I occasionally use another place, depending on the vehicle or town in I'm, and they aren't always so speedy. Locally, Jiffy Lube is my go-to place. 180 degrees from the oil-brand-named place that I avoid due to a really bad customer experience there. No complaints, other than the location and the crazy place to leave the business and re-enter traffic. I wish this was closer to home and in the towns I frequent most often.

Today I go there since there was only 3 cars there 2 in the bay and one waiting I go to the other bay. After waiting 20 minutes they tell me they are taking the person that was there before me. This is a courtesy I was never afforded when I was in the same situation there. so I won't be going back they are not that great anyway trying to sell me things they do not completely understand like transfer case fluid. I Had an ac issue, Firestone on roan said it would be some crack inside the blah blah blah and would have to completely remove the dash, without even looking at it they were already estimating $1200. Precision actually looked at the problem and determined it was a very simple fix the schrader valves needed replacing, cost about 40 bucks. Their wild success keeps them honest. The quality of the work they've done has been great also. This is my go-to mechanic I've had several issues fixed on my truck here. Good prices good service and honest! Cannot ask for a better auto shop. One down side is you will need an appointment and sometimes can be over a weeks wait. Once they held my truck for 5 days because of how busy they were, but they did go above and beyond fixing the fuel tank/sensor....issue. I Highly recommend this place.

I picked it up and took it straight to Precision Tune Auto Care who ran an A/C test. There was nothing wrong with my compressor I was simply out of Freon. Precision filled it up and I picked it up same day. The car has been blowing cold air going on two months now. Don't go here especially if you are a young woman. Disgusting.

After waiting app 3 hours, the car was finally ready, and I was presented a bill for $188.00. I was stunned to say the least. After discussion, the bill was lowered to 121.63. This is still way too much. The young lady attempted to explain the high bill but nothing she said justified this cost. I told her that I just had my Honda at a Honda dealer for service and pain 63.00 and they provided filter and washer, and that previously this same Subaru was serviced at the Subaru dealer in Johnson City and the bill was around 64.20. Plus, this same Forrester was serviced by this same FreeService location in April and the bill was 65.45 and in January the bill was 57.91. What happened between April and September? This location has worked on this car several time and last October, did a complete brake job on all wheels. The car is not a stranger to this location. I paid the 121.63 and told the lady that this is the last time they will service my cars. So, in summary, if you want to spend a load of money on a simple oil/filter change out and wait app 3 1/2 hours, then this is the place for you.
