I'm a loyal member of WallyPark. Love their location and points systems and ease of parking. Have used them for years. Have never had a bad experience. But I do NOT love my most recent driver named Dale. I landed at 12:30 am. after a very long flight. I'm tired. Have my son with me. We each have a carry on. The driver, upon opening the door to the shuttle at the curb, didn't even bother to get out and lift our luggage onto the rack! He stayed in his seat buckled in. I had to walk my parking space card over to him instead of him asking for it from me. He then proceeds to give me directions on how to get out of the airport while yawning loudly. Directions not helpful or needed at all. When we got to my spot he literally holds out a card, doesn't get up to lift my luggage, stays buckled in and has the nerve to say: "Here's my card. My name is Dale leave me a FI've Star review. I got my luggage and stepped outside. He yells: " You could say goodnight!" in the most condescending tone!!!! I looked at him and said: "I had a big fat tip for you and you didn't even get my luggage!" He looked shocked like I called him out on his own job. I wish I could report him to the manager. Next time I use the service and if he is the driver I will NOT get on and will just wait for another one. One star for you, Dale! read more

Makes traveling a lot easier. I used to park in the airport lots and switching to Wally Park has made the departure/arrival routine less stressful. Shuttles are clean and comfortable even when they are full, you get picked up /dropped off at your car (or nearly), I feel safer leaving the car there. Got back from a long flight yesterday and the driver Habib was waiting right outside, helped with the bags and, most importantly, was smiling and friendly and made us happy to be home. Dale is great. He comes off a bit gruff, but he's very informative and is helpful explaining the process for checking out of the lot when you return to Denver. Why three stars? The wait. Every time I return to Denver, regardless of the time, it takes a minimum of twenty minutes for the shuttle to arrive for pickup. I text for pickup after grabbing luggage and it's always such a long wait. I see so many competitor shuttles with frequent trips for passenger pickup. Not sure why this is always an issue for WallyPark. Staffing? Have always used this company, but I will be looking at other options. read more
