This is the crappiest Walgreens I've ever been to Nationwide!!! Hours of operation for the pharmacy online and by phone are complete LIES !!! Every time I come to pharmacy and I am NOT exaggerating, it is CLOSED and there's so many excuses like "under construction" or "no staff". Hours of operation do NOT coincide with what's posted on Apple Maps, online Google and via phone. I literally HATE this Walgreens and have recently changed Walgreens to the 2nd nearest one in my area. It may be out of my way and 10 mins farther but at least the farther Walgreens NEVER randomly closes or posts lies about their hours of operation. Staff here is bullsh*t - they are all rude and have attitudes like they don't wanna be there it's like don't work if you don't wanna be there !!!! OMG!! I have never been to a worse pharmacy in my entire life. Every single time I've had to refill a prescription it has been a nightmare. They are slow, inefficient and act like they are doing you a favor by giving you service. Then you ask a person on the floor if they have something and you get "do you have have a picture of it?? Just waited 45 minutes for my daughter's prescription.That they didn't even have. But an hour before that, I got a phone call from the location, saying that it was ready. Just to get there and find out that they send it to the rung store location? The girl who helped me at the counter with the long black hair was ignorant as hell. I got an e-mail saying that my prescription was ready for pickup on wednesday. I went over to pick it up on the following friday. after waiting in line for 45 minutes, i was told to pull off to the side because my order was not ready. WTF another time the website said that my order was pending for over a week. I called in and they said it had been ready for days!!!!! read more

Worst customer service I've dealt with ever. Showed up at 12:52 gave the pharmacy my prescription. She says "ok, you're good to go" I asked "what about my prescription" "We'll text you when it's ready" "Do you have a timeframe, as I'll be waiting here until it's ready" "We go to lunch at 1:30 so anytime after 2 is when we'll start on it" Figured I'd use the restroom while waiting. The front desk lady says they have to let you in. Long story short I waited 24 minutes, went to the front 3 times and they said someone will let you in. Walgreens, located in West Valley City, UT, has a major problem with dispensing medications that were ordered by physicians from the University of Utah Hospital Clinics. I am extremely disappointed. Is there some sort of cover-up going on? Has their computer system been hacked? I am really concerned about a potential patient data breach. Walgreens' corporate office in Deerfield, IL, needs to notify the public and their patients about what is happening. The corporate office must be transparent and inform patients if their medical data is in jeopardy. I find it hard to believe that this issue is occurring only at the West Valley City, Utah, store. Order online photos through Walgreens' print today service. Went into the store & there was a line of several other girls who had been waiting over fifteen minutes without any help at the photo counter. I asked the cashier and she still did not come over to help any of us. Once we got to the counter, the prints weren't even done. Extremely frustrating especially since I ordered these ahead of time and arrived after the emailed pick up time. read more

This place is open 24 hrs, but it's more expensive than Walmart, who is also open 24 hrs. Although Walmart is closer to my house, the disposable waterproof camera that I had would take a week to process because the device would have to be shipped to CA. So Walgreens has the tools to develop the film so I stuck with Walgreens. I have this place 2 stars because of the photo center. I came the night before to drop off a disposable waterproof camera and told me it'll be available next day at 1pm. Today, (next day) I come at 930pm and the photos are still not ready. I've been trying to call to check on my prescription , I'm on my 7th attempt. I haven't reached an actual person to ask if my prescription is ready, the automated systems asks me to hold then after 5-10 minutes just hangs up. This pharmacy is corrupt. Not sure what game they are playing, but they consistently short you on medication. My wife is on seizure medication and their 90 day supply of her medication only lasted 45 days. When they gave us the medication I was leery as to whether her medication would fit in the bottle provided. The pharmacist assured me it was correct. SHE LIED!!! She instead accused my wife of taking to much of the medicine. Seizure medicine doesn't work that way!!! If my wife had doubled her medication for 45 days she would be dead! Now I'm fighting with insurance to get them to fill a prescription 45 days early. I will be contacting the state to investigate, as this isn't the first time we've had a problem. i've been using walgreens drug stores for several years and i have to say this on is the worst...no customer service!!! they screw up my prescriptions every month...don't bother to let me know the refill is only partial and give the option to pick them all up at once which costs me more money and i'm on a very limited income which is causing me a hardship in making sure i get my meds when i have to have them...i would not recommend this store to anyone i would have to tell people to please go someplace else maybe cvs across the street or walgreens up the road which is where i am going from here on out!!! worst drug store i've ever had to deal with!!! read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Over the course of the last 6 months they have REPEATEDLY given me a run around. Telling me on the phone my meds were ready only to drive there and be told they were not. Or that my insurance approved, but they wouldn't approve it (as Walgreens). They also have told me they needed to order my meds and when they will be there and then when I got there they told me they needed my doctors approval first. Today I called to ensure (sue to past issues) that my meds were again not ready and they refused to transfer them, even though the girl I talked to 3 days ago said she could transfer the meds. Inconsistent and blase are how they treat their customers. They might be closest to me, but I WILL go somewhere that CARES about patients and their LIFE Saving meds. read more

In the additional 20 minutes on top of the hour wait I was quoted to get my prescription filled I am going to write a review for this Walgreen's Pharmacy. This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. I previously went to the Target pharmacy and had NO problems or complaints, but Walgreens seems to mess up every single time I try to refill a damn prescription. I don't know if they are severely understaffed, or if the employees just don't know what they are doing, but I usually try to calculate an extra 20 minutes just for them to run around the back room and try to find my prescription (which apparently isn't long enough). I called in today, around 10 AM and was told that my prescription would be ready in one hour. I waiting that amount of time and waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and was never even visited by any of the staff to apologize for the long wait. So I drove my car around and went inside and waited in line. The man at the counter told me that he does not have any information in their system for me, but he was spelling my name wrong. So he called another girl up to help him. I think she was the one who helped me on the phone, but I was then told that I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes because they JUST filled my prescription. Shouldn't she have done that when I first called in? I am going to do everything in my power to change pharmacies because the Walgreens at 5630 4100 W in West Valley City is a JOKE. read more
