This is my local Walgreens location and I'm pretty happy with the quick shopping experiences I've had here over the years. I sometimes check out their Sunday ad's to find anything I or my family needs at home. Although often times, by the time you get to the store certain things can be sold out fast. So be sure to get their earlier rather than later if you really need something. It is located in an interesting plaza that has many other mom and pops type establishments, so it might be in your interest to check those out if you've never been here. From what I recently remember there is a new bakery that opened here, which I may stop at sometime. I've never had any problems with employees here but never had an excellent experience from an employees knowledge to helpfulness. I guess I just never had the chance too, but anyhow they rightfully deserve a solid 4 stars. read more

The pharmacy here is great - they are a little picky about the way things are written to be filled (if there's an issue i can always take my rx elsewhere and get it filled...so they are for sure more picky than anyone else in the area). They are friendly and although things can get backed up it's great for me to have a drive-thru pharmacy near my house because I have a 2 year old and a dog who prefer to chill with me in my a/c'd car rather than be drug in and out or left alone. The photo people are pretty picky too - I have a good camera so they tend to think that my prints are from a professional that I am trying to skrew over. I often have to order them and then go in and prove it's me and then they will print them. Sometimes they are rude and sometimes you have to wait forever and ever to get your prints - on occasion I just go back and get them myself and take them to the main check out to pay for them. Grandpa is the best check out guy ever. He's fast and friendly and (at least appears) to care about people. read more

So I went to Walgreens to pick up a package with a friend, because he ordered something there , and the lady at the photo desk was having trouble finding it. And she eventually found it, and opened it up in front of us.And saw that it was a box of condoms, she was like, "oh here."And then scanned the open box again and handed it to him, he told me when he was driving me home that he wanted to keep it in there, until it needed to be used. Walgreens used to be one of my favorite stores. That ended today. Without notice, they changed the expiration of points earned on their Balance Rewards program from 3 years to 1 year. Today I shopped at Walgreens expecting to earn enough points to redeem my $50 reward. Much to my horror my points balance had been cleaned out sometime between March 2018 and today. No warning! No nothing! At least CVS and Rite Aide have the common decency to clearly post all expiration dates. They now have my business. So long Walgreens! read more

This place is pretty good for a Walgreens with a really friendly staff including an employee known as "Grandpa" (on his name tag!). I usually check the clearance rack in the back of the store because there is often good stuff for a huge discount, mainly for lack of popularity rather than expiration date, like chocolate mint Colgate for $2.00 ( if I remember correctly) and bags of candy for 10 to 25 cents! I really wish they would stop making you buy 2 things to get the full discount when something is on sale.I mean,believe it or not, not everyone needs 2 bags of candy, potato chips or liters of soft drink! I do like the fact that cereal is sometimes $1.99 for a big box, though. read more

Don't get your flu shot at Walgreens!!! It's a nightmare! They told me it's so easy, get your flu shot and give them your insurance and they will deal with the insurance and you don't have to do a thing, wrong! There was some mix-up about the insurance so they were short of about $2. I called the insurance to fix it, after that they still keep sending me the bill. I tried to call them to straighten this up and this was when the nightmare started. I called several times, every time to be put on hold for a longish time, this is not the biggest problem. They played the usual: "all our customer representatives are assisting other clients, your approximate wait time is 14 minutes", this is also not unusual. The problem is this message is played CONTINUOUSLY !!! (to be fair, there is a roughly 6-second break in between the messages.) Funny thing is sometimes the longer you hold the time lengthens, but never shortens. When a live person finally spoke I was caught by surprise because it's right after the "14 minute wait time" message. To be put on hold is painful enough, but please, please play this message only once a while like everybody else does, not CONTINUOUSLY! Also please update your estimate or don't give any estimate at all if it's not accurate. Next year I'm going to CVS... read more

Dont go here unless you want to spend time waiting! This pharmacy has very inefficient process and they will make you wait for a very long time. We came to pick up medicine for our son before going to work. Our prescription was not filled but we were willing to wait since we are the only customer inline. One girl said it takes 20 minutes then another one from the back said it will take two hours. I guess they are busy filling prescriptions for people who aren't there and can pick up at any time but not those who are inline. We went to safeway and they have our medicine ready in 15 minutes. read more

