THIS WALGREENS LOCATION SUCKS EGGS! The folks in the pharmacy dept need to be fired! Including the pharmacist. They are very unorganized, have no regard to satisfying the customer and they are poorly trained. I've waited on prescriptions for days simply because information was incorrectly entered into their system. I sent 3 complaints to their consumer affairs dept because something seriously has to be done. Because they failed to properly notified my doctor concerning one of my meds, I could have died! Not to mention how rude and abrasive some of them are. I only go here because of the drive-thru but I need to rethink that cause most of the wait times is fifteen minutes or more. BAD BAD BAD. I only come here because it's the closest pharmacy to my other residence on Richmond Parkway. Other than that, the service is alright and I usually find what I need. I've seen cleaner stores though. Extra star for the convenience and parking. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There is always without fail a line so long there that it goes all the way back to the photo booth. I don't know if they don't hire enough staff or what the issue is. What ensured that I would never shop there again was tonight. I've seen many roudy folks in there but tonight 3 teenage girls were calling other customers in line bitches...including myself. In front of the manager. Nothing was done. You can't dictate who lives near your store but you can manage how they act in your store and the ungodly long lines. The Redbox kiosk is the only redeeming factor. read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went last night to go pick up my grandma's rx. As soon as I got to the pharmacy, the lady with orange/redish hair was trying to go on break, but instead she stayed to try to help me. She didn't ask me how she can help me, she just said pick up? which is whatever to me...then she lets me know they're out of two of three of my grandma's rx, so i asked if she can transfer it to another Walgreen's pharmacy for me, per the cashier I'd have to go to that particular Walgreen's and have them transfer the order to their location...that's so false, I've done it many times with Walgreen's...So I told her am i supposed to just go there, tell them and wait for my rx? she said that was the only way doable...I already knew she wanted to go on break, so having her do an rx transfer would be too much work for her at this point, she seemed in such in a rush to get done with my transaction...since they didn't have the meds, I called my mother to notify her, she told me the same thing and have them transfer the rx to another Walgreen, I told my mother, that the cashier said it wasn't doable and that only retards seem to work at this Walgreen's, of course the lady got upset, and had another associate help me out, which was the pharmacist that night. If she had honest about the whole rx transfer in the beginning, maybe I wouldn't be so upset and such a bitch towards her. The pharmacist that night was very helpful, she even offered to transfer my grandma's rx to another Walgreen's for me. In addition, the pharmacist let me know that it was only one medication that they didn't have in stock and the other one was an insurance issue, which the other cashier couldn't of told me because she was such in a rush to go on a break to smoke her cigarette. I am aware employees can do whatever they please as they're on their break, but don't go in such a rush to just smoke, if you're starving/hungry I get it, hunger makes people angry or in a bad mood...she should've taken care of the customer in a polite and not rushed manner...I already felt her vibe from the beginning, when I was just standing there waiting to be helped.. To top it off, as I walked out of Walgreen's I seen her smoking a cigarette right in front of the store, which isn't a good look for the business, since Walgreen's is "at the corner of happy & healthy" I don't feel its very healthy to be smoking right out front where customer's walk by to go in and out, and then have to inhale her nasty second hand smoke... In addition, she wasn't wearing a name tag, so I couldn't get her name...So by the time I left Walgreen's I decided to call to get that girl's name to make a complaint...I called the pharmacy asking for the name of the girl with orange/redish hair and who ever picked up my call just hung up on my face...that is totally NOT acceptable, so instead of me making a complaint on just one employee, it became two. Please get your pharmacy staff together, I feel like they have no compassion for their customers/patients what so ever..but I guess that's what happens when you hate your job. After that point I was very frustrated with the situation, I called Walgreen's again asked to speak to the manager on duty. Maria was the manager on duty, I let her know about what had happened and she was very sympathetic and apologized for everything, she also told me that she would also let the pharmacy manager know about the situation when they come in the next day. Awful experience! I received a coupon from Walgreens. It's specifically used for Walgreens. I read the fine print and it said to show the mobile coupon, which I did. But the cashier refused to honor it - even though when she scanned it, it worked! She brought in the manager who was just as frustrating! Please read the fine print I told them. But they told me it wasn't their job. They wouldn't call or find out if this particular coupon needs to be printed. (again, they say it's not their job!) I know Internet manufacture coupons need to be printed (because those can be doubled and used over and over.) this is a mobile coupon with a specific barcode. It can only used once! Awful service. Don't ever come to this place if you are planning to print out photos. Their photo printing machine is outdated and can't even load my photos I already tried switching thumb drives but nothing changed. read more

