I don't understand the bad reviews, I've never had a problem here. I came in on 2/4/26 and Ryan, Charles, and James helped me immediately. Service was beyond quick, I came in for an oil change, got my tires rotated, and yeah I did have them replace my air filter as I've not had it done since I bought my car in 2018. They actually took my filter out to show me how bad it was instead of upselling it and it was actually yellow and black and they still didn't pressure me to buy a new one only recommended I get it done soon so I just had them replace it. They were professional and nice and pretty funny too. They told me tire rotation might be up to 30 min but I felt like I was in the lobby for only 10. I wouldn't recommend using this location at all unless you want to be talked down to by the rude manager. He refused to listen to what I wanted done with my vehicle, put the wrong oil in it & continued to try to "find" issues to add on more charges or to insult my vehicle. My daughter and I went to get an oil change on our vehicles. Tim and Jacob were the techs on duty. I can't say enough about these two. Extremely polite, friendly, and helpful! They got us In immediately but we didn't feel rushed. They answered all our questions in detail and didn't pressure us to upsell their product. It only took them 20 minutes to do both our vehicles. If I could give negative stars I would. In utter disbelief at the thievery and scamming this place has going on. We went in for a simple oil change, nothing more, but of course like any money hungry mechanic they start trying to upsell and tell us everything we should get done which includes having the spark plugs changed. We ask for pricing and they say it's $300!! Absurd ! Considering spark plugs are only $10 each. So you're charging over $300 for a 5-10 minutes job?? They also told us we should change our wind shield wipes and the cost would be $50/wiper when wind shield wipers for our car only cost $40 for BOTH wipers ! We advised them we would come back another day. I looked around for other mechanics for a second opinion and found an honest wonderful mechanic who even came to my house to change the spark plugs for a reasonable price !! WAAAAY less than $500. Come to find out we were MISSING a spark plug. I know for a FACT that this jiffy line STOLE our spark plug to make more money from us. SHADY BUSINESS. Steer FAR AWAY from this place. Our car has never had any issues until we took it to the jiffy line for a simple oil change! & ever since then our maintenance light was on and the car started acting weird. I have taken my family's cars to this location many times and always found them to be pleasant, professional and reasonably priced. Last week, however, they tried to charge me $80+ for a standard oil change (with a $10 discount, mind you) because they didn't have conventional motor oil. I could have accepted this since they had some brought over. What I cannot accept, though, is being told that effective 2025, conventional motor oil will not only no longer be available at Jiffy Lube, but no longer manufactured at all. This is an easily refuted lie and ensured that would be the last time they touched any vehicle from my family and friends. This unacceptable attempt to force customers into more expensive synthetic oil changes is insulting. read more

I couldn't have had a better experience at this jiffy lube. Everything went better than perfect. My car is running phenomenaly after the full synthetic oil change I recieved. The staff is more than nice and goes above and beyond. They even went as far as to vaccum my car, top off my tires, and fill my windshield wiper fluid without me asking. I also recieved 20% off due to the fact that I am a Lyft and Uber driver. I highly reccomend this jiffy lube to anyone. P.S. if you have a bad experience or wrote a bad review, you may just be an ***hole that expects the word to be handed to you just because you've paid for something. One hundred dollars for the highest quality ultra synthetic oil is NOT overpriced. Unless you'd rather have bob from across the street changing your oil. read more

I came in for an oil change and was quickly greeted when I entered the shop and the guys got to work right away. They provided the results of the 21 point check but there was no pressure to purchase additional services. They honored my coupon without any problems. Upon arrival at store #2784 there were 3 employees out back smoking and laughing they acted like i was interpting them since there were no other cars there. I was the person who greeted me i assume was shelly by the name on her shirt and i told her i wanted the basic 24.99 and immediately was asked if id like the full service for $10 more. I said no i take care of all the rest myself. She told me impolitely to go sit in the lobby which after walking into the employees bathroom i found. After what seemed like 5 minutes of watching the three of them walk around my truck shaking their heads shelly came in the office to get my information for the computer. Once again she tried to sell me on the full service and i told her again that i take care of my maintnce myself it costs virtually the same to let you Guys handle the mess. Now here comes the sales pitch apparently tgwy thought i needed a belt fuel filter differential service radiator service auto trans service and a a/c service!! How did i ever make it in there? Apparently my truck is a hazard on the highway. Not really but you get my drift. As I've said i do all my maintance myself and i know the belt and radiator were done in October fuel filter last summer i take care of my stuff. So when i told her no on all that she say my truck holds 6 quarts and thats an extra 6 bux. Got me one way or the other. So good luck at this location your gonna need it read more
