I had went to Sun Devil up the street the day before and then they told me to leave my car for two hours then I told him I couldn't do that so I had to make an appointment for the next day all of this for brake lights. I had the bulbs I just needed someone to show me how to pop the panel off or even if they popped it off and put it in for me came back to Sun Devil the next day at 10 o'clock before they touch my car they told me it would be a labor charge of $125. I said no Siri drove down the street to AutoZone look David in the eye when I walked through the door I said can you help me he said maybe he helped me and now I know how to pop off my tail light and change my own bolt so ladies you ever need some help and there's not a man around go to AutoZone and ask for David.

Been shopping parts her for years but had a bad experience today. I bought a center console a…read morecouple of days ago and in was complete with rear climate controls. I didn't realize until I got home that they charged me extra ($25) for the controls. I tried to return the controls as I have no need for them but they would not refund my money because I didn't buy their warranty. I argued that this was not a separate item but was an integral part of the console but they would not budge. I will continue to shop this yard in the future but I will always be more mindful and always double-check my receipt before I leave.

It was not serious and I knew I could buff it out but I didn't know what kind of compound I should use. I'm from out of town and the AutoZone where I live, has helpful and knowledgeable employees so naturally I searched for an AutoZone nearby. I walked into the business and talked with an employee, Genia and asked if she would come outside to take a look at the scratch on the side of my car. She came outside with me, looked at the scratch, took her finger and immediately was able to rub some of the residue off. We went back inside the store where she showed me a line of products that would effectively buff the scratches out. She told me that I did not need an expensive compound because the less expensive ones were basically the same product. Genia was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and did not try to sell me a more expensive product. She was pleasant throughout my visit. She is definitely an ambassador for this place of business.
