It took 4 and a half hours in the middle of a Monday. They didn't get my car in until 2 hours in. Since I had not expected this to take four and a half hours, I had to leave midway to make it to work on time and have someone else pick up the car. Both times I had asked about how much time it would take, they had given me 'not too much longer' and 'uhhh maybe 30 minutes', only to keep my father there for another 2 and a half hours. After that, they only told him about my alignment and then tried to keep him even longer and charge more for the shocks. This is not the first time Les Schwab has taken over three hours for tires, both of the ones in redmond. They're getting worse and worse by the year, ever since they stopped being owned by the actual family. Look into a local repair shop, les schwab isn't worth it anymore.

And waited. And waited. "Someone will be right with you!" Waited another 5 min. Saw same guy walk back into bay and ask another guy, "Has anyone helped this guy get?" Finally get a guy over to check my tire. It's got a leak. Park it and check in inside. Here I am 90 minutes later (the lobby has 3 people including me) and my car is still parked in the lot. No timeline was given other than "We'll get right to it." Just asked about the status and of course the answer was "Oh, you're next!" That was 15 minutes ago. Spoiler Alert - I wasn't nextMeanwhile, no fewer than 4 employees standing around in the bays, BSing. I'm done with Schwabs, my biz is going to Point S and Costco from now on. After examining my vehicle, I was told that in order to have that switch replaced, it would be necessary to have the steering column removed so they could access this switch and it would cost approximately $700.00. I took my vehicle to another shop where they replaced my switch without removing the steering column and was charged only $185.00. BEWARE!
