I am always skeptical when getting my car serviced, especially showing up by myself, but the staff here made me feel so confident in what they were advising and made sure to discuss it in detail with me and show me on my car before letting me make my final decision. They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop.
