He would not allow me to tell him the symptoms I was experiencing, was incredibly condescending and dismissive and would interrupt me to say there was nothing wrong with me when I tried to explain what I was experiencing, and then lied about what he did and recommended when he completed documentation on my record. Will be filing a formal complaint with UH. He should not be seeing patients. Will never go to this urgent care again as long as he is working there.

Then researched found that prednisone contributes to insomnia. Then had no bowel movement for 3 days constipated which never happens to me The Tizanine is a musle relaxer that slows down your metabolism. Anthony Demetro PA need some refresh courses. I was so miserable in addition to severe pain, no sleep, and top it off with constipation. Never for a minute he advised about the side effects. He also suggested not to take IBuprophen and take Tylenol for pain in which I normally take Ibuprofen but didn't say why. Then after researching found out that ibuprofen cannot interact with prednisone. After all this I stopped all medications given, ate some pure pumpkin puree and 4 hrs later I was back to life on the toilet. Back to Ibuprofen and feeling much better. All he had to do is suggest pain killer and that's all was needed will never go back to this place. Caused me more health issues by those unneeded prescriptions waste of time, waste of money very unprofessional. Go back to school

This PARTICULAR location for Urgent Care is especially good. I actually come here more often than I…read morego to my family doctor! The receptionists are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, and they make you feel like a priority every time. Every doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, and physician's assistant is well trained, thorough, and, best of all, compassionate. They listen carefully and acknowledge all concerns, and they treat each patient with respect and deference! It doesn't matter how "good" the doctor is; if good bedside manner isn't there, there isn't trust. Plus, the doctor on staff one day was able to diagnose in 15 minutes, what the local E.R. didn't do in FOURTEEN HOURS. I'm so glad that such a great resource is available so close to me!

The only reason I'm even giving 1 star is because I have to in order to post and WARN people…read more COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFFING. Never in MY LIFE have I dealt with such horrible and unprofessional DOCTOR LEVEL staff. Not only did they prescribe me the wrong dosage of my controlled substance medication and REFUSED to fix it, they then call me and tell me it shouldn't have been prescribed at all - not my problem. The DID prescribe it, the mis-prescribed it, then told me too bad when asked to fix the error and that it shouldn't have been prescribed in the first place - once again, not MY fault. They are the medical professionals, not me, how it is my mistake they don't know what they should and should not prescribe? But yet, I'm the one who was told when I called, to "find a new doctor, that I had 3 weeks enough medication to get me through, that my pharmacy flagged the meds which is why they weren't filled (lies)" and the list goes on. I asked to speak with the medical director for several DAYS, and not until my pharamacy called did I recieve any communcaiton from him. Once I did he was rude, entitled, cut me off, and once again made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. He then said he would "do me a favor" and "not report me " (not report me for getting my prescribed medication filled? Make that make sense), he then said if I DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW HE'D DO ME A FAVOR AND SEND ME A REFERENCE OF A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR - no surprise here, but I never heard another word from him. I am disgusted these people call themselves medical professionals and people have to actually trust them with their lives. DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY. I will continue commenting and leaving reviews so the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to others. THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS WELL BEING AT ALL. Please do not make the same mistake as me and trust these people with your health! This could have been a life or death situation - and they did NOT care! They only cared about their online review and how they LOOKED on the outside. Sickening, I am in process of reporting them to the medical board as well as my insurance and telehealth services - these people are truly sick and should not be trusted.

The building is old and new. So in some places you get new and in some places you get old. Surgery wise I felt very safe and that I was in good hands. No problems. The little bit of issues come on post-op. The nurse assisting me was nice. And very helpful. They were eager to dismiss me. That's fine I was eager to go. But in that haste. There were issues. My IV line was still in me, my catheter was unhooked and had to be fixed it's like they wanted me out but didn't double check me. And I was kinda out of it from the drugs. So I was no help. Overall nice staff care was good. But I think they might have been busy or the nurse was pulled into many directions and things fell through the cracks that shouldn't have. Would I go back. Yes. But now I am looking to make sure things would be done properly.

BUT of the three hospitals I have been admitted to, this one is the best. They THINK and take the person that needs 6 liters of IV and 3 pints of blood instead of letting you sit there because the person with indigestion was first. As an ex-military man that is important. The care quality is great, and you get what you need, if you are going to be the Doctor and decide what you should have, why do you need a hospital?
