There's plenty of parking on site you just have to be able to find what is available. And once you enter the store everything is marked the owls are designated easy to follow especially with their mobile app shows you the store layout. You even have the option of purchasing the item via scan and go. That was able to find some T-shirts for family. The staff was courteous and gracious to help me when I needed to locate an item in the store. I will definitely be returning to a Walmart in the near future. read more

Shopping at this Walmart location made me realized why I avoid this grocery store brand at all costs! I am not from the area, so I only came here because of its proximity to the airport since I needed a couple stuff before my drive to Yosemite. From the outside the store looks great and like your regular grocery store, however inside it's a whole different ball game. Everything was a mess! Everything was so unorganized and finding stuff was pretty difficult (even while following their signs). The staff was also extremely rude and you could tell they just didn't want to be there or being bothered at all. Lastly, make sure to get your printed receipt from self-checkout because they will ask for it on your way out. I totally forgot to get mine since I was in a rush and they started to question me on the way out which was extremely uncomfortable. Thank God I had a Walmart account created years ago and my receipt automatically saved there so I was able to prove that I had paid for my items. I used to always shop here until yesterday. I went to this walmart to get a controller for my man's xbox. I asked a worker, her name is monica, for help and instead of helping me she kept wandering off and IGNORING me. I asked her for help multiple times but instead she was talking to other employees and when she seen me she came quickly and told me there wasn't any and didn't bother to check. I kept asking if i can speak to someone else and she said she already checked and there was none when that is an absolute lie since all she did was walk around not doing her job & proceeded to tell me to check at another store. I know I have been shopping at this store for many years.And as of late, I have never seen so many rude dismissive employees. I had a man i. Garden actually yell at me for putting three flowrtcontainers on the counter. The grounds are not completely designed. I see that they've had many complaints. I've been ordering cakes here for years. They're pretty cheap and usually have what I'm looking for. The ordering process is pretty simple. You can order online easily and quick. I prefer to go in the store because they have more options. Depending on the baker some cakes come out really pretty. I have also had some cakes that weren't as cute lol. Bad service, called in regards to a delivery order and they have two different delivery times. One on the app and one when you called for the update on the automatic system. When speaking to the operator/front she said they have no way of checking placed orders and does not now how to access a contact number for delivery. Please train your people and please be respectful she was very dismissive and had an attitude and was a supervisor on duty. read more

I came to this Walmart in Clovis Herndon and Willow on 01/10/22 as I was in the area for a quick shop. I have came to this Walmart a few times as I am a Target gal. Anywho, I did enjoy the location. This Walmart in my opinion is one of the cleanest and organized I have been too. Walmart is trying so much to turn me into a Walmart girl and it is working. Upon entering sometimes they have a greeter which is nice. I grabbed a basket and made my way to the grocery area as I needed some food items. Their food prices are honestly close to Winco so sometimes I don't even go to Winco anymore as Walmart is stepping it up with their grocery game here. Maybe it's the time I came because it was not crowded or packed at all. It was nice not bumping into strollers, children and a lot of people so I was able to shop with ease without worrying about trampling over someone as I am an aggressive in and out shopper. However, there were so many workers stocking which isn't a bad thing but MY GOODNESS a lot of shelfs were EMPTY so it appears they were trying their best to restock. The can goods GONE and frozen VEGGIES GONE. So, I came on the wrong day for these items. They were also slightly more expensive than Winco but oh well. The dude wanted me to grab a few items as well like cheese sauce so he can munch on for snacks. I HATE going to Walmart because I can easily walk in with a money saving plan then BAM $200 dollars later I left with a bunch of good loving plants or junk haha THEY LEGIT HAVE EVERYTHING YOU CAN WISH AND HOPE FOR EXCEPT PUPPIES. I do remember the days they use to have a nice aquatic section but they been slowly removing them :( I don't remember if this location had it or not. They have cute affordable baby clothes for boys and girls, youth clothing, male and female clothing, seasonal swim wear and seasonal clothing as well. I have bought a few causal dresses here (I only wear dresses or skirts) and still have them presently. It's not the best quality but it does save a few bucks vs Target which I think their clothing is more higher quality in my opinion. They have active wear, sexy wear and so on. One stop shop for lotions, soaps, hair products, home decor, art, school/office supplies, garden center, gaming, automotive, electronics, shoes, toys, outdoor activities, hobbies, books, cars, etc . The staff is friendly although this time I didn't have much interactions with them. I like to use the self check out as its fast but as always you can't buy alcohol at self check out need to go to regular line. The only thing I don't like about Walmarts is that they lock up their hard alcohol ugh so annoying as it takes forever to have someone come and open up the case and then you have to go to certain register. So, I tend to avoid buying alcohol here and just go to Bevmo or other Liquor / beer establishments. However, beers and wines or alcohol seltzers are not locked up as pictured but sometimes I want a self make cocktail. Other than that its such a lovely time to shop here! I would like to come back and continue to explore what they have in stock. read more

