I have gone to this Pharmacy since 2010. Over the past two years we have put up with the worst service ever thinking it might get better, but it doesn't. The turnover is atrocious. Today my medication's were basically thrown at me through the window after them taking 15 minutes to respond. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions out of here. What could improve you ask? Got a message my prescriptions were ready for pickup. Came in to pick up my prescriptions. Was told they were put back. There's a 10 day limit. It did NOT say that on the message!!! And the drive through is closed. read more

This review is specifically about the minute clinic inside of the CVS in Sandy off 700 E. I scheduled for a service which they offer. At the appointment I was informed they were not able to complete my service due to company policy. This is fine, I understand company policy and respect it. What I do not appreciate is the complete unprofessional attitude and downright judgmental rudeness of the provider. She literally belittled me and called me a fool. This was completely uncalled for, as I did not protest to their policy, or ask them to make any exception. She just felt it within her to let me know that I was mismanaging my health and that , she knew better than me. 100% uncalled for. read more

They've been my go to since 2011. After several attempts to reach them by phone for my diabetic supply refill ( which my Dr called in 2 weeks ago), and drove through the drive up window several times with a sign in the window stating NO STAFF, PLEASE COME INSIDE - I did. long line. I watched as the staff let the phone ring only to pick the receiver up and quickly hang it up. Not acceptable at all. We are getting medical supplies and not ordering pizza. I'll be changing pharmacies and only hope this isn't the norm these days. I can see they are stressed. It's sad. read more

I've been a loyal CVS customer for 15 years and always been happy with my service until recently at the Draper location on 700 E. and 114th S. The staff is clearly overworked. Every time I come to the drive up window there is a note on the window asking all customers to come inside due to low staffing and this location recently reduced their hours and doesn't open until 10 AM. I often wait in a very long line while my toddler runs around the store since I can't go through the drive-through and today my prescription wasn't even filled after waiting in line forever. I don't blame the staff (who are friendly despite being overwhelmed), but it appears CVS needs to invest more resources to care for their employees, or to attract more staffing. I'm ready to take my business elsewhere unless they can figure this out. read more

Best pharmacy staff! I've been using this pharmacy for years and they are friendly and helpful. Pharmacists are patient and answers all my questions. If they don't have a prescription they will give me a 3-day emergency supply until It comes in. With Covid-testing, if there are cars in the drive-thru, I find it easier to go inside. They are extra busy right now because of Covid testing. Vaccines are by appointment only. read more

I have had to go to this CVS for the past year exclusively because of an insurance reason. For my house hold fills 14 prescription a month for a total of 168 prescription (these are all generic prescription). So these should be bread and butter every day skill. They have yet to get it right, more than 50% of the time they don't have it ready even after the internal automatic system fills calls, text and communicates ready. I haven't had a month this past year that I haven't had to go back at least twice if not 3 times to fill our prescription. Very very poorly run franchise. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced! The pharmacist came late, did not open on time. There were about 20 people waiting. He said he needed some time to get his computer up and running. The complaint is that they do not have prescriptions ready, maybe if they opened on time they could have prescriptions ready on time. I called in a prescription one week ahead of time. Prescription was not ready. They said they were a week behind on their prescriptions. However, I did call it in one week prior. They said come back in about 30 minutes and it still was not ready. No apology or concern for the customer. The head pharmacist was incredibly rude. Never experienced anything like it. I see their reviews are very bad so everybody seems to be experiencing the same bad service. I would recommend not using CVS pharmacies or their stores for anything. read more

I drove up to the drive through at an appointed time. I sat there at the window for about 7 mins before anyone said hello. When the representative opened the window her body language and facial features said " What the hell do you want?", while asking "How can I help you?" I explained that I was there for a Covid/Flu test. She asked snarly, "Do you have an appointment?" I said I did. She closed the window and didn't come back for another ten minutes. I thought I saw her peak around the corner to see if I was still there. It was comical even though I was feeling like crap. You really just want someone who gives a #@&! when you're feeling like that. Anyway it's been over 24 hours now and I still don't have the results and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone at the location. Brand new CVS Pharmacy just opened. Went in recently to check it out. If your a CVS die hard you going to love having this place as a new option for your pharmacy needs. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. The prices seemed a little high but I would guess if you have their loyalty card it will help reduce the cost of your purchase. Plenty of parking and located diagonally across the street from Harmon's in Draper. They do have a drive thru. Go stop by and welcome them to the neighborhood. read more

