I made an appointment to visit their showroom in San Ramon over the weekend. They have a variety of options to choose from. I eventually settled for a horizontal bed as my ceiling was not tall enough for a vertical one. It took around 2 months to schedule installation. They came over and installed it on time as promised. After a few weeks, the bed started squeaking, which was very annoying at night. They came over and took a look. They immediately noticed the issue was related to the cardboard under the mattress. They replaced it with a plywood and the issue was gone. I'm still not too sure why they didn't install the bed with plywood from the beginning to save us a few squeaky night sand themselves two trips to my house to solve the issue. read more

Everyone LOVES my Murphy bed (Wall bed) and desk set I got from Wallbeds n More, and so do I. It makes for a perfect guest room/office set up, allowing for a multi-use room. I worked with Judy who is a fabulous designer and so helpful. She listened to what I was trying to design, sketched out my drawing and delivered it exactly as stated. At the time I ordered the bed I didn't want to spend the extra money for a matching desk and she said, "you will be back". I tried finding a close match for a desk and was dissatisfied. Needless to say, I went back and got the desk. I was able to customize it and fit it perfectly in the space as well as add a lock to the drawer. The craftsmanship is really beautiful and of excellent quality. I especially love that it is made in America, in California at that! We purchased the most amazing wall bed that has a table that folds down when the bed is up from Wallbeds N More and could not be happier with our purchase. We added cabinets to either side of the bed for storage. first delivery rejected - incomplete veneer covering of mattress holder. second delivery rejected - broken pull down frame piece. Wescott (vendor) plant manager explained "it does not matter because you can't see the damage" - as we were paying a premium for the bed i beg to disagree. Wescott manufacturing and final inspection lax to non-existent it seems. Delivery service (independent vendor from WBnM, Wescott) was great, polite and very efficient. Liz was difficult to deal with on the phone as she talked over me quite a bit, also did not stay on top of the replacement process (~ five months from order to final delivery), inquired about personal family matters, but sent the second half of the bill promptly. The final product appearance and functionality is very nice, but not worth the effort in dealing with this company. read more

I was having a problem with my mattress sagging in the middle after only three years of owing it. I contacted Liz hoping for a solution. She was amazing and quickly had the manufacturer replace the defective mattress. I just had to fill out some forms and send in pictures of the issue. She responded to my initial call immediately. I just have to say it is incredible how rude the sales people are. We did purchase a very expensive wall bed from you guys. The gal that helped us was so bad at customer service if we didn't need this bed I would have never bought from her. When i called to get an update on our delivery it was like herding cats. Whoever answered the phone never knew what was going on. It was the most frustrating experience ever. The owner however did reach out and was very nice. I wish I had dealt with her the whole time maybe it would have been a better experience. When the did install the made a mark our brand new walls that we will have to fill in and repaint. Then I noticed one of the major pieces was braking and I took a picture and called in to see what we do from here and again the person who answered Kathy was so RUDE. She said with the holiday it would be a week to have a service call to text her the picture and she would get back to me. I had to ask when? Is this safe to have someone sleep on? The bed is a year and half old. it was very general and to text her Monday as a reminder so I don't fall through the cracks? Are you kidding me? When I questioned that I the customer would need to text a reminder of my need for a potential service call, her tone was so condescending and rude. She really should take a class in customer service. She is the worst!!!!! She was horrible to purchase the bed from and her attitude hasn't changed. She acts as if she is doing you a favor by selling you a bed. And I have to remind for a service call? This is my call in the first time. SO nothing has changed from my previous experience. Hopefully the owner gets this and contacts me. Cause my family owns a huge construction company and we refer a lot of companies and at this point this is one I would stay way far way from! read more
