However, I had a decent enough experience with this Jiffy Lube that they deserve a fair review. I had went to a Brakes Plus prior and was given an estimate for rear brake pads and brake rotor replacements. Left and went to this Jiffy Lube, and they were not only willing to do the pads and rotor replacement, but added the brake flush all for a total that costed $110 less than Brakes Plus. They finished everything within 1 and 1/2 hours and the process went smoothly. Car operated well as I drove home so no concerns so far. The pads are also lifetime warranty!

Their Grapevine location has always been great and is well worth the drive instead of dealing with the Keller location drama.

The two gentlemen at the desk are very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. They always made me feel like my car has priority and every work was always done fast. They clearly communicate what is going on and would keeping touch as agreed. For comparison I have very opposite experience with Jeep Grapevine. Dealing any repair there is frustrating and time consuming.
