My review is for Mr. David at the Mesquite location at 18661 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy. I walk in to get help by this Hispanic lady who was working with Mr. David only on 03/21/26 around 17:31 pm time . She was very sorry, lazy and rude when asking how the scanner works. She didn't bother to show me how to do it when I ask for her help. She needs to be retrain on how to provide great customer service unlike Mr. David. I went up to Mr. David and ask him and he went right away and showed me how to do the scanner. That's all she had to do. You need more people like Mr. David who cares about his job and the customers and you need to get on the other lady who is not driven to help the customers as opposed to only being their for a paycheck. Kudos to Mr. David for going above and beyond as always. FedEx CEO these are the people like Mr. David who you need to compensate more money to and move them up . read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location today. It was disappointing was the way I was treated by the employee, Christina. I politely asked a few questions about the pickup time, but she was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily unpleasant throughout the interaction. As a local business owner, I understand that employees can have stressful days, but customers still deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. It seems like she was on drugs honestly. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience. read more

The clerk was not capable of looking up my prepaid tracking number to print a shipping label. I had to purchase shipping a second time as a result to get the package moving. The lead/manager yelled at me across the store for opening a package of pens. I had to write 2 numbers on the outside of the package and zero supplies were available in self serve area. FedEx charges a premium for their services; more than any other shipper. The experience in return was poor to infuriating. I guarantee they will loan me a pen at UPS or USPS; why would I want to deal with petty nonsense like this? read more

If I could give Zero stars I would. My husband and I came to get a package delivered. And the experience has been awful. We've been waiting for over an hour to receive help. And when we do she leaves to go help someone else before we're even finished. We're standing and waiting for her while she has the audacity to stop helping us to go help two other customers. We still have yet to get our stuff printed and payed for. While there are other workers just walking around just staring at us knowing we need help. read more

I used to have good experiences here with printing, because of one staff member. Once she left, they can never seem to find my order. They accuse me of not emailing them properly or saying I simply did it wrong. I fully am aware of their email process and the rules. The staff here is awful, rude and can't handle the printing side of the store. Reviewing this one because this is the last location my package came from. I'm a professional landscaper, ordered a sizable order from an online retailer. When my package arrived, it was upside down, had puncture holes ALL over the box, and so many of the plants were damaged beyond use that I had to find substitutes. I put in a claim with FedEx, and I received a letter today saying that my claim isn't valid. My products were completely destroyed! Never, EVER ship FedEx. read more

Most unethical group of people i have ever seen. Charged me, an adult male, $11 for a scan of a document. My teenage sister went today to have the same thing done... not only did they unapologetically destroy my document but they Charged her 1000% more than i. Strong move in a time like this; i hope taking advantage of young girls is not a business strategy but apparently is. I gave them a chance to correct their mistake and reputation but they could care less. I have been to this location on several occasions and every time I have had a good experience. I don't know when those other reviews were written but I couldn't disagree more with what was said. The best customer service I have ever had. I was in a bind at my job trying to get a banner printed last minute. The sales associate and manager Scott worked with me and got it done within the hour. I can't say enough about how great they are. I went to two print shops and they flat out told me no. Not only were they helpful to me but as I waited on my banner to be printed I watched them interact with other customers and be super helpful to them. Went here to mail a non-hazardous item that I sold on eBay and was surprised when the FedEx employee asked not whether I was mailing hazardous materials, but what's in the box. When I protested and asked what if the materials inside the box were intimate and personal? I also started that this seemed like a violating of my privacy rights. She then instructed that even if the items were not hazardous and were intimate and personal, that the shipper would still be required to tell her exactly was what was in the box. I asked if treated Amazon the same way if they mailed items from this office and didn't get a very good answer. I completely understand following rules required for safety, but since when does FedEx need to know in detail what we mail when it doesn't present a safety hazard or violating of the law and the shipper and seller want the contents to remain private? One final thing, they didn't even care if it was fragile or not. They just wanted to know exactly what it was. read more

Not an office print center. Apparently FedEx is not concerned about the Google map listing because this is not a FedEx office and print center as it is listed on Google. So I can only imagine how many other people like myself wasted their time and gas driving to this location to take care of business and not be able to. Frustrating to say the least. read more

The people were nice, although it was quite busy and the lines were long. I wanted to print out a poster board and it seemed like everything was working out well. I gave my flash drive to them, they found the file, they confirmed the size and the type of material to print it on, and said come back in an hour. Well, I came back in an hour and the guy said he had some trouble with the printer and so started it late, so come back in 15 minutes. Well, before I even had a chance to come back 15 minutes later, he called me and said he was still having trouble with it. I decided to cancel the job and wasted a lot of time. I didn't mind waiting for it all, but it's disappointing when a company is supposed to offer a service and can't deliver. read more

I came here because I needed to drop off some cable boxes. Tim helped me out and he acted grossed out the entire time when he touched them. Yeah they were a little dusty because they had been sitting down in a box and I hadn't touched them since I took them off. Has he never done any labor work that he got a little dirt on his hand? Then he acted like my 9 year old was going to steal one of the sd cards they had there when the package had fallen. Fed Ex would not release a package to me unless I had a tracking number. Address wasn't enough. They wouldn't verify online. They did nothing to make me want to do business with this location again. If you need packages delivered, choose another Fed Ex location. read more

Went there tonight to order business cards and comp cards designed by a professional photographer to fit with their printers which are standard around the country. Employee was less than helpful. Acted as if I wanted copies not professional cards. In the middle of reviewing the files from the photographer, he just walked off to help another customer with making a copy and no word to me about leaving in the middle of what could have been a transaction. He had absolutely no clue what I was trying to order, nor did he care. I retrieved my jump drive and left. Contacted my photographer/designer who is ordering from a professional lab tomorrow. I will not go into this storefront again. If I merely need copies, Office Max or Office Depot, here I come! FedEX Office and Print - NO WAY! Incompetent does not begin to describe the ineptitude of this employee or this establishment. read more
