I recently stopped in this pharmacy for the first time. I've driven by it many times in the past. My mother was unable to get a refill at her local Walgreens, so they sent her script here. Since it is closer to my job then my mother's home I offered to pick it up for her. The parking lot was very easy to access and the the store was very clean. There is a lot of space in the store as well, so social distancing was easy. I definitely would stop in this location again in the future. read more

Jasmin from the phto shop. I went to the photo department of the store located at 3333 Park Avenue in Union City, NJ to have photo work done. Jasmin, did a beautiful job, reducing a 8x10 photo to a passport size. She also put it in a frame, and it is really great. After being in diffferent places for photo work, this is the best I ever had. She also knows how to treat the customers and that is why I give Jasmin, five stars. Victoria Quintero read more

The nastiest manager I have ever dealt with at a Walgreens. She is rude, unhelpful and visible bothered by having to be at work. She is on a sweater and jeans nothing identifies her as an employee . She has a nose ring, which I guess is ok, but at least you can identify who she is. She needs to be retrained, demoted or replaced. read more

This is a solid 3.5 in my book - could be better as it relates to a neighborhood pharmacy / drug store, but broadly meets the purpose. The good: - large parking lot - close to the Lincoln Tunnel - open late (on most days) - occasional sales and Walgreens app Could be better: - inconsistent food / coffee options. I like to grab a 4 pack of Doubleshot espressos, however they are not there half the time - Photo section - I like the free coupons for free prints, however the print quality is terrible. LMK if I'm doing something wrong bc I'd like this to be better - Pharmacy - came by once for a few vaccines before a trip to SE Asia. They took my insurance and knew what I needed, however didn't have it on stock. All in all, it's walking / biking distance from Weehawken and that's key , so until something else better shows up, this will do. read more

I never write bad reviews, I chose to simply let things go. But something has to be said of how unprofessional this manager is. I've been coming to this Walgreens my whole life. Never had any complaints. Yesterday I placed an order for a 24x36 poster that I NEEDED to pick up today as I am going to get it framed for a special event. I got an email yesterday at 8:50 PM stating that the order was ready to pick up. Today I placed an order for 5x7 photo and also got an email that it was ready so I went to go pick them both up. The first Walgreens worker that was helping me was very nice and stated that it was canceled. I showed her my email which she took the time to actually see what I was showing and she also thought it was strange which prompted her to call the manager. Very nice worker, no complaints. Then the "manager" came to "handle" the situation. The reason I'm using "" is because it's disgustingly unbelievable that someone this unprofessional could have the title of a manager. Doesn't even know the whole situation yet and not even at the counter where I was and already saying loudly across the other counter in front of other customers "if it's cancelled she's getting her $$ back" like if it's no big deal. The money was the least of my worries. I was counting on this poster to be ready because it was a necessity, also it's not like I barged in demanding for something that wasn't ready. I got an email CONFIRMING it was ready for pick up. Finally gets to my counter not even looking at the email that I'm trying to show him and I simply ask him who would've canceled it? I was genuinely confused because how is an order that is ready to be picked up go from ready to pick up to cancelled? I was also already charged for this to be made it was a PICTA fee that is needed to proceed with the print. He answers back laughing I wasn't here yesterday I can't just tell you a name" I said I'm not asking for a name, I just don't get why it was cancelled and why I didn't receive an email that it was cancelled. (If I would have known yesterday that they canceled it, no big deal! I would've went else where but I was never notified). He then continues with a grin and says well that's what you are asking me for a name that I'm not going to give you. I told him I'm glad that he finds this funny because it has nothing to do with him. I then asked if I was to reorder, if he thinks it would be ready within 30 minutes and he just says idk could be more 2-3-4 hours. The man obviously did not care to help me. Listen I don't care about the "customer always being right" BS or managers continuously apologizing to customers to make them feel better. I don't need any of that. But laughing at a customer?? Customers should not feel like a joke, the real joke in this situation is this "manager" who will keep losing customers in this location and end up with job. I grabbed my other print, payed for my stuff and left. My family and I will no longer be using this Walgreens as our pharmacy or giving this location any of more of our business. read more

This may be the worst pharmacy in America. They treat patients like they are derelicts and demand information they have no right to have. They have cost me and my family money by refusing to send in pre authorizations, and have further refused treatment even when the insurance called to let them know that the medications my family have been on for years- not that they can't just go into their database and see that is the case. Do not go here unless you want to have every prescription your doctor writes scrutinized by some over-zealous pharmacists whose job is to dispense medications a doctor prescribes- not to question and demand your medical history. Pharmacists need to stay in their lane and stay out of patients personal medical history. This pharmacy has overstepped its bounds the last time and I intend on writing every agency I can to have these pharmacists licenses removed. To treat patients who have autism and who are in need of life saving medications as if they are doing something wrong and lying to them about laws or about what they can and cannot do because of inherent bias and their lack of common courtesy is appalling and grossly negligent. I will be transferring all of my families prescriptions to another pharmacy and will never go to Walgreens again. I am appalled by their incompetence and inability to do their jobs. Don't go here unless you are prepared to fight for your rights and your medications. They could care less about their patients and should be removed from their positions immediately before all customers realize just how horrific they are as both medical providers and people. I am in shock at the anxiety they have caused my entire family because of their ridiculous bias. read more

A good Walgreens it is...The employees are always helpful.... At times the parking lot can be full...It the lot is full unfortunately you will have to wait for someone to leaver or you will more then likely have to go to another store... read more

I'm only giving this place two stars because the pharmacy department has actually gotten friendlier and more efficient. But let's start with the outside - one half dead bush in a parking lot that has needed repaving for a decade. They have absolutely no sense that they are part of a community here. This square box of a warehouse is such an eyesore and they have refused to plant even one tree. Inside it's another warehouse. Half of the time I can't find what I want. For a supposedly "healthy" lifestyle that they supposedly espouse, you could get a sugar high just walking in the door. Do you remember when Walgreen's was pushing their vitamin line and it turned out that one of the "vitamins" was just dried spinach? Then they had the nerve to do an inversion, which means most of the taxes they owe are now paid overseas, at a lower rate. Then, to top it all off, they are constantly asking you to add a dollar to your bill for "red nose" day. Where the money is going, I have no idea, but somehow I don't think I'll do that. Just an awful, awful store. read more

In regards to the photo department. I have been disappointed time and time again. There is never anyone on site, how is everyone on break at the same time? Someone clearly needs to be on the floor covering. Photos are not developed as promised and it's such a shame because I expected so much more from Walgreens. Never stepping foot in this place again. read more