Shame on their manager, Gema, for misusing her power. DEFINITELY RUDE and she is in the wrongs. Insisted that it is HER way or the highway. Refused to honor a price, even though she read the same exact price on her phone, but couldn't scan the item. Determined I was wrong and accused me to bring in an old picture of the item. I told her I would be happy to show her the link. She told me she was NOT going to honor it anyway and said it is a glitch. Found out later that Corporate supports this type of practice at the local level. Found a shirt on Walmart.com. Only two left and selling it at a discounted price. It says that I have to go buy it IN PERSON in order to get the price. I ended up going twice. First time when I went in, it listed as regular price and the manager said I might have gone to the wrong store, but he still honored 1 shirt. Went back today to show the address and the link. This manager said I have the wrong thing. After she looked at it on her device, she found my price, but she will not accept it. She said it was a glitch and it should not be selling at that price. Called Customer Service. He said there is really nothing they can do. I told him that it's ok for a Manager to be rude and be selective on their customers. He said the local Manager can choose their practice on how they deal with these types of situations. WOW! SHAME ON WALMART! BAD BUSINESS. I've been a customer for a few years. I usually order ahead and drive up and get my groceries. I'd like to recognize 3 excellent employees at the drive up area. Che, Belle, and Gabby. When your makeup and lotions are locked up...and your staff refuses to put items in lock boxes so we can make one purchase in your store, rather than two, I refuse to purchase the locked up items. Horrible customer service. I went in looking for Lego minifigures and they are behind glass. Okay, no problem but then you wait for help to arrive. Again I have no problem with that. But when an employee finally arrives she tells me that I can only scan 5 boxes. Why? The employee is on the clock and it shouldn't matter if I'm scanning them. Watch out for the personal shoppers... I've been hit and run over by multiple of them... full speed... with their carts... because they can't stop staring at their phones, and apparently have never been told to not slam metal carts into customers. You used to not be allowed to walk around your job while on duty staring at your phone and wearing ear buds... For good reason. Not only for the employees own safety (being aware of your surroundings) but also for being professional and courteous to patrons of the store. But I guess times have changed and nobody cares about common courtesy anymore... makes me sad. read more

My reply was to choose whatever she likes and I am sure it will be fine. the next message I got was " I won't be delivering due to rudeness. my words were thank you sincerely and I have the screenshot to prove it. when I called to complain the supervisor offers me $20 on an over $100 order for which I still DON'T have and the delivery cost was $12.95. How does that solve my immediate problem along with the fact I still have no idea if I am ever getting my groceries? supervisor tells me I will probably get them in the morning. WORST customer service!!! I was in the automotive department looking for an item. I saw an employee scanning items with her cart & approached her asking if she can help me. She looked at me annoyed and had the audacity to say "for what?" with an attitude. This really triggered me. I told her what I was looking for. Instead of helping me she told me again with an attitude as if something was up her ass saying "just ring that bell" & left. I got so mad. This was the worst experience ever for me here at Walmart. Just No. For such a big store ... it sure is out of things frequently. The store doesn't carry many of the "newer" items that I was able to purchase in other Walmart locations outside of Clovis and Fresno. It might be a regional thing. Also the store manager, who I had the unfortunate experience to witness is such a grumpy man who talks down to people. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but he was so curt when he asked what looked like a non-profit group gathering signatures outside of the door... that it made me wonder what they did to make him talk to them like that. No wonder the employees are such dunces.... I asked quite literally "I KNOW you don't carry this item, could you please look up if the other Walmarts carry this?" And the employee answered, "that's a cold item. It would be in with the other cold items". And I have to ask again... "I know. But you don't carry it... I checked. Could you see in your system if it's available in the other WM's". And she answered "isn't the cold shelf right there?" so I had to ask a third time, "I've checked. You don't have it. Could you please check the other stores for me". She then said "if we don't have jt on the shelf, we don't carry it". Even though online it was available for pickup from that exact store. read more

