Making an appointment online was super simple and I was seated almost immediately. Bradley was finishing up with another client, so while I waited, he applied a complimentary eye mask. When it was my turn, he carefully mapped out my brows and frequently checked in to make sure everything was looking how I wanted. The wax was almost painless and my brows looked great. He went in with some tweezers to fine tune the shape - the attention to detail was much appreciated! At the end of my service, he color corrected the redness around my brows, touched up my makeup, and I was on my way. The price is a little more expensive than what you would pay at a nail salon, but I felt like Bradley went above and beyond with little extras and attention to detail. I'll be back for sure!

She also listened to my concerns about how whenever I go somewhere else by brow tint fades. She told me some tips and made it a perfect color. I've been going to her for the past 5 months and I always get compliments on my brows! I go every 4-5 weeks, and by the last week my brows start to look ugly and she fixes them right up. Please stay away from this office!…read more I called the office in August about a bump on my jaw it was a bit painful and I wasn't sure what it was so I called the dentist to see if they should do X-rays. They said I need to go to urgent care for that. I go to urgent care, they find nothing wrong, I go to my primary doctor they find nothing wrong. Months later it is still there, I have a routine cleaning. They tell me I need a root canal and the bump is from a root canal. They went ahead and quoted me thousands of dollars and made an appt for me with the endodontist for this to happen. I thought this was strange, so I wanted to go see an endodontist somewhere else to get a second option. So I head over to aspen dental, the endodontist took X-rays and a quick check, and said nothing is wrong but it looks like you have an overdue filling that caused your gums to swell. Chicago dental was going to preform a completely unnecessary procedure on me. I told them there is a filling I need done, they saw the images and filled it. I'm not sure if it's a money scan or truly a lack of knowledge. They cost me thousands of dollars telling me in the first place the bump I had was nothing they could deal with when in reality it was just an overdue filling. The front desk staff is very unknowledgeable and never should have let this situation happen.

She was very realistic but also open with me and what I wanted. I always felt taken care of and like I could ask questions. She did a wonderful job addressing my partner's questions too since he would be helping with my aftercare. There was a minor complication that developed preventing my right side from dropping as it should, and Dr. Cobbins was very supportive and proactive about doing a crease revision and I was only charged a partial fee for the anesthesiologist, for the procedure 3 months after my original BA. Dr. Cobbins is approachable, realistic and caring. I had another consultation (NSPS) before deciding on Aesthetic Institue of Chicago and they wanted to charge me more, didn't really listen to me and talked down to me, trying to push me towards an incision style I did not want. I was able to tell Dr. Cobbins what I wanted, she told me what she thought would fit best and I ended up going one size below my maximum. My results are very natural looking but help me finally fill out clothing the way I wanted to. Getting this surgery and having such a supportive surgical team and doctor helped me finally have the confidence I had been searching for over many years. I went wedding dress shopping about three months ago and were it not for my surgery, I don't think I would have enjoyed the experience as much as I did nor felt as good in my dress.
