Cashiers are ok, but lack any enthusiasm, and appear to be completely burned out, lack of enthusiasm and only spark happens when there is an opportunity to complain or whine about their job, the weather. read more
