We bought the car without any down payment as we were going to pay cash - they completed the deal with only our signatures! They delivered the vehicle to us and we took it on a trip to Missouri. When we got there, the body work they did needed to be redone and the AC stopped working. We called them and told them about the problems, so on our way backs driver met us in Fargo to swap a loaner for our vehicle. They fixed the body work correctly and repaired the AC, the returned it to us after it was repaired. Dealing with Mason, the salesman, was great. He communicated with us throughout the process. The service was top notch - we couldn't be happier dealing with them. I would recommend Rydell Honda-Nissan to anyone needing a vehicle!

I decided to take a change as I had received a great coupon. Chuck was amazing!! Even though the appointments were somehow overbooks online he still managed to make my experience great and I didn't have to wait as long as we were thinking it might take. I will definitely go back after the great customer service I received. Thank you for the cookies Chuck!

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima SL…read more I had a great experience with Rydell's. Every question I could think of was answered within a great timely manner, and even questions I did not think of were answered. I came to Rydell's with a car in mind, and I was shown what they had in stock for that car. I was not pulled around at all, there was no haggling or any talk about anything besides the exact car I wanted. The exact color I wanted was sold but they had another color I really liked and they pulled it off to the side so that it would not get sold. It took a couple weeks to get everything in order to make that final signature to drive my new car away, but it was on my part. I worked with Corey WIlde and I would not recommend anyone else besides him to sell me or anyone I know a car. He answered every question awesome, got back to me as fast as he could every time I would contact him, and he went far above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy. He taught me a lot about buying a new car that I would never have thought of asking or looking into. In between all the paper work, he would call me and let me know things that were going on with the company, even if it would not effect my price. He kept me very informed on everything. He even went out of his way to drive the car to me during his off hours because I lived about 200 miles away. He brought the car, and the final paperwork and we sat down at a restaurant in town and signed everything and exchanged keys and parted ways. There is not another salesman that I know of that would go that far above and beyond to help out and keep a customer happy. Very strongly recommended, and very excellent experience.

The salesman made the point of telling me how good of a deal I was getting at least 10 times like I was supposed kiss his a** or something. Go someplace else. This dealership does not deserve to have the Rydell name associated with it. Also, the reviews on Google ARE CLEARLY FAKE. Good luck!

Buyer Beware - My Experience with Nelson Auto of Grand Forks…read more I purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Cargo Van from this dealership and had it inspected shortly afterward by a Ford-certified technician at St. George Ford. The inspection identified several issues, including: * Rear axle shaft seal leak * Rear differential pinion seal leak * A missing engine air-intake water-diversion component These are drivetrain and functional components that typically develop over time, not cosmetic issues that appear overnight. I contacted the dealership and worked directly with Eric Taylor. He initially said he would review the inspection report. After multiple follow-ups over several weeks, the final response was that nothing would be done and that the matter was "resolved" because the vehicle was sold AS-IS. To be clear, I was not asking them to cover every recommended service item--only a few significant issues involving drivetrain seals and a missing component that were identified immediately after purchase. Rather than reviewing the findings or attempting to reconcile two professional inspections, the dealership dismissed the report entirely and ended the conversation. Mechanical issues can happen with any used vehicle. What matters is how a dealership responds when credible problems are documented right after a sale. In this case, the response from management was essentially: you signed the paperwork, so it's your problem now. Consumers should understand that "AS-IS" language does not eliminate expectations of good-faith business practices when material mechanical concerns appear immediately after purchase. Because of how this situation was handled, I am documenting the experience publicly and will also be sharing the inspection documentation with **Ford Motor Company customer relations and relevant consumer protection channels for review. If you're considering buying here, get a truly independent inspection before signing anything. Based on my experience, once the paperwork is signed, don't expect much help from management. Buyer beware.
