Poor timing on pickup from airport, and not enough shuttle drivers, employees to handle cars at valet. I observed THREE Parking Spot shuttle pickups, during my 20-25 minute wait for the Wally van. The radio chatter from the driver's radio confirmed lack of staff. Lost 1.5 hours of sleep because of this, arriving at home at 2am. read more

WallyPark has been great for us during several trips this year - I've always been able to find a spot (even the night before Thanksgiving), shuttles come around the lot regularly, and I've always been met with a shuttle in terminal east within 5 minutes of picking up my luggage. Drivers are friendly and helpful to pick up large items. I love the CSU discount! read more

I received an email offering a 40% discount. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow, so I went onto the WallyPark website to book a reservation and get the discount. I have been a WallyPark member in good standing for years. I tried about five times, using three different browsers, and I COULD NOT GET THE WEBSITE TO BOOK MY RESERVATION. All I got was a spinning wheel, I let the wheel spin for about five minutes on two occasions, and finally I gave up. WallyPark's web designers did a very, very bad job on this one. P.S.-- the website had no difficulty accepting my credit card information. Funny about that! read more

You need more shuttle buses. Other parking companies are coming by with buses two or three times more frequently for pick up!

Wally Park is my go to at Denver. Drivers are great (especially Lahcen...he's hands my down favorite, super friendly and always has a smile!) and usually quick (sometimes they don't have as many shuttles running for pick up at DEN as other parking companies, but you can't beat the convenience of the lot location, so for me it's a trade off) . 4 stars because I really want them to bring back the valet service...for someone who travels a lot, the service was completely worth the extra cost. read more

We've used wally park for years and as frequent travelers they have always,been our first choice. However the last 6 months they have been TERRIBLE! We now wait for he shuttle 30-50 minutes every time. Today the driver go into a screaming confrontation with passengers. Never, ever again. Safe yourself time, drama, and safety. read more

First, Ali is a professional - kind, helpful, & caring. As he was driving us from DIA to the parking space, I thought "I would totally use this company again." Then, we had a weird situation in which Budget parked some cars in the Wally Park lot, blocking my car in. Budget was incompetent, but Kim G of Wally Park was a rock star. She worked and worked to get someone from Budget to come move the cars - this was after midnight and in 10 degree weather. read more

Wally Park makes parking at the airport a breeze. If you become part of their frequent parker program (its free), you get discounts on parking and just as Dan N. says - you can valet park for basically the same price as economy lots! Score! Now if you are like me (I am not fancy) you might not immediately think to valet your car. However, when a fellow parker quizzed me on the shuttle as to why I didn't valet, I said I just didn't see the point. Here is why it is awesome and I am glad they guy chatted me up: 1) You don't have to keep track of your keys on a long business trip :) 2) When you come back they call in to the base so that your car is not just ready, but running and ready to drive off (completely free of snow and heat on or if it is the summer the ac cooling it off). 3) They give you a bottle of water for your way home :) Just nice! 4) You don't have to drive around the whole lot waiting for others to get to their cars. 5) A quick scan of your receipt expedites your exit (no long lines waiting for others to pay) Wally Park is the BEST! Always friendly, good prices, fast shuttle service and they are the easy to get in and out of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! read more

This is the first time we used WallyPark, and we were very happy with the service. Our driver was Dale. We got on his bus quickly after our arrival and he got us to DIA smoothly; we were his only passengers. When e dropped us off at Southwest Airlines, my wife found that she left something back in our car. Dale immediately drove her back so she could get it and returned soon so we still had plenty of time to get through Security and on to our flight. We will be back again next trip. read more

Second time in a row that we have had to wait over 30 minutes for a pickup. There has been multiple services that has been by a few times and no Wally bus to be seen. This is the last time I will use this service. The driver said,"we don't have enough business for more drivers." I guess this business needs to shut down because their service is next to nothing. To make it worse, my antenna on my car was snapped off of my car. read more

We used Wally Park at DIA for the first time when traveling out of town. Our driver, Ali Akbar was wonderful. He was friendly, very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the Wally Park van he drove is in desperate need of new shocks and the parking lot has way too many potholes. I have been traveling on flights every other week for the past 3 years here at Denver International. I have seen a lot of changes here at Wally Park from short staff, shutting down the valet service & very few vehicles parked. I keep coming back here over any other parking location. Why? Because the people here make a tired afternoon better. A morning rush quicker and a conversation stimulating. But the real treat is having the opportunity to have Lahcen H be my driver after a long day of traveling. He has a smile and a lot of care for each traveler in his bus.
