When we calmly asked for clarification about the promises that had been made, instead of addressing our concerns, he told us he could simply refuse to do business with us. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic just to get us through the door and then attempt to upsell the deal. The only positive part of the experience was the finance manager. Who was very professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to make it right. Unfortunately, the management completely overshadowed that effort. Would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from Murry CDJR, based on how we were treated!
