They were very friendly and made sure to get all the details of my vehicle to ensure they would have the necessary parts and oil. I asked if there was somewhere I could sit and work while I waited and was told yes. I arrived a tad earlier than my appointment (like 15 minutes). Upon arrival there was only 1 parking spot available, luckily I drive a small car and could fit into the space. Unsure where I would've gone if that wasn't the case. They took my vehicle back right away and checked me in. I sat in the lounge area. They have a fridge with complimentary bottled water, a coffee machine, a couch and couple of chairs and a tv. There was a smaller more private space that was next to this area with a rocking chair and space for kids to play. Nothing fancy but the Wi-Fi worked great for my VPN. They also have pictures and info about each of the employees. This is a nice touch and helped me know who was helping me. I received a text when they completed service and it gave me a link. At the link was a picture of my car and then the report of everything. I mean everything. For the tires it gave me each tires pressure along with a picture of each tire's tread. Picture of the engine. Picture of the fluids and how it compares to what it should look like. A full report with visual confirmation of everything. Very much appreciated. At checkout they explained everything they did and saw. Also explained their comprehensive rewards program that I enrolled in. Fair pricing. Overall I felt respected and that they were fair. I brought my car here to be serviced. There was nothing major wrong with my car, there were no…read morelights lit up on the dashboard at all. I only brought it in to find out more about the heat sensor (for my heated seats) and front bumper parking assistant (the front camera). After the diagnostic was done, I decided not to have the repairs done because of pricing. I informed EuroTune of my decision not to move forward and came to pick my car up the next day. Upon starting the car, I noticed the check engine light and other lights indicating faults were lit up on the dashboard. These lights were never on before bringing it in. When I brought this to their attention, they told me that they were going to fix the issue. They said it was because their mechanic had a lot of things open for the diagnostic check and may not have put everything back correctly. However, later that evening, I received a text saying they looked through a camera scope through the radiator cover and noticed that a rodent chewed through the wiring. I called and spoke to Jennifer and explained that my car is garage kept and I have regular pest inspections at my home so there was no way there was rodent damage prior to me bringing it in. That's when Jennifer explained that it may have happened at their facility while parked in the lot, however there was nothing they could do at that point without me paying for further service. At this point I do not trust this mechanic shop and regret going to EuroTune and would advise anyone to not bring their vehicles here for anything. I feel I was scammed.
