Always high quality customer service, fast, efficient and super nice staff, especially the pharmacist is very professional, knowledgeable, hard working and kind. Waited on hold for a pharmacist for over twenty minutes. My insurance rejected the brand medication that a doctor specifically requested for me. I was advised to use a coupon to meet my needs, medically and financially, until the authorization was processed on Monday. This pharmacy will NOT HONOR COUPONS that are on their company WEBSITE. This is misleading information and false advertisement. When consumers do this they're subject to major ramifications but companies have the ability to steal from the people that can't afford their medicine. Mr. G is concerned about money, not the well-being of the people. read more

Very decent location. The employee who helped me was very nice and helped me find a couple things I wasn't sure where they were located. Only draw back in my opinion is the lack of people working here. Would be helpful to have more people on staff. read more

Horrible customer service, nobody is there at the photo center, even to pick up your order, it takes half a hour

The rating is for the night shift crew however, the day time shift is annoying. You lost a daily customer because I fucking couldn't get any cigarettes. I lost my id, and I showed the manager my temporary licence. How the fuck am I going to buy cigarettes? Again, I'm almost a daily customer. I come here 5/7 days sometimes even multiple times a day. The pharmacy employees at this location are excellent! Sarah the pharmacy technician and the pharmacist working today (July 16) in particular. I had a bad 2-day long experience dealing with Target/CVS, so finally called this Walgreens and they were extremely helpful. They solved my problem and called me multiple times with updates and to make sure I knew the pharmacy hours. Keep up the good work! read more

The pharmacists that work here are wonderful. They have gone far beyond what is expected in dealing with the doctors and insurance company. Very caring individuals. My only negative would be they do need more assistance because they are so busy. Other than that, they are the best ! read more

This pharmacy isn't great. Kind of depends on who you get helping you and probably much of my annoyance is related to their overall system and processes. But the sense of urgency, follow through, and commitment doesn't really seem to be present in general. read more

Aside from the uneven quality of staff.... dogs in the store, some time ago, man had a very dirty dog in a Walgrens cart. When the dog stood (barking at customers) I could see its backside was dirty, you know what I mean.... I suggest to the checker the cart needed to be sanitized, she was disdainful, "dogs are allowed in the store"... dear, I am talking dog poop in the cart..... I haven't used one since. The guy was playing with the dog, letting it like him, then touching store items... yick. Last stop, a dog loose in the store ran at me barking. I was concerned, a friend had recently been bitten rather severely by a neighborhood dog. This dog jumped up on me several times before the young owner restrained it, but its feet were dirty and I had pulls in the fabric of my pants (discovered when I returned home to change instead of going on to my visit). The checker did nothing, he made no attempt to intercede with the dog, he said nothing to the owners about not having the dog in the store or keeping it under control. When I said I was unhappy with the situation, he was rude. It was clear he liked the young girls. The pharmacy employees in this store are nice (avoid the pharmacy in the Sepulveda store), I have found a few professional and personable employees in this location, but too many are unprofessional and some are rude. I wish I had recorded the silly girl who did not understand the difference between antacids and antihistamines, eye rolling, like, "you stupid woman it has "anti" in it doesn't it?" or the snotty woman in cosmetics who took me to the cotton balls hidden behind a large floor display, same disdainful look, like, "right HERE" when I commented I hadn't seen them behind the display, she actually said, "You could use your EYES". I've heard profanity in conversations between people stocking, two young employees kidding with a junior manager, open bag of "Red Whips", "I liiiiike whips, don't yooooou? Whips and chains, giggle giggle". Often, the music so loud it's like Best Buys (guys, sick people come in for medicine, don't assault them with sound, this isn't your pad at home). You really have to watch our for the skateboarders on the sidewalk and in the parking lot (they play "chicken", shooting out in front of cars, weird thing, are these the kids from the Christian teen center? Then why do they shout profanities?) I was putting up with the rudeness (it was a great store once), sometimes ridiculous lines, sometimes empty shelves, expecting, eventually, as often happens, a new broom comes in and things shape up again.. but I don't like my medicinals with dog... especially unrestrained dog..... Though I suppose, if I were mauled, I would at least be near the bandages... why is that I can only imagine, "you're like, bleeeeeeding on our floor......." "Wet clean up on aisle 6" read more

This Walgreens in particular is kind of weird. I don't like the layout as compared to the Walgreens I normally go to. This one just happens to be conveniently located on PCH and when I'm in the need of a drug store while driving around running other errands, this place comes in handy. read more

This Walgreens has some good things about it , mainly their pharmacy. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. They explain your prescription medications in a very competent manner. They give immunization shots and have a good supply on hand. The rest of the store is so so. Average selection and high prices. Wouldn't go there except for the pharmacy. read more

I have done photos at the other Walgreens and they barely make any mistakes but this Walgreens made many mistakes. First of all, the expected time for pick up was 10am. I call and they said they do not have it ready- that was the start of their mistakes. Then, when I go pick it up they apologize for not having the right frame. The frame wasn't a big deal. But when I went home to see what I made on my laptop, I realized all the arrangement of the photos were wrong- I spent an hour getting the color scheme right. And thus, I made a complaint through the phone which the rude lady was you can come back and we'll fix it. She did not apologize. Acknowledging a mistake from my experience makes the customer less angry. I ordered online for a reason. I did not want to make two 40 minute round trip drive. All I can say is this Walgreens photo is not worth your time. Do not do your photos here. They do not care at all about your time and money. read more

Pharmacy staff is not the friendliest or the most competent. Came in recently to fill an Rx for my one year old who had an ear infection. They did not have antibiotics on hand and told me that it had to be ordered, so I would need to wait until the next day. Why would I wait to give my child her medicine for a day. She had an ear infection and was in pain! I told them I would just go across the street to CVS. The young man at the Pharmacy counter tried to discourage me from doing so and stated that if Walgreens took my insurance, it was likely that CVS would not. Complete rubbish! CVS accepts most insurance plans. He then suggested I go to another Walgreens location. I took my Rx back and went across the street to CVS. Had the medicine in my hand within minutes. Of course they took my insurance and when I told them what the Walgreens pharmacy tech had said, they laughed. I probably will not return to this Walgreens. read more
