I find it funny that whenever my white wife picks up medicine for my mom no one asks to see her ID yet when I go to pick up medicine I'm asked to come inside to use my mom cc card. The card which is in the patients name despite me having a dl that shares my moms address. I have never encountered such deplorable behavior especially after being a customer for 3 years! Not all patients are able bodied and not all black people are out to steal things. Will have to think about finding a new pharmacy. read more

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist Tina and David are the beast they're really knowledgeable about all things .if they don't have something in stock they will find it or order it right away. All the techs are all so nice especially the tech stephanie she is so nice every time I come in there. I never has such great service anywhere befor. She made me feel so welcomed and important. She is patient and was very good with other customers even the difficult ones as I was observing in line . They can get really busy at times but they do there best to get people out as soon as they can . good job Walgreens. Thank you. read more

I was looking for this place because of their deals in the paper The Walgreens lay out seems to run steady through out all of them so it would be easier for the customers to find what they are looking for. The employees are nice and very helpful. I would come back again. read more

I downloaded the free "walgreens" ap to my iphone and order prints of my pictures right from my phone, and picked them up in an hour. Yay!!! Easy peezy and fast too. read more

Went in to get some cold items and saw they still had some seasonal stuff. I asked the cashier Carline to scan something for me to verify the price and she was very rude and said no. I said wow and just decided to take my business elsewhere. It wasn't like she had to go far she had a price scanner in her hand. Her attitude was awful. I visited this Walgreens location this morning and upon my arrival, began to experience medical related symptoms. The staff working were very helpful to my needs and even brought me a chair to sit in while they grabbed what I needed off the shelf! The worst pharmacy I have ever been to so far they've lost my prescription for 3 days and kept forgetting to call me back

This is for the photo department. I used to love Walgreens photo because they printed great quality photos and Instagram pics. But not anymore!!! Apparently the got a new (lower quality) machine that no longer prints the 4x4 instagrams and prints on cruddy paper with cruddy ink. They can print a 4x4 on a 4x6 sheet but it cuts off the IG framing and is very poor quality. Also, no one in the store knows how to work the machine or knows anything about printing photos. I sent in a large order via their app and it took three employees and twenty minutes to figure out a print mistake. Never going there again! read more

This Walgreens is usually very nice, I am a frequent customer and I normally get excellent service when I am here. I just came from here and my experience had started out fine, I had been asked if I needed help and when I had said I did the associate came over and helped me and even got a manager to make sure they didnt have the item I had been looking for and when they confirmed they did not have it I thanked them and got what else I came for. When i had got to the register the associate was talking with another customer and when they finished I went and put my things on the counter. The associate did not greet me, did not tell me my total and just stared at me. Then when I gave them my money they proceeded to then hold it up to the light to check if it was counterfeit. That would not normally bother me except for the fact that nobody else at this store does that and I frequent this Walgreens on a daily basis. (Im not sure if thats a new policy of theirs but I was very offended since i spend a good amount of money there and put up with a 3 dollar ATM fee. I could go across the street where everything is so much cheaper, but i dont.) So then when the associate hands me the change I said thank you and had gotten nothing in response. If the managers were bad then I wouldnt go there but I like all the managers so I feel that theres hope for change if they read this! I defended this specific associate before when my family would complain about their experience with them, but I understand now and feel the same way. read more
