    Empty perfume case.

This is how you lose a sale to the evil one in Seattle, WA. They say they have something and when you arrive you are greeted with empty shelves. The CEO apparently said that he realizes that locking goods up doesn't help sales. Having half empty shelves doesn't either. Also, what is with the empty display case. If it's not going to be used, remove it.

    Drive-thru COVID testing

This review is for the drive thru COVID testing. Arrived at 2:55 and drove around due to some questionable signage. The booth is where you want to be at even if it looks closed. Hit the call button at 3:00. They asked for me to wait. Finally someone opened the blinds at 3:12 and told me my paperwork was printing. 3:21, got some instructions and that the test was still being setup. 3:23 got swab, finished and submitted. Additional bonus is there is a ton of stuff flying around (dandelion?). Advice - turn off your car if you come here, because you will be idling for quite a long time. Also, despite the sign asking about needing ID, insurance, and confirmation number, I didn't need any of that - just time of appointment and name. If I don't update this review, assume that I actually got a test result from this ordeal.

When we walked in the cashier greeted us! This makes my day every time. There also were workers on the floor helping us. I had never been in their Walgreen it meet our expectations and more. We had a very pleasant shopping experience lots of stocking stuffers. Harry Potter blankets. Plus everything I needed to finish up my Christmas shopping. Extra gifts at the right prices! Plus excellent customer service. We will return even tho we live in east Oakland thank you all.

This review is during COVID season. My family was able to get our vaccinations here without any trouble and the shots themselves were painless. The store is maintaining CDC regulations and expect the customers to do the same. I'm giving one more star for the easy and convenience to get the vaccine, excellent patient care and above average customer service experience.

Seriously, a pharmacy that is open M-F 9-6. closed on weekends and during the middle of the day for lunch. Only 1-2 people working. There is supply Is very low but when you do find something you get to play hide and seek with the staff.

If you could physically manifest Hell on earth then it would be the Walgreens in Pinole California and I checked carefully that this was the only Walgreens in Pinole so I don't misguide anyone. I am not sure why I'm even leaving this due to the fact that there are more 1 star and vehemently negative reviews about this place than there are candy bars on Halloween!!!!!! I have dealt with some unbelievable levels of ineptitude, incompetence and indifference from companies like Wells Fargo, Equifax and everyone's favorite PG&E! but for a small dink town in a dump strip mall in Nor Cal to send you to the brink of insanity, that is confirming and solidifying every inauspicious review!!! Without getting into a long diatribe which I have already done a little all I can advise and relate to you is that if you need a pharmacy for your prescriptions, if you need to get a Covid, Flu, Shingles, T-Dap, Cholera or Japanese Encephalitis (yeah seriously) then save yourselves from a fate worse than contracting any of those and find another pharmacy, no matter how inconvenient, troublesome or difficult because at the end of the day you will still spend less time driving to one 20-30 miles away then sitting in this pit of despair.

A glimpse of the head of the long Walgreens pharmacy line.