Just know I will never return to this business at least at this location. I wanted to go in and look for a candy bar, of course I was looking for something sweet for the evening and decided Walgreen usually have a good verity of candy. Well, they did as expected, but while I was here I needed to pick up some bleach, and to my surprise they had some on sale which I enjoyed seeing buy 2 get 1 free, to me that is a good deal. Well, picked up what I needed and moved to the front where the cash registers are, when everything was rang up, the total did not seam right, so I question about the 2 for 1 deal, and the employee said you need to have a Walgreen's card, and I said I did not have one, well that is far as the conversion with this employee got, he did not offer me one or even suggest it. He made it look like I was the dumb one for not having it and presenting it to him, well I did not want to cause a scene, which of course I am more than happy to do to get the marked sale price, but I just wanted to get my candy and move on, so after explain to this older employee I did not want the bleach anymore due to the price, of course he let out a sigh, I paid for my candy, since I was becoming a problem for him but his body action and sighs. Just know to Walgreen's executives and store managers, I have not been back to this location since this incidence happen, plus I have told anybody and everybody that would listen never to come here again. So the staff seems bored (ok, it's a drugstore so yeah but most important when you ask if I've got a bag, and I do (and produce said bag) one would think you'd place my items in the bag. Instead I do it myself while the person behind me watches. I'm not lazy but I was putting my CC back in my wallet, you could've been almost done and I could've done the rest. Geez!! read more

WAY understaffed. The pharmacy is too busy to remember how to do their job or they just don't care. Either is possible. I never thought I would miss the Kaiser pharmacy, but I really do. At least they could find their posterior with both hands. read more

Tried to exchange a brush I bought for my daughter at Christmas. The shift lead told me that I didn't buy the brush from that location even though they stocked it on their shelves. Then she tried to tell me that it wasn't the same brush even though the sku was exactly the same. Honestly felt like I was being punked because her arguments weren't even close to valid. Then she said "this one says it's sold on TV" like that was some kind of difference. Same skus same product. Was looking for the cameras. Atrocious customer service. Left the multiple neutrogena products along with the exchange brush I was planning buying on the counter and left. I'll be going to CVS with all my future business and I'll be sharing my less than stellar experience with everyone I know too. Considering these vying companies are looking to get you to switch your business over with all kinds of incentives, Walgreens should look at maybe improving their customer service (or employees) at this location because they aren't good, they aren't good at all. read more

I was directed to Walgreens for my contact lenses .. as Vision Direct has closed up shop.. WOW.. the price almost doubled.. ????? I use Walgreens for my prescriptions and other items.. but this blew me away.. It's the only negative thing I can say about them. I found my prescription on Lens.com for $15.00 a box.. go figure. read more

I seem to ALWAYS be in the drive thru for this place with my girlfriend. And she always forgets something, prescription receipt, the actual prescription, etc. but they always make it happen for her, I mean she is a regular so they should know her lol. But I think that is great, since she is a regular they pay attention to that and try to make it easier for her. The place is clean, well organized, and the associates are usually friendly. Definitely will be returning with or without my girlfriend! read more

This Walgreens store is located next to Michaels, behind the new Orchard Supply Hardware. It has a large car park and carries the staple Walgreens merchandise. Staff is helpful and store has nice wide aisles which makes it easy to shop. Walgreens always runs a weekly ad with coupons but I don't shop much here. Just went to pick up a pencil pouch. 4 stars, never failed me yet. read more

I tried to buy some beer and the guy told me i needed id which i was happy to get. I left it in my car so when I came back he made me wait in line all over which was super long. Then when I get there he says to me my id no good? The fact is I probably look 55, maybe 50 :) but still this was too much. Don't buy alcohol from them.. read more

This Walgreens is great. Their customer service is excellent. The salesperson who waited on me made sure I got the best deal. He signed me up for their points program so I could get a discount on my purchase today - I purchased ear buds and he even opened the package for me. He was very professional.
