She didn't bother to show me how to do it when I ask for her help. She needs to be retrain on how to provide great customer service unlike Mr. David. I went up to Mr. David and ask him and he went right away and showed me how to do the scanner. That's all she had to do. You need more people like Mr. David who cares about his job and the customers and you need to get on the other lady who is not driven to help the customers as opposed to only being their for a paycheck. Kudos to Mr. David for going above and beyond as always. FedEx CEO these are the people like Mr. David who you need to compensate more money to and move them up .

I questioned whether or not I should come back but I stayed as I needed this package to go out as soon as possible. The line ended up moving very quickly as even more customers arrived. All three registers were open and the employees were working speedily and diligently to help the customers as quickly as possible. As my turn came I was told my package may not arrive by Christmas as the deadline for that date had passed. However I learned that only two days later my package was received and all was well. I have video evidence showing the package being scanned and physically loaded onto a UPS truck... and then it somehow vanished into thin air with no further scans or accountability. Throughout the process, I received conflicting information and spent months trying to get answers. UPS continued stating there was no evidence the package entered the network beyond drop-off, despite the fact that I literally have proof of it being loaded onto their truck. To make matters worse, because my label was purchased through Shippo, communication and responsibility kept getting redirected elsewhere even though UPS was the company that physically lost the bag. The compensation offered was minimal and did not come close to reflecting the actual value or significance of what was lost. At some point, it felt less about genuinely helping locate the package and more about quickly closing out the claim and moving on. I understand situations like mine may fall into the "1%" of lost packages, but I truly hope UPS revisits how those rare situations are handled because customers deserve better communication, transparency, accountability, and actual support when something this important disappears after entering UPS custody. I honestly still hope the package somehow miraculously turns up one day.

I have used his services for my small online business. He asked if I could send the postage label in the morning. Per his request I did exactly what he asked. That day I went to his place of business 3 times. The next day was Friday and I need my postal label to mail off to my customer. When I went in I was shocked when he threw up his hand and aggressively said, No, I don't have time. I was there 40 minutes before closing. I arrived Monday for my final trip to this building that needs to be condemned. I got my label paid him saying this is the last time I am coming here. He looked astonished ! I explained that you were extremely rude to me and how dare you treat me this way. His rebuttal was actually I was stressed. Never did he apologize or I may have continued going. He waved me away as if it say...I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOU LEAVE. I now have a label maker at home so no need to go anywhere. This owner is rude, callous, no customer service skills and provides the most hideous environment for his paying customers. He knew that I was immune compromised yet he NEVER WOTE A MASK EVEN WHEN IT WAS MANDATED. This is a horrid place with despicable manners that of someone that has no business running their own business. He needs to be turned into the health department. He thinks that because he is the owner he can have his environment look anyway and not adhere to the hours he has set on his flyers. If you want to get COVID as nothing is ever cleaned nor sanitized as regulated by the CDC then go to this run down, dusty, COVID infested business with someone that will be rude and malicious even if you are a regular customer.
