They saw I hadn't driven much, they inspected everything said my oil was still clean and recommend against wasting money when everything was good. Okay so I can be an idiot sometimes. I drive a sh**ty old Prius because my car was totaled by a drunk driver (i hope he eats s**t and fu**ing dies). It burns oil and I have to top it off sometimes. I was pressed for time so i put some oil in too quick. When i checked the dip stick I realized I fu**ed up. O'Reily down the street didn't have the wrench I needed to and the dude at the counter was straight ass. They didn't have the tool i needed, told me I couldnt borrow the wrench and said they don't rent tools out. Brodie working there didn't act right. Fu*k that place. Figured I'd just pay whatever at a shop so I didnt fry the engine. I went down the street thinking id be cooked and get screwed. The manager was chill, didn't act like i was a dumba**. They handled business quick. When they were done, I asked how much i owed. They wouldn't take anything and hooked it up. This shop came in clutch and bailed me out of a situation I put myself in without making me feel stupid and refused to let me pay. They treated me with respect and kindess. I want to say thanks for helping me out when I was down. People have negative sh*t to say about my neighborhood but I was treated right despite being a stranger and them not knowing where I was from. I've had a great experience at this location the manager Andre is always so kind and very knowledgeable. He had told me the oil pan was bad on my car and the plug was making it leak he even showed me the bad part & provided me some suggestions to get it fixed. My mechanic took care of it and said it was exactly what Andre had advised. I came in again for an oil change and he noticed my engine belt was damaged and almost broken. He showed me the bad part and got it taken care of for me right then and there with an engine flush as well. As a woman with no knowledge on vehicle issues it can be difficult to know what to do but Andre is very trustworthy and I know he is always willing to help and goes above and beyond every time. read more

lashon wasted my time today, I went in for an oil change and the customer service was non existent, he kept coming in occasionally when I was up next he asked me to step aside so he could collect payment from another customer and proceeded to attend everyone else in the place before me when all I needed to do was sign something to come back later. I asked them to return my vehicle because I was not going to spend a dime at a business that has someone like lashon running the place, absolutely ridiculous don't waste your time. He has an amazing attitude & you can tell he cares for the work he does! They let me know what all my car needed with no pressure and the price of everything. They have a drive through so you can stay in the car while they work. I ended up getting an oil change and my blinker light changed for $10 TEN DOLLARS! Do not take your Jeep to Jiffy Lube. Unfortunately, I had my car serviced at this location. I was upsaled and spent over $300 for service. They did not do the service correctly. For my Jeep TJ, they did not clean out the filter pan nor change the filter, and the filters got extremely clogged. They also did not make sure the oil pan gasket was sealed tight. This issue caused my jeep to immediately have transmission problems. It was not shifting into 2nd gear. It didn't do that before this service. I took my jeep to my normal mechanic, and they said Jiffy Lube's service caused my jeep to have these transmission problems. I had it done right by my mechanic. Ask questions before you get service done. Maybe this works for new cars or basic cars. However, I also had bad experience with Jiffy Lube with my Honda Civic. But I decided to give them a chance again and it caused me more headache. A simple oil change costed me $300 at jiffy lube and another $250 to fix their mistake. I will never return. read more

The visit this morning to Jiffy Lube was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with any kind of customer service. I got there early, was checked in by the Manager, Andre, and he started work on our car right away. He showed me things throughout the whole process (like the beginning dip stick/oil reading and the same when the car was completed). He was glad to answer any questions I had along the way. After the car was done, a young man cleaned the windows, vacuumed the car and once again showed me the dipstick & the new clean oil. George was absolutely amazing! The other young guy that helped me I believe his name was Chris, was also so kind and helped me with my car. They made me feel at ease as I had some other issues wrong when they looked under the hood of my car. They assured me that they could fix it within a few hours and they did. They showed me exactly what they were replacing and fixing along the way. Although my day was longer than expected I'm so glad they found the issues and were able to fix to keep my son car running. I normally get my car's oil changed with my regular mechanic but that Saturday the manager with the shop keys called off. So instead I looked for the nearest Jiffy Lube, all I needed was an oil change after all. The technicians at this location were very friendly and nice. They had my car done in maybe 10 minutes. The manager who rung me up even gave me a discount on my oil change. When I stepped outside to get in my car, the tech let me know I had a "brake light" that appeared on my dash. Right then and there he went to check on my brake lights to make sure they weren't loose. He didn't have to but that extra service really made a good experience great.
