the front of a walmart store

Does someone mind explaining why the apocalypse hit this Walmart location a long time ago? Walking in, I'm like a deer in headlights with the absence of neck tattoos, tight polyester clothing and loud, screaming children. I quickly scurry past the masses at customer service and Subway, trying to avoid eye contact while planning my attack. The faster I get to the items I need, the faster I can just get out of there already. Problem is, the items I need never seem to be in stock, or available at all. Something as basic as plastic cups was too much to ask on my recent visit. I secured small cups but, other than the giant red Solo cups, there were no other options for something in between. The only redeeming thing about the place is the body shop, which unfortunately means I have had to endure many an hour walking around the store while my car received an oil change. There aren't even any decent stores in the strip mall that shares the parking lot to escape to. I do believe I made my final exit through this Walmart's doors the other day.

After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

We have a nice selection of purses here." Spoiler: I did not look at the store's purportedly nice selection of purses. I left feeling sorry for management because it's so hard to weed out rude idiots during the hiring process. No amount of coaching will fix someone who thinks it's a great sales tactic to be insulting. Sorry, Nordstrom Rack. I get it, I manage people too, and it sucks.

I don't come to this Target often, but usually when I do it's because I'm running errands in South…read moreJersey. It's usually always so much more well-stocked than most other Targets I frequent, and I can usually find everything I'm looking for. Anywho, I wanted to write a quick review based on the Drive-Up feature at this particular Target. As I found myself circling around the parking lot for about 5 minutes or so before I could find where the drive up was at. It's not noticeable at all. The parking lot itself is quite vast by the way! Plenty of parking! But like said, I could not easily find where the Drive Up was and I was starting to wonder if I was going to have to switch to Pick Up. Thankfully after circling around some more, I found it on the outer most right edge of the parking lot, towards Petco. The sign is blocked by a tree, and the drive up number signs are quite short and aren't as obvious when you first drive into the parking lot. This locations Drive-Up is quite far from the main entrance of its Target, and this is the first time I'm seeing a drive up so far away! Usually it's within decent distance, this one was far! Then the employees have a far walk back into the main entrance in the scorching heat or some other disastrous weather. I think Drive Up is an amazing feature, but because it's quite far for the employees of this particular Target and it's not as noticeable from the main entrance of Target's parking lot, I'm iffy about using it again for this particular location. Not to mention the roads around here are always quite confusing and interesting. It's doable if you do it often or use a GPS, but I have gotten confused coming into and out of this plaza time and time again.

I was pleasantly surprised to see they carry some nice business casual wear as well. It is like a step child to Kohl's because they offer a limited choice of housewares from plates, to home decorations, towels, furniture, etc. They also carry shoes (a plus that they offer those fake little nylons for trying on shoes), purses, sunglasses, all that stuff. I will say that I was approached a little rudely by one of the sales ladies who made a comment about what I could or couldn't bring into the rooms to try on some clothes. Maybe she was having a crappy day or her feet hurt, who knew.

Do you think they'll offer discounts to frequent shoppers?! Here we are today, and I've YET to find anything worth buying in this palce. I stopped in last week in search of a discounted dress, but all I found were stiff, high-colored maiden frocks in clashy, bright colors. I second the reviewer below - most of the clothing reminds you of 1990s elementary school teacher style, all fit to be paired with a multi-colored macaroni necklace. Worse still, a lot of the stuff is still way expensive, especially in the homegoods department. Save your time and head to TJ Maxx, Marshall's, or Homegoods instead.

When retail business declines, these companies continue to flourish for a reason, they have an operation, where regardless of city, state, or socioeconomic difference, you can always expect to find quality items at discounted, and/or affordable pieces. Because of the aforementioned, I initially opt to not take a car through the store, knowing that when I do, I'll definitively purchase many more items than intended. Reason- there's always a treasure chest of great finds, and items you forgot you need, want to get, or the price is so reasonable, how could you not purchase the item you're drawn to. The Marshalls and HomeGoods store is divided into one space for the former and the latter. The store is maintained extremely well. The store is clean, add organized, which is often difficult because customers believe they have a sense of entitlement wherever they shop, and whatever they decide they don't want is not placed back where it was found, nor the way it was found (on a hanger, hanging from a display, in the correct aisle, shelf, department, etc.). The store is well lit and spacious. In Marshalls you can find clothes from toddlers to adults of any gender, jewelry, accessories, outerwear, workout essentials, confines, perfumes, shoes, luggage, hair care products and appliances, facial and skincare products, toys, collectibles, sports fan gear, and much more. In HomeGoods, there have seasonal and non-seasonable items well organized and displayed. There's aisles with each of the following, lamps, rugs, furniture, furniture accessories, framed artwork and photos, mirrors, pet supplies, clothes, and accessories, bedding, linens, pillows of all types, sheet sets, comforters, and duvet covers of all sizes, bath products, bath furniture, storage, and accessories. There's bath towels of all sizes, colors, and patterns, washcloths, hand towels, stationary, cleaning products for home and car, cards, gift wrap, bows, ribbons, gift bags, bag accessories, bedroom accessories, chairs, cookware, appliances, states, glassware, accent pieces, laundry items, storage containers, picture frames, cutting boards, tableware, stairwells, oven mitts, serving trays, kitchen utensils, step stools and ladders, teapots, coffee cups, barware, holiday items, books, desks, desk organizers, book ends, vases, accessories for children's and teens rooms, decorative decor from around the world from ceramic to glass to wood, food items, sauces, oils, sweeteners, spices, paperweights, dried fruit, decorative baskets, electronic and mobile phone accessories, beverages, gift cards, holiday outdoor display items, and the list goes on. If you walk out empty handed, it's an anomaly, and near impossible to do. The staff is friendly, helpful, and moves lines along at an expedited pace. Wonderful stores. Phenomenal brand stores that are constantly a pleasure to shop at!