Doctor stated the tightness would go away. I had explained that, I was having a hard time breathing because my stomach started to bloat, whenever I ate or drank something. I was also severely constipated..He stated it would go away. In between times, I went back to get checked and I would share the same information about how I was feeling. He finally agreed that my stomach was a little fat and could use Lipo.. I asked if, he could transfer the fat to my butt .. Nov. 26, 2019, the Lipo and transfer was done , the cost was $2200.. A couple of weeks went by and I realized that my left butt cheek was much smaller than my right cheek... I also had balls of fat that had swelled up and turn black in certain spots.. I immediately reached out to Serebrakian to explain the issues that I had with my butt.. I went in to see him and the manipulation happened again... I have a story to that issue as well.. However, I got 3 treatments at $130 each in Pleasant Hill and it helped, so no more complaints regarding my bottom to him.. However to this day my right cheek is bigger than the left.. VERY EMBARRASSING . After that , I was still left dealing with my stomach issues and constantly going back and forth with Dr.Serebrakian through Via email, text , phone calls and in person visits still to get no where but rudeness and manipulation. Thanks to a friend that noticed it first the deformity of my stomach and buttocks. My stomach looks bashed in on the left side. It's August 2024 and my symptoms are still the same and a few new ones I'm TRULY SUFFERING DR.Serebrakian tried to blame my symptoms on my large uterus from having twins in 2010.. I can't have a bowel movement without taking a laxative.. My stomach bloats daily after every and anything that I eat or drink. It's extremely hard to breath with the bloating, I'm exhausted daily from doing nothing but going to work..I suffer from headaches when I can't release the toxins out of my body. I have no feeling in my lower stomach.. . I can stick a needle in it and wouldn't feel any pain.. I now struggle with lower back pain, with bloating.I've been seeking medical attention ever since the Tummy Tuck . I've had multiple test done. I have a long list of doctors that I've seen The doctors found nothing naturally wrong . June 2024, My primary care provider stated that my problems are due to the Tummy Tuck Throughout the years, I would reach out to Serebrakian and would get no where with him. He would allow me to come in to get checked but did nothing but reminded me, of how big my stomach was before he did the Tummy Tuck.. His staff was extremely rude, the lady in front with the Yvonne and then his shadow Name starts with a G. They were all very manipulative, when I shared my concerns. They would try to make me think, it was something else wrong with me mentally or come up with another reason why, I maybe having the symptoms. I was told my symptoms were never heard of and I should be thankful that, I look better. I told the doctor and G that, I didn't any longer care about not having a big stomach, I didn't feel normal, I need help ..I've begged Serebrakian for help and all he did was manipulate the situation . He lied and stated he put in referrals to UCSF and when I'd call to check, there was nothing.I respected the doctor, as well as trusted him because prior experiences with him.. Since May 10,2019, I've been suffering with stomach issues. I'm sharing in my story in hopes that someone can possibly help me and to bring awareness.. I tried to keep from exposing but the careless and lack of responsibility left me no choice.. My life will never be the same.. I wish this on no one.. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PROVIDERS WITHOUT PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO PERFORM ANY SURGERIES ON YOU. Pay close attention to providers that's just out for the money..

I really appreciated how thoughtfully she evaluated my facial structure and shaped my brows in a way that looked natural and flattering. I also recently had my follow-up appointment and had a different vision for how I wanted my eyebrows shaped--Chakay listened, shared her professional perspective, and we met in the middle. I'm not one to argue with the expert since she clearly has the experience and knowledge, but I truly appreciated her willingness to listen and collaborate. Overall, my experience at Bar Aesthetics has been excellent, and I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, timely, and caring experience.

During my first appointment, Chakay Smith was warm, professional, and communicative. The mapping and shape of my eyebrows were done well, and I was included throughout the process. I was shown the design, asked for my input, and felt comfortable and heard. However, once the procedure was complete and I saw the final result, I was immediately alarmed by the color choice, which did not match what I requested or the reference photos we discussed. When I expressed concern, I was reassured that it could be corrected after the six-week healing period and was told, "It's better to correct something that's too light than too dark." While my trust was shaken at that moment, I gave the benefit of the doubt that the correction would be handled willingly. Later, I was informed that a $100 correction fee would apply. I explained that this was not a change of preference, but a color error. I was told customer satisfaction was the goal, and the fee was reluctantly waived. From the moment I arrived for the second appointment, Chakay Smith's demeanor was noticeably different. There was no warm greeting as before. Instead of being taken to the treatment room, I was instructed to remain in the front lobby while numbing cream was applied and told to wait 15 minutes. I waited closer to 30 minutes, while she disappeared into the back. When I was finally taken to the room, communication was minimal. There was no conversation, no check-ins, no mirror offered, and no engagement -- a stark contrast to the first appointment. She left the room multiple times during the procedure, and the overall atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. I felt as though my presence was unwanted. When the correction was finished, I was relieved and satisfied with the final color. Wanting to end on a positive note, I asked if I could hug her, and she agreed. Immediately afterward, she sternly pointed at me and the table and stated that any future corrections would require payment for her time, with no exceptions. That moment confirmed what I had felt throughout the entire second appointment -- a complete shift in demeanor from warm and professional to cold and punitive. This review is not about perfection or even the final result, which I am satisfied with. It is about how a client is treated when an issue arises, especially in a service where trust, comfort, and professionalism are critical. The contrast between the two appointments was significant and unsettling. I waited before posting publicly to allow the opportunity for this to be handled privately. I hope future clients receive not only skilled work, but also consistent professionalism and respectful treatment when corrections are needed.
