Had a family member take my car here and they said it took hr and 30 min .they were one of the first people there .they got there early just to be first in line and these guys just talking and not even starting job for 50 mins .looks like they don't hire enough people and staff looks like there on meth With out the meth work ethic. read more

I had an appointment for 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday, right when they opened. I arrived and no one came out to greet me, even though a mechanic was walking around in the garage and saw me. I went inside to check in, and the lady seemed perplexed and said no one was there today. She went and got a supervisor of some sort, whom I heard get on the phone and ask an employee if he was coming in today, because no one was there. The supervisor went out and talked to the mechanic and then called me over to talk to him. The mechanic said he'd gone up to my car, and I told him I had been there for 5 minutes, and he said, "Oh, well, other cars were in the bay." Which made no sense. Cars were in there, but no people. He could have just come out and said, "Hi, I'll be with you in a moment." I asked him for a time estimate for the oil change, and he asked if I had an appointment. I said yes, and he said about an hour to an hour and a half because other people have appointments at that time, too. They seem to completely miss the concept of why appointments exist. Despite the low price, about $70 for a full synthetic oil change, I immediately left and went to Jiffy Lube where I happily paid $130 and was out in 15 minutes. I'll never attempt Walmart Auto Service again. read more

Terrible customer service, if i could rate zero stars i would. You're better off going somewhere else for your car. Came in with an appt for an oil change and while they're going to work on my car i asked if they could also rotate my tires, but they said no because of short staff, if you don't want to work then just say that. Anyways, they didn't preform my oil change because they said while removing the cap it was too "rough" and that I'd need to go somewhere else. So i went to jiffy lube and they performed my oil change and tire rotation within 25 minutes with no issues. You're better off paying more for great quality service with people who actually are helpful and enjoy what they do than Walmart. read more

First and foremost the gentleman Terrell who assisted in checking me in was extremely professional and had a young man work on my vehicle. I wanted an oil and filter change. However, unfortunately they could not do the filter change because I was told I had a sealed filter. Okay so, how does brand new oil run on a possibly dirty rusted and old filter? I guess I will find out soon enough. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with the $40 charge but now I feel it was a waste since I'll have to find a shop to replace the filter. So buyer beware...... There are 3 oil Filter types; make sure you know what kind of filter you have before you agree to the oil change. Anyway here is a breakdown of the receipt: Great place! Very Professional! Oh yeah I wasn't going to mention the fact that my dumb ass gave them all my keys even the keys to my house. Make sure you NEVER do that..... Also, the left one of my windows down NO BIG DEAL because they have cameras and Security everywhere. I highly recommend this place and would have given them 5 stars but they don't do Sealed filters. However, I will NOT be returning because they don't do sealed filter changes. read more

i just come over here for an oil change i am doing it for the first time. as soon as i arrive the place,( in the backside of walmart) the old veteran guy named john assist me. He also help me to understand my vehicle since i'm a beginner for this car care such as car fluids and show me how my oil it is. since this was first come l, first serve service, i just need to wait for and hour and half for an oil change (which is bummer) so i have to wait then. they have waiting room unfortunately it was well good for watching for your car to be done while waiting. they have tv but it was not open so it your own choice what you want to do since it was close by supermarket and you can shopping groceries to kill the waiting time. read more

What a joke. My tire install appointment was 6PM. Got there at 5:45 and the auto center was closed even though their sign says they dont close until 7PM. I understand you're shortstaffed, but at least give your paying customers a courtesy call instead of wasting their time bozos. read more

After waiting 5 minutes for the guy to come over, I asked how long for an oil change. He said two and half hours!!!! When I asked why so long, he said there are three oil changes ahead of you and two tire sales. After deciding arguing was futile, I went to Jiffy Lube and was in and out in 15 minutes. I purchased tires online that were sold and shipped by Walmart they told me as long as it wasnt a third party and it said Walmart they would offer me the road hazard warranty at the store. When the person checked me in he offered it to me and told me my total. 3hours later when I go to pay they tel me they have to take it off because since I ordered online it wont cover my tires. Now I cant even return them because they have already been mounted. If I knew they were going b.s and not honor what they said I would have never bought the tires to begin with. read more

took my car in for a full service...FULL SERVICE and MAINTENANCE they let me drive away with no coolant apparently and my car ended up over heating. it was "bone dry" NO coolant...they did NOT check and top off any fluids as my receipt said they did....now I have to take my car somewhere else to see what else was ignored or overlooked and hope I didn't mess anything up while unknowingly driving around with a bone dry radiator... read more

They told me they would fix my tire but never did. They did an oil change on my car and told me everything would take less than 2 hours. I dropped my car off at noon and I was calling nonstop, until someone finally answered and said you're car has been ready for hours. So my car was ready at 3pm and i called them at 5:40pm, so after hanging up I got my car at 6pm. I had no car for 6 hrs when I could've been without a car for 3 hours instead. Used to take my Navigator service is good and friendly the wait depends on how many cars are ahead of you BUT now you can only get high mileage Pennzoil not Castrol any more not a fan of Pennzoil gave it a shot but you can hear more motor noise than with Castrol read more
