Came here for a quick oil change. You know how you know something is wrong with your car, but you don't t know what it is? Well, I had a feeling it was because I needed an oil change and I was right. I got to the business early. I was greeted by a pleasant young man who asked what service I wanted today, to which I replied, oil change. He told me to leave the keys in the ignition that he would take it from there and proceeded to lead me to the waiting area. Once in the waiting area, a really pleasant man at the counter asked me what type of oil change I wanted and also asked me if I had any coupons. I told him yes (FYI: go online to Jiffy Lube to obtain the lasted coupon) and presented it on my phone. He then told me I was really low on oil and that could do damage to the timing mechanism on my car. He then went on to tell me about there "top off" service where I could come in for the next three months and have my fluid levels, including oil, topped off complimentary and have my level monitored for any future issues. They do many different vehicle services as well. I was in and out within 25 minutes. All in all a decent business to come and get a quick oil change. read more

They were super helpful with my boyfriend's car while he was in the ER from basically chopping his finger off. Boys... anyways, I asked if they could look at one of his tires because he refuses to get it fixed and wants to "do it himself" and granted he has done it himself.. apparently 3 times... but they patched it for me and let me know he needs a new tire so I'll be doing that soon. But it's been DAYS now and no leaking which has been wonderful because it's CONSTANTLY low, like 24 psi low. Cost more than I expected but safety is worth it. My wife and I have been coming here for over 10 years. Over the past year we have been noticing a decrease in the quality of service. Today they got me again. They did not give me my AAA discount of 15% off. I just got $5 dollars off Really? I just spent over $260 in services and just got 5 off. Damm. Usually I leave with a good discount but 5 off. Then past problems I had were they let me leave with my tail lights out. They said they checked it. Wrong. No vacuum. No updated sticker. The quality has gone down a lot. I stupidly ignored the signs for a couple of days, so found myself stranded and in need of a starter replacement for my older Hyundai Sonata. (I have roadside assistance through my insurance co., fortunately!) This Jiffy Lube location is near my home, so I've been there before. When contacted by phone, they said - to my great relief - they could install a new starter for me, so I had my car towed there. They took my car in right away and the job was done in an hour or less! The cost was a bit of a shock since I wasn't fully aware what to expect, but my research shows that their charge was completely in line with the typical costs for this job. The first time I went to this location, the manager replaced a very difficult (because it was partly melted...) headlight for me and would not let me pay him! I had to go back not too long ago to have the other headlight replaced, and the service was quick, economical and very friendly. One other time I stopped by due to low tire pressure, and a very nice young man checked and filled all my tires. The folks here practice great customer service and from what I've seen they really know what they're doing. I trust them and am happy to make this place my "go to" for work that doesn't require the dealership. The manager is very service oriented, and I believe that "trickles down," or maybe he will only hire workers who are qualified and have the same attitude. read more

I highly recommend this place. I found a great deal on groupon, and like everything else rising in prices oil changes have went up as well. I was able to get my oil changed as and they changed my air filter that I purchased from autozone at no extra cost. This location is fast and very and professional. Mack the shop owner has an excellent staff. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, they also vacuum the inside of the car as well, which I noticed had not been done since Covid at other locations, you waited in the car as your oil was being changed. read more

Truthfully speaking, I have never been to Jiffy Lube, ever! Like ever, in any state. All these years I've only serviced my car at the dealership. First time for everything!! I was in an out in exactly 20 minutes! How?! lol ... everyone was masked, so polite and very helpful!! While waiting I pulled up a $10 off coupon and it was indeed honored. AVOID I have been a long time loyal jiffy lube customer for years but after this experience, I will never go again. Many mechanic shops have the stereotype of taking advantage of people and scamming you, and this shop proved it to be true. Upon arrival I made two requests. I needed an oil change and I needed diagnostics as my check engine light had come on. Immediately I was given an entire list of things that were wrong with my car. I continued to ask what the check engine light issue was and was told "this is part of it" and that I needed to have this work done to fix the light. Over my time waiting I was continuously told I needed more services, and I continued to say I just needed the light to go off, but was misled to believe that this is what I needed to fix the light. Finally I was told I needed an additional service around $425.00. This was after my total had already reached over $1000.00. I said that I didn't feel comfortable spending more money and was told my car was ready then. After all of this and paying for all these services my check engine light is still on and I had no idea what is wrong with my car. After this experience I brought my car to a different mechanic. I was informed that the issue was a $15.00 sensor and it would take 5 minutes to replace. Once I checked my receipt, I realized they never even ran diagnostics in the first place. They just made up what they decided might be wrong and misled me in the process. I reached out to ownership and corporate in an attempt to remedy the situation and was of course strung along for a while before being told tough luck. Do not under any circumstances bring your vehicle to these people. They will absolutely prey on your lack of knowledge and the fact that you're in a bad situation to rip you off. read more

I had a groupon for oil change service and tire rotation. They told me that I needed all new brakes and a tune-up. All of this would cost around $800. My car manual says I don't need a tune-up until 120,000 miles. I did not have the brakes or tune-up done. The oil change was finished in about 5 minutes and I did not hear the machine that puts the lug nuts on the tires so I asked and they said they did rotate the tires. My mechanic said they did not rotate the tires. He also said that my brakes are fine and I was not close to needing a tune-up! i paid extra on the groupon for the upgraded oil but they probably didn't use it but there is no way to tell. If I could give them a zero review, I would! DO NOT GO HERE AS THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!!! read more

Terrible service!! I brought my car in for an oil change in March. They did not do the inside cleaning and by May the oil was gone without any leaks or issues on my cars part. When trying to explain my issue to jiffy lube because I began to have engine troubles because of my car not having enough oil they began saying I shouldn't have put oil in it I should have brought it in even after explaining to them the engine was beginning to lock up because it had no oil it read more

I went there one particular Monday because my husband was unavailable and I was rushing to use the restroom. I went in the front door because I had to use the restroom really bad ( I know I have to take my car around back to be serviced). I was greeted by an employee named Mack, who told me I could not come in to use the bathroom until I took my car around back and I said I had to use the restroom really bad and he said that was not his problem. DO NOT COME HERE. They take advantage of you trying to make every extra dollar possible. I came for an oil change and told the man when I dropped the car off that I wanted AN OIL CHANGE with synthetic. He gave me prices and an estimated time and then I left (-after I double checked to make sure I was all good to leave) I come back later and another guy comes back accusing me of "just leaving without talking to anyone". I explained I had talked to someone and pointed out the guy and then he said "oh well you didn't wait for prices" then I explained that yes, I had gotten an exact price. Come to find out he did all this blaming bullshit so he could excuse the fact that he replaced 60 dollars worth of air filters without me even asking for that to be done. Confused and annoyed I paid and left knowing that I know someone who can change those for me and I would not have chosen to get them replaced. On top of all this when I was walking out to my car he tried to tell me AGAIN that I had to make sure I told someone exactly what I wanted before I leave and once again I responded that I had a full conversation with a different employee before I left.
