This Walgreen's location is listed as a FedEx return site. I tried to return a package at this location with the QR code I was given for my return. An employee scans the code and then they print the label for you. No one working at this location knew how to do it. They didn't even try to scan the QR code I have for my return. Don't go to this location to make your FedEx returns. read more

Horrible pharmacy the pharmacists are very rude. I have complained to their corporate office prior to this last experience. Basically had oral surgery today and dropped off the 2 prescriptions at 2:45pm. My husband went to pick them up at 9:30. Was told there were no instructions in the pain med. when I asked them why they never called me or the doctors office they said they were busy and I was not a priority. To be told that is horrible plus I am in pain. This happened previously for a breathing device for my granddaughter and the too was not a priority. Makes you wonder what is a priority aren't all medications? I am moving all my prescriptions from this pharmacy. Do not ever use Walgreens in Riverton!!!!! read more

They treated me like I am a criminal and not a customer. I don't appreciated being berated by the pharmacist for bringing them an "older" prescription (5 months) even after I called ahead of time if they could fill it. They said they could. I have been filling my prescriptions with them for about 5 years. They could give me the benefit of the doubt, but the rude pharmacist women was acting like I am trying to game the system (which I am not). I was up front with them and they were rude and disrespectful to me. From reading the reviews, their customer service is atrocious and they appear to have a habit of treating people horrible. The worst pharmacy. Called to ask questions, my request was unable to me met. Okay cool no big deal. What's completely uncalled for is the pharmacist's attitude and interrupting me while I'm simply asking a fucking question. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If you can't do something then you can't do something you don't have to interrupt me and yell and mock me while I'm just trying to get some insight on getting a prescription filled here because it's closer and my daughter literally needs this prescription to breath. Ran in to pick up a couple of items and a prescription. All employees that I saw in the front of the store (cashiers, photo area) were wearing masks. But the two pharmacy technicians (the ones that help those getting COVID-19 tests at the counter) we're NOT wearing masks! All our health care professionals wear masks and require us to wear them as well. I was wearing a mask. Very concerned that the "medical" employees were violating the Walgreens's policy stating that face coverings are required of all employees. read more

If I could give this pharmacy a -5 stars I would! My Dr has repeatedly sent my REMS number for an important RX and has receipts of them all being faxed with date and time stamps- they deny receiving anything and every other call I've placed for 8 days now I get a long wait time only to be told different things each! After all this fighting back and forth with the Dr and pharmacy I was told at 2:43 my RX would be ready today in 1-1.5 hours- two hours go by and I call, wait on hold for 20 plus minutes only to be told by a major beast btw- that they were waiting again on the Dr which is complete bull- I contacted the Dr and it has been sent again and again (the code for the rems program) blood tests completed and SHE HUNG UP ON ME after I was trying to explain I had just talked to someone there and was told everything was in order... she cut me off saying, "don't start with me...." Then hung up. What a b ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR PHARMACY TO AN ENEMY!! Worst service I've had in my entire life- first and last time going to a walgreens! My man at the counter was trying his best but you could tell he had ZERO help and literally everyone in line had some kind of issue. As other employees walked by wouldn't help him in anyway. He also didn't have much training cause he kept having to figure stuff out on his own. My man was thrown to the wolves. But if that's any indication this store probably sucks. The pharmacy here is super slow and the techs all seem overwhelmed. They also completely shut down for a lunch break which causes huge delays (on top of slowness). Management should consider scheduling lunch hours for staff conducive to efficient operations. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Gave us the wrong prescription for our baby and our baby ingested the wrong prescription and we didn't realize until after the first dose. This Walgreens gave us someone's large dose of Prozac, when we were supposed to have antibiotics. I was so frustrated and called them and they didn't even apologize! They had an attitude and said "there is not much we can do, your prescription is marked as sold already". We had to keep pushing them to make things right. Finally, we had to contact our doctor after hours and our doctor has been on and off the phone for the past couple of hours with them. They didn't even ask us who's medication we had! So there is a lady out there who is going to receive the wrong medication that could potentially be fatal for her! UNBELIEVABLE! I had to schedule an emergency appointment with our doctor to make sure he was ok. We also had to have our doctor call several times. They insisted we pay for a refill but we demanded they just correct the issue - we have already paid for the medication once! We still have yet to resolve the issue after speaking with several staff members. The staff is rude, unfriendly, and couldn't care less if your medication is correct or not. Once we get this prescription, we will never be going back to another Walgreens again. You would think when something as serious as ingesting medication that isn't made for you due to the negligence of Walgreens, they would actually be nice and willing to help. NOPE! Poor health care "experts". I think someone needs to reconsider their pharmaceutical license. read more

Customer service is through the roof. Collin deserves a raise. I couldn't find the gift card I was looking for and he look everywhere but we couldn't find it so I left. He runs out and says he found it. He kept looking even after I left! Definitely recommend. read more

The terrible manager here is extremely rude and got all combative on me. I came in looking for an item that was clearanced at certain discount at every Walgreen's location, except his. He gets all uppity at me in front of customers and employees, for no reason. He said the other locations were breaking company policy, and then continues taking it out on me. Hey, I'm just the messenger. I didn't stand for the rude treatment, had it out with him right there, a ridiculous argument. He was wrong, he knew he was in the wrong, blaming me just for asking a question. He reluctantly and in angered silence gave me the discount. Then said he would call every other Walgreen's store to yell at them. What a scene over nothing. How does such an angry, small man manage a store like this? I have had my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens for years--until today. I called to check on a co-pay--to ask why it was so high and if there was a generic we could substitute. HORRIBLE! Said they would transfer my prescriptions - took 2 in person attempts and one phone call. Went to pick up at New location and was told Walgreens shows I already picked up from them, which never happened. I called and talked to a nasty b**** who said she was the pharmacist. I tried to explain what was going on and she wouldn't stop interrupting me asking me questions and answering them HERSELF before I could. I asked her to stop talking and listen to me PLEASE. After I explained the situation, she said "Are you done talking now? Are you going to stop talking and listen to me now? Hear what I have to say. You've talked enough." She proceeded to put me on hold and by the time she came back - about 5 minutes - the new location spoke to someone else there and got it taken care of. I confirmed she was the wench I was just speaking to and told her she should NEVER that kind of tone and speak to customer the way she spoke to me. She then had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't speak to her the way I did. EXCUSE ME? I then told her what I thought of her and hung up. I've used this Walgreens for years and have had all my prescriptions filled there until recently. My son is on a controlled medication which needs to be ordered in. The prescriptions are time sensitive and expire 30 days after they are active. We brought the prescription in to be filled with at least a week of time before it expired. We hadn't heard from them a week later so my husband went in to pick it up. They told him the medication was on back order and now it was too late to fill because the prescription was expired. I called the next day to speak to the pharmacist. "Pharmacist speaking" answered. She didn't give me the courtesy of telling me her name. I asked about the prescription and asked for clarification. Never once did she say she was sorry or empathize with my frustration. She repeatedly interrupted me and told me to "calm down ma'am" and "let her finish." At one point she said "Let me tell you how this works." and explained how it was my responsibility to follow up with them, that they were too busy, and I don't have to have it filled there - I could take it anywhere. I'm following her advice from now on and never taking my business to any Walgreens again. read more
