I will give them another chance as they took accountability and made it right. Grayson Tire & Auto - so disappointed in their service and support. I had this shop repair my AC in September 2025 and experienced a strange issue where the AC would not turn on when the car was parked on hot days. I garage park my car so I rarely experienced the issue. With this hot weather recently the issue regularly appeared. I took it in as I had a two year warranty. After having the car for half a day they insisted nothing was wrong. They begrudgingly agreed to test again. After a few hours of the car parked in the hot sun, they saw the problem. They subsequently told me the Freon and PAC oil was way out of specs and I needed an evac and recharge. The problem is they were the only people to touch the AC and last to evac/recharge. When I explained this, they stated it was my fault as I must have had someone else work on it. I told them no one else but them worked on it. They said that is impossible. I pointed out how it could happen and they said even if they did make a mistake the Freon is not covered under warranty. When they originally fixed my AC they had issues and had to install a second compressor. Yet they stated they don't make mistakes. Customers vote with their wallet and they lost this customer of several years who has spent thousands on various services. Shame on you Grayson Tire & Automotive, do better. I will no longer recommend them on this platform.

My appointment was at 5:15 and 30 minutes later at 5:45 it is now going back to a bay! They close in 15 minutes so I'm sure hoping that whoever is doing my tire rotation isn't in a big hurry to leave at 6:00! I just don't understand why bother with appointments when 2 walk ins went before my vehicle! I've done better walking in then with the last two appointments. I really like my tires that I purchased from them 2 years ago but again that scheduled appointment was over an hour and a half late! They are getting worse than a doctors office with over booking! I changed my 2 star to a 3 stars because my car was done in 9 minutes. But just imagine had it went in within 5 or 10 minutes of my appointment time the total time would've been less then 20 minutes.

**Extremely Disappointed and, Quite Honestly, Terrified**…read more I originally purchased my tires from Bulldog Tire Shop in April 2026. I returned in late May for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I left, but shortly afterward, I began hearing a noise coming from around my tires. I was also informed that one of the lug nuts/bolts had been stripped and that Bulldog would order a replacement. What makes this even more frustrating is that **I was not informed about the stripped lug nut/bolt before leaving Bulldog.** I only became aware of the issue after noticing the noise and questioning it. I drove it again before I left, and the noise went away... temporarily! While I was on I-75, the noise came back and this time it was much worse. It became increasingly concerning and honestly scared everyone in my vehicle. I was so worried about what was happening that I had to get off the interstate and find the nearest tire shop. **Thank God for Mavis Tires.** When I arrived at Mavis, they inspected my vehicle and discovered that **ALL of the lug nuts/bolts on the driver's side were completely loose.** I mean ALL of them. They were so loose that I could remove them myself **without any tools.** At that moment, it hit me just how close I could have been to losing my life and potentially the lives of my passengers or someone else on the highway. This was not a minor inconvenience. **This was a serious safety issue that could have had a catastrophic outcome.** When I returned to Bulldog to pick up the replacement, the manager's response was simply, **"I'm sorry."** That was essentially it. After something this serious something that could have resulted in me or someone else losing their life I expected much more than an apology. I expected accountability, an explanation of how this happened, and some reassurance that steps would be taken to make sure it never happens to another customer. I now have a brand-new set of tires with a warranty, yet I **do not feel comfortable allowing anyone at this location to touch my tires or my vehicle again.** That is extremely disappointing because I should be able to trust the shop that installed my tires to ensure they are properly secured and that my vehicle is safe before sending me back onto the road. I don't know if this was a training issue, a lack of proper inspection, improper installation, or something else, but **something needs to change.** A mistake involving improperly secured wheels isn't something that should be taken lightly. I am grateful that I heard the noise, trusted my instincts, and found another tire shop before something happened on the interstate. **I could have lost my life. Literally.** Unfortunately, based on my experience, **I cannot recommend Bulldog Tire Shop to anyone.** If you have had work done here, I strongly encourage you to have your lug nuts and wheels checked by another qualified professional. **Buyers beware. The tech came up to my car & told me my brake fluid was completely empty. When i looked at it was completely full. Broke my oil pan & tried to tell me the last guy who did my oil change broke it & that i needed to pay $35 to fix it & couldn't leave without it.
