I've been to many bars and restaurants, including late-night establishments, and whenever an automatic gratuity is added, it's typically disclosed to customers beforehand. Just a heads-up for future customers: carefully review your bill before adding an additional tip, as gratuity may already be included. Transparency about extra charges would have made for a much better experience.

Service started off well--we were greeted quickly and got water right away--but since we weren't ready to order, it took about 15 minutes before the server returned. The food came out fairly quickly, but we were missing several things we needed, including salad dressing, sauces, and even salt and pepper. Unfortunately, the pasta noodles were quite soggy this time, which was disappointing considering it used to be our favorite dish. The nachos were okay but lacked flavor. The beer cheese was definitely the highlight and helped save the dish. It took about 20 minutes before someone checked back on us and brought the missing items, so we ended up waiting before we could really enjoy our meal.
