Needed an oil change and I didn't want to be charged 100's of dollars at the car brand dealership. Walmart only charged $60.89 for the full synthetic Mobil 1 oil which I think is such a great price! I drove up and waited a few minutes for the worker to finish checking in the person in front of me. It was my first time using the Walmart Auto Care Center for an oil change so he needed to create a new account for me which was fast. He informed me it would take 1.5 hours which was spot on. I think I may stick with getting my oil changed from Walmart Auto for now on. The only downside was that I couldn't pay using Apple Pay.

Unfortunately Walmart was the only service center open that had my tire size on a Sunday . So against my better judgment, I took my car in for a simple tire change . They took about an hour and a half , and in my opinion, overcharged . But nevertheless, it had to get done. The tech slowly got the job done, and did a test drive around in the parking lot . As I was leaving the location I noticed a noise , and figured it was just the squeak of new rubber on the road , and maybe a couple rubber knobs which is somewhat common on inexpensive tires . So I didn't think much of it, and hit the freeway and headed to San Francisco to catch a flight . When I got back and drove my car back to Clovis , I noticed the noise was still prevalent . Once I got back, I took a look at what happened and realize they installed wheel weights in the wrong location on the Wheel , and the noise I heard was the wheel weight gouging into my brake caliper every time the wheel turned . Thankfully it didn't dislodge in between my brake pads , which was very likely to happen if the adhesive where to give. It could have killed me, my family or anyone driving around me if it did fail . They also didnt torque the lugs. They were just over hand tight. Miraculously they heald on to and from the bay area. When I returned, I called corporate and they advised me to go into the store to file a claim . When I got there they advised me that their lead Tire Tech was actually out for the week doing training 5 days after they installed my tires. So they're most lead technician was not yet trained . Mind blowing . I highly advise people take their cars to trained and reputable shops . Not Walmart or Jiffy Lube . These are the burger flippers of automotive service

They have clear signs posted directing you where to go. I was then greeted by someone and given further directions. Unfortunately I actually had a flat tire. Instead of immediately just trying to sell me new tires, they presented all options. They looked at all my tires and assessed my full needs. They gave me different price points and even said they would price match. They were transparent throughout and showed me everything they were looking at. I felt very informed. They took my car and quoted a realistic wait time. They were able to just repair my tire for now but I plan to be back to get new tires as they definitely deserve my business! Thank you to Angel and team for turning a horrible day into a positive experience!

Despite how crowded it was, they kept things moving and provided good service. One thing that helped was the location--there was a good place to eat across the street, which made the wait much more manageable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and grateful they were able to help me while I was on the road. The only suggestion I would make is to offer beverages for customers waiting. It looked like there may have been a refreshment area at one time, but it was empty during my visit. Having coffee, water, or other drinks available would make long waits a little more comfortable. Overall, a positive experience, and I would return if I needed tire service in the area again.

They had the best price and the guy that helped me was awesome. I've gotten my tires rotated there since, but not any longer. The last two times I had an appointment has been horrible. Todays appointment (June 22, 2026) was the last straw. I made my appointment for 8 am so I wouldn't miss much work. I got there at 7:45 AM. There were already a few people in the parking lot. Doors open and I went in. I was second in line. I tell the guy that I have an 8am appointment for my F350. I can tell right away the guy was not thrilled about being at work this morning. He checks me in and I sit down. There was a walk-in behind me for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was waiting in the lobby I see they take her F150 immediately. Mine is still in the lot. It's 8:45 now and my truck is still in the parking lot. I go to the counter to voice my concerns. The guy tells me that his tech "with the big tools" just got in and they are going to take my truck now. What does that even mean??? Why even schedule my appt when they KNOW what I drive? This was the kicker for me though. While waiting in the lobby a gentleman came to check in. He asked the EMPLOYEE how he's doing this morning. The employee said to him, "Busy...how are you?" I was like... did I really just hear that? Then, a call came in. I assume the person on the phone asked him how he was doing too because the employee said, "Busy...how can I help you?" That was it. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. My truck was done and I left at 9:20 am. Never returning.