Walmart is pretty much always Walmart. But this review is for the Grocery Pickup. If you have not tried Grocery Pickup, I highly encourage you to try it! I have had nothing but positive interactions with the employees who are working Grocery Pickup. Especially Ana at this location. She is such a sweetheart, and I enjoy working with her. It is timely and a great way to not have to go into the store. :) Grocery Pickup allows you to order a minimum of $30 of groceries/some store items (and come on who doesn't spend at least $30 when they make a Walmart run!) on the website or the apps, and you schedule a time to pick them up. You park in the designated orange pick up spots, and let them know you are here by calling or by "checking in" on the app. If you use the app, you can even add the number parking spot and your car color. The employees then bring out your items, pretty much within 10 minutes. I've actually never waited longer than 5 minutes to get my order!! (I've done Walmart Grocery Pickup about 6 times now. At this location and the Ingram/Herndon location). The employees can put your groceries directly in your car, or they can put them in your bags first. There is also an option on the app/website if you want to agree to pay the $0.10 per bag, they will bag your groceries for you. I would highly suggest you download the grocery app to make it easy to add a new order, edit your current order and to check in when you get to Walmart. A few things I've learned: ****This is not something that can usually be scheduled "same day". So PLAN AHEAD!! If you are thinking about ordering, I would suggest start the process, and claim your time slot, a couple days in advance. Most of mine, I've worked out for the next day. But they only take a few cars per 1 hour time slot. ***Only go to pick up during your scheduled pick up times. I accidentally went 20 minutes early, because I misunderstood the check in saying my order was ready, and while they still brought my order out to me, they did explain it throws off their flow in the back, which I understood and promised I would not do again! Haha! ***Download the app. ***There is a box you can check if you do not want a sub on a certain item. A sub means the item you ordered was actually not in stock, and so they will bring you out a sub. That's the first thing they tell you after they bring your order out: how many subs you have and what they were. You are charged for the same amount as the original item (unless what they give you is cheaper). In my experience, they have given me a bigger container or something very similar- again, for the same price as the original. However, if you definitely only want a very specific brand, type, size, etc. Check mark the box that you will not accept a sub for this item. If they don't have it, they will just let you know that and take it off your total. *****Keep in mind the time frame you have to edit your order! There is usually a cutoff to when you can edit your order or add to your order. So while there is a window of time you have after you place your order, which is so nice, there is a cutoff time. The store is great I love this Walmart I live by one and I rather go to this one. but the BAKERY??? Omg sucks!! I ordered a cake to be done on the 29th of July for my sons 2nd birthday and I asked for a paw patrol themed cake so I chose an edible picture ( pic of the crew and says "anything is Pawsible") and when I got the cake it wasn't what I wanted at all!! When I went in on Friday (28th) to pay for the cake my boyfriend and I was ignored we stood at the glass for 20 minutes and the two ladies saw us and ignored us. It wasn't until my boyfriend called and Pam W. Ran out to answer the phone..I didn't pick it up myself I had my sister in law get it for us because we weren't home. I am not a fan of Walmart in general. I really dislike being treated like a criminal in a store I am shopping at. Being locked out of merchandise shelves and videotaped as I shop is not a good feeling. However, what really is irritating is when I am shortly after they open and still cannot get anyone to open a locked cabinet in cosmetics even after hitting the darn button multiple times, with at least half a dozen store employees in that area. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of employees. Unfortunately they are talking about their lives instead of helping customers. I get it. California has made this state a shoplifter's paradise. So threaten to leave the state. Maybe that will change the laws and stop punishing people who pay for their items. You know over the years I feel like this Walmart has gotten better about how they stock their isles and also their upkeep. Most of the time I do find what I am looking for, it's not messy, like the clothes aren't thrashed, the isles are pretty organized and stocked. Sometimes they don't have my coffee, but I mean it happens. Also with the new check out system, that makes it pretty easy to get in and get out and I do feel like their clothes have stepped up their game! I hadn't looked in their clothes sections in a while, usually I come for their veggies and fruits, which are almost always pretty fresh and good, but before a trip I took I ventured in the clothing sections and found some stuff for my little and me, who knew! Makes me want to venture there again soon LOL. Good way to keep up with competition, their quality has gone up for sure. read more
