Not expensive compared to other places and they did a great job. This was on 4/18/2026 We thought since they did such a great job before, why not take our car back? We took it back in for an alignment on 4/27/2026 after getting some parts replaced on our car from our personal mechanic. The parts replaced by our mechanic were purchased brand new and replaced only 2 days prior. They quoted us $120 for the alignment. After dropping it off for this service they called my husband and told him they couldn't do it because the tie rods (which were JUST replaced) were "messed up" and they needed to charge us an extra $250 to fix them. I called them and asked if they could just align it as best as they can and the man on the phone said, "we don't fix things "the best we can"" so at this point I told him to not touch the car since they were clearly trying to get us to spend more money. When I told him this he hung up on me. 20 minutes after my phone call with them they called my husband and told him the technician was "confused" and made a mistake, that they would now be able to do the alignment no problem. Alignments aren't done by new technicians typically since they require experience, they knew what they were doing, and unfortunately that was just trying to get more money out of us. We will not be bringing any of our cars back here.

Later that evening I drove to a friends and had someone flag me down to say I had stuff hanging/dragging under my car. I found the panel they take off to access the bolts hanging and destroyed. It later flew off in traffic. Monster tape wasn't enough to secure it. So I went back the follow day to speak with the manager Junior. He apologized and said he would order a new panel and reach out when it comes in. It's now been 3weeks with nothing from Junior. Additionally, I've stopped in twice now and tried to resolve this only to find Calvin, the manager on duty, couldn't find the time to talk to me for 60 seconds. I'll no longer use Jiffy Lube for my fleet or personal vehicles. I suggest you do the same.

Saw different guys working on my car. I wish they would have checked the coolant and let me know it needed a change or a flush. Now there is black stuff in my coolant idk when it got in there. Could be blown head gasket or spilt oil. Either way I need a flush and probably will go somewhere else less busy so I know my car is getting . Also not a good value almost $300 for oil change and headlight replacement. Kept trying to upsale me things they didn't know really if I even needed it. Some of those services will in fact mess up older cars.

I took my new car in for a tire patch up and the younger guy that was getting the patch up done caused some deep scratches on my rim that I was not happy at all. These younger guys are irresponsible and won't care what happens to your rim. I won't be going back to support them anymore. If your car is new then go somewhere else because they will not take care of your car. Save yourself from the drama that this place will cause for you.

Very low mileage…read more As I was in the market for a replacement X I contacted a Sales Assistant who told me the vehicle had been well maintained and had no accidents. She sent me the Carfax which showed no maintenance in the past 1 year even though the odometer was just under 5,000 miles. At the least an oil change should have been done. The photos of the interior and exterior appeared to indicate the vehicles was in very good condition. However, I noticed the winch had been used and the winch rope was extended and tied off to the front hook. I also noticed the electronic winch cord was wrapped around the winch, a sloppy and unusual storage method for an electric winch controller. I suspected the winch had been used and wasn't fully retracted properly. Whether it was in good working was unknown. I reviewed the Carfax report and noticed unusual activity AFTER Toyota of Clovis purchased the vehicle including an "emissions system inspection" and a smog, which it passed. VERY unusual for a 1 year old vehicle with less than 5,000 miles. When I questioned the associate she said they check and service all used vehicles before being offered for sale. I questioned why they had NOT serviced the vehicle (oil change, etc) at 1 year but had instead smogged it and inspected the emissions. She had no answers. I suspected hidden undercarriage damage and requested photos. She agreed and provided them. I received 2 photos of the undercarriage with clearly visible scratches and a possibly bent support attachment for an armor plate. It was difficult to determine the precise damage from the 2 photos. I suspected the muffler, catalytic converter and possibly other portions of the exhaust system were damaged while the former owner was offroading. Clearly the Toyota dealer had done some repairs. I requested the repair work orders and parts receipts. I was told they would be sent. They never provided them. Several people from the dealership sent me emails and each time I confirmed I was awaiting the repair orders. Suddenly they ceased contacting me. Clearly they knew there was undercarriage damage which Toyota of Clovis had repaired. The damage was significant enough to require a smog test. However, they attempted to deceive me and YOU by citing a clear Carfax and going silent regarding the repairs. If this doesn't deter you from ever purchasing either a new or used vehicle you should have your head examined.