Worst CVS pharmacy ever - they tried to charge me $60 for an inhaler without even checking my insurance and then refused to fill my prescription for blood pressure meds - they are rude, disrespectful and abusive to people with disabilities. They argued with me saying that they didn't keep calling me to pick up my prescriptions - I have the recordings. I couldn't pick up the prescriptions right away because of a mobility impairment. Then they threatened to put the meds back on the shelf if I did not come to pick up my prescriptions. They think they are untouchable - are they selling drugs on the black market and so refuse to fill legitimate prescriptions? There should be an investigation of this pharmacy, pharmacist and technician. Incompetent or corrupt!! Attorney General's office and the Pharmacy Board and the licensing regulation office should investigate! They should also be sued for discrimination against people with disabilities who they treat with contempt. What kind of manager allows this kind of treatment of customers? read more

Went in to Target today, which is where I have been refilling my migraine medication for the past 4 years. Usual cash price for 10 pills was $20. Today, it was $300 for 10 pills. When I asked what was going on, the surly, unhelpful counter person (Lori) told me "It's because we merged". Nothing else, just basically "deal with it". No thank you very much, CVS. read more

I am surprised how poor the service is at this CVS pharmacy. I ordered a prescription online to be picked up in a couple of hours. I drove down to pick it up and after waiting and going through my information they finally let me know it was not in but they had ordered it for the next day. "Please come back tomorrow afternoon. " I came back to pick it up, but they had not had a chance to go through the order they received from delviery and ask me to wait 15 minutes. I did and came back, but the ask me to wait another 15 minutes, really nobody in the store. I waited another 20 minutes and they called me to come up. They let me know the prescription had expired and they could not fill it, but it was good when I ordered it at noon the day before on Jan 1st, but know it was expired on Jan 2nd. I watched them jerk a number of elderly customers around as I stood waiting. This is really a bad Pharmacy. They think nothing of wasting your time, trip after trip and providing no service, I promise not to go back. read more

The manager Kira needs customer service training. She didn't bother to help me to look for items in the store. Nor was she helpful or courteous when asked for by the clueless cashier about coupons. She denied my coupon because the thought of me getting it for free boggled her mind. She hasn't come across many coupons yet and hopefully she'll be trained properly the next time she encounters someone of a different ethnicity armed with coupons. read more

I live in Santa Barbara, Ca where CVS abounds. My CVS is small and old, kinda dirty. The staff is good there but I have had terrific help at the Sandy/Draper CVS. I love this new, large, friendly store and buy as much as I can while here. The prices are better than CA. I have not used the pharmacy yet but I stood in a short line yesterday which was slow. She goes out of her way to ask customers if there's anything they need/she can do. Not many CVS's in Utah. This is one of the first. We have homes in Boston and Cottonwood Heights. In MA CVS's are on every corner it seems. So we decided to use this CVS in Draper and keep all of our prescription business with them. Big mistake. Last two trips after calling in our medications, when we showed up our prescriptions were all messed up. Last trip we called the pharmacist and he said everything was in order, we show up after driving 10 miles and one of the items was not filled because our Doctor wanted to talk with us before filling it. The pharmacist could have called and saved us the trip but no, it's not their problem. At least that is what the manager said. Terrible customer service and we will not be traveling to the Draper CVS anymore. This must be a problem with this one CVS. Every other one we've ever used, the service couldn't be better. Experienced TERRIBLE customer service. I had just gotten oral surgery on my mouth and went to fill my pain meds. My oral surgeon told me to take one right when I got home, but I had to go fill the Rx first. There were 4 people working that could have taken care of me, but instead they left me in line for 20 minutes behind a girl who asked about 40 questions about some medication she wanted to get filled, but couldn't. The lady kept telling the girl in from of me that she couldn't get it filled for another week, but the conversation continued on and on... meanwhile, I was visibly in need of pain meds (you could tell I had just had surgery) and the three other workers didn't care. I finally asked if going through the drive through was faster, and they said that inside would be faster and finally asked if they could help. The girl who took care of me was really rude even after I told her I had just had oral surgery... you think, from a customer service perspective that she'd say "oh, I am so sorry! let me speed this up for you," but instead she said "20 minutes" and I said I was going to send my husband back. My husband went back 20 minutes later and they said - 15 more minutes. Anyway, I won't be going back. read more
