I have only come here to have new tires mounted on wheels and the first two times I came things went okay (only exception being no call to let me know the work was done). I recently brought tires and wheels in again to have them swapped and have some old tires patched and never received a phone call when the work was supposedly done. I mentioned to Jesse that I was not called the last two times but he did not seem to care. When I picked up the tires I was charged for all of the labor that should have been done, but later discovered they did not fix one of the tires even though I was charged for it.
