I was then transferred to a women that couldn't give me any idea of what type of discount I would receive if I invested the time to open a Commercial Account. What's the incentive I asked? She rudely explained that they have a tier system with pricing all over the board. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. Blah Blah O Reilly gave me the exact price which was $50.00 less expensive than without a Commercial Account. Guy came out a few minutes later and fiddled a bit before telling me he wasn't really an install guy, but he'd go get the right guy. Tick-tock, tick-tock. Now 35 minutes past the time I walked in the store. Damn, it's not like it's a doctor's office where you expect to wait or even a take-out meal. It's an auto parts store. Multiple reviewers mention the same behavior from Dave -- long lectures, condescending tone, dismissive attitude, and even mocking customers for asking basic questions.