A lot of the workers here are very friendly, Shirley helped me with my purchases today and she was very kind! I come here a lot and I am always greeted by the tall tan guy with glasses (I believe he is Hispanic?). Pharmacy wise I was helped quickly and efficiently but I always take into consideration what time I'm going for any prescriptions because I know how busy it can get, I usually like to call ahead of time so I can figure out if I should just drop off the prescription and come back at a later time. read more

I only come here for Redbox and prescription medication. Generally, the employees are kind and helpful BUT lines are always long, especially at the pharmacy. It's pretty frustrating when you only have one thing to purchase or you're just trying to pick up an auto refill and you have to wait 15-20 minutes. Sometimes I find some great stuff in the clearance section in the back but otherwise I have alway found Walgreens merchandise to be overpriced. read more

I just came here to get my covid vaccine and I can say that I understand why the reviews here are so low. But, the pros of this walgreens definitely overpass the cons. The employees at the register greeted me when I entered and were very kind. The woman that checked me in for my vaccine was also very helpful and sweet. It wasn't until I got to the pharmacy counter to ask where I should stand next that I received bad service. The woman at the counter (I'll happily describe her if wanted) provided sarcasm and attitude when I simply asked where I should stand while I wait for my vaccine. Such attitude was highly unnecessary and is the exemplary reason why I knocked a star off this review. Her behavior should definitely be examined to prevent such horrible customer service. She really woke up mad and I don't appreciate that. Anyways, the actual pharmacist that gave administered my vaccine was extremely kind and friendly. The behavior of one employee set back my experience a bit, but other than that, ignore the very low star rating reviews. read more

I shop here often and sometimes use their pharmacy. Drive thru service is slow even when no one is in line. Overall store is mostly clean and you can find items we use daily. Lines are often long but better than grocery stores around here. read more

Jeremy has been of great help sply with a long day and time running out for me. Had to print out pictures which didn't work out with the machine and size. The other stores closed at the time. I wanted to take a minute to recognize a lady in your pharmacy dept..Her name is Nora, we hand a strange situation ,my grandson is here visiting from Shasta,his parents mailed his seizure medication to us ,well guess what UPS.lost his medication that was just filled.His Dr.sent another prescription today to this location.of course his insurance already paid for his meds.last week they aren't gonna do it again,which is 400$,well low n behold.there is an angel at this pharmacy named Nora,she got on her phone and computer without us asking her to means it's not her job nor her fault,she took it apon herself to go above and beyond the call of duty.and got his prescription covered .she is amazing .i think the world needs more people like Nora..she has amazing customer service.,Again Nora thank you very much . read more

Went through hell at this Walgreens to get my meds. My dermatologist electronically sent my prescription on April 1st. I am JUST now receiving all 3. I get a text saying my prescription is ready for pick up. I show up & they only have 1 of 3. They tell me they never received my prescription for the other 2 from my derm even after I showed them the confirmation print out they gave me after they sent it. So, to my inconvenience I had to call my derm to get them to send it again. THEN, they had an "issue" ordering one of my creams so it would then be ANOTHER delay getting my prescriptions. FINALLY after 2 weeks they have all 3. I go to pick them up and the lady at the pharmacy (Nora I believe is her name, who is very rude might I add) tells me an insane price for my creams after I had already been quoted a price of $70 for all three after ins & a discount ins card. I tell her this & she is adamant that I am incorrect. I inconveniently AGAIN have to go out of my way to go home and grab the ins prescription booklet my derm gave me to prove her wrong. When I arrive back, she looks at the booklet but doesn't even attempt to try to solve the issue. She just shrugs her shoulders and basically tells me there is nothing she can do that's the price I will have to pay which in total would have been about $500 bucks for all 3. THANKFULLY there was someone else behind the counter with good customer service to save the day (lady with long black hair). She made Nora reprocess my ins & everything & thankfully was able to get my presc. Long story short, I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. Such a hassle & lack of customer service. read more
