    What I found online regarding Walmarts return policy

    As gifts we received two Go Pros from Walmart... we decided to return one and get something else from Walmart and went back to get in store credit so we could use the card to purchase something else from the SAME store. We went in and first of all the lady was absolutely rude. I went online and found where it says you are able to get store credit within 10 days of the purchase... She said that as of YESTERDAY they were no longer able to give store credit to purchases made on a card that wasn't there at the time of the return which makes no sense at all. The item has NEVER been open and is in perfect condition... I've never been so mad about a purchase.

    Wow talk about doing your customers dirty. I happened to be in the clearance aisle when I came upon a oculus 2 carrying case. This bad boy was on clearance for $50.00. It had the cool yellow clearance sticker. Personally, I thought this was crazy expensive for being on clearance so I decided to scanned it on the Walmart app. This is where you should be MAD at Walmart. On their app, they have this item for $38 bucks. Now one would say of course online might be cheaper. I took it one step further. I price check this item with another major company. This company had the case for $49 bucks. So tell me, how is this clearance? This is just Walmart's way of screwing their customers over by slapping a yellow clearance tag making the customer THINK they were getting a good deal. That is just scandalous. SHAME ON YOU WALMART!

    Just getting some cinnamon gum. Hoping they have it since it has become out of stock at many places. They have a huge variety! Along with the cinnamon. Yes! A nice worker was happy to tell me where the gum was located after I wasn't finding it. Got it and went to self check out with a goal to not get anything else! Lol! I still failed! They have a bunch of different fresh wraps right by self checkout so I got that too! Safe, clean and practiced. Paid and left. Good service and store! Recommended!

    So I have been shopping here for good 6 months now and I have to admit they have really improved things. The shelves are stocked better, the store is organized, if there is a spill they are on it right away and the staff has been very helpful. They offer a lot of keto friendly foods so that is pretty cool of them. Bang energy drinks are priced decently here so that is one major enticement for me to want to come here every week. Older review: I have grocery shopped here the past 2 weekends in a row and I have found that this store cannot keep produce and many other items in stock. It is very frustrating that key popular items such as cilantro are out of stock week after week, forcing my hand to purchase the nearly doubled in price organic option, and even then; the organic shelves are picked over. I will be taking a break from shopping here and resume to Sprouts until this store can learn how to place proper stocking orders. Another major pet peeve was the well beyond ripe bananas selling at normal full price. Ridiculous.

    For the most part if ur pretty self sufficient becuz u know the layout and u don't have to ask an employee anything ur golden. But if u need help and have to ask for help...duh duh duh. This is we're it gets problematic. And if u need to talk to a manager, forget about it. Employees have no problem displaying poor attitudes, management either In my opinion. This has been my experience over the years at this Walmart. Bad service is the standard here. Remarkably clean tho!

    AND ANOTHER!!!! FAILURE

    My wife placed an order for groceries which totaled $500 or more yesterday, March 13, 2024 in the afternoon. Order stated everything in order except one item. Order stated delivery time 7:53 PM on March 13, 2024. We waited till 722 and called. My wife had also chatted with somebody on her app And they said driver had other orders but order would be there. Phone call at 7:22 gentleman said he looked into it driver had other orders rest assured it will be here by 8 PM for sure. We waited till after 8 PM and proceeded to call the store itself on West Shaw . When we talk to the grocery department that puts the orders together and gives them to the drivers, the gentleman said order was never picked up at all. It is still sitting in the crates on the carts he said he would not lie to us, and proceeded to cancel the order at our request, we were frustrated we expressed frustration it was not his fault then we also explained to him the app was not working. It kept showing the driver track and never refreshed drivers location throughout the whole process. Then he said I will email the store will file a complaint investigation give the store one hour to email us that order was canceled , and also give the store one hour to contact us as needed. We said fine nobody ever contacted. I proceeded personally to get involved and contacted online customer service again asked for the higher highest manager after explaining the situation to the customer service rep she did not give us corporate address, phone number anything and said the manager would be doing it upon completion of listening to us. She did not tell us where to get the information either. so we spoke with a manager by the name of ISAM and he listened apologize repeatedly he said an investigation would be done because I explained to him the blatant line being done by employees at every level of this process. Then he never even though he reassured us he would send corporate email , a survey which we requested at every level nothing ever came last night we looked at the bank records and it still shows the money on hold by Walmart in Fresno. California the West supercenter. We received no email no further communications. I explained to customer service rep, and that I would be taking this to the highest level because ISAM informed us that he would send us a gift card. I told him very clearly I do not want nothing for free. I would like it to be remedied and fixed and I was honest to say I would fire the employee who lied every single one of them for blatant lies but that is not my position. Then ISAM took our information I verbally confirmed email he reassured us. We would receive communication with the information we seek and surveys nothing received. We woke up this morning and I proceeded to call the store. Spoke with Paula explained the whole situation with frustration and being very upset. I did explain to Paula. It was not her fault. She was not even on the clock last night. I gave her the information once again for emails for everybody above her marketing managers, regional managers, district, managers, Walmart, corporate email and phone number. She said I would have to wait because it would have to get filtered and sent up from her and it may take time. So I decided to do as I have complained to Walmart before and located corporate headquarter address, phone number emails and I am going to go as far as locating executive emails and they are going to receive the same email as I am sending now. This is absolutely disgusting when it comes to a corporation who should have, and could have worked out all these kinks and issues at this point of being in business by now. The behavior of many of your employees. Your customer service reps is garbage. Whoever oversees, these employees is either promoting it Encouraging it or has absolutely no idea what is going on which intern would show that those executives don't feel Customer Service reps behaviors is important and all of this reflects all the way back to the top which is the owners also included. With the money, Walmart makes you would think they would be better organized And capable of being ethical have some type of integrity when dealing with customers that have been with them 20+ years multiple chances and this is a disgusting display of effort. This is my email. Please feel free to communicate to me directly I will be looking forward to a response. Please do not let it be a generic response , I want a genuine result which I can follow through with. Because like I told ISAM and Paula phone calls were recorded by me and I will be taking this to the highest governmental agency that I can. If you try to go to this site. No address or emails available!!!!! NOW WALMART GROCERY/customer service is trying to refund part of the money.and we eventually find out after to speaking to manager for customer service NOREFUND WAS EVER DONE.but we cancelled order last night at like 8pm when order never arrived.

    The night time people suck. They are jerks. I found a cute swim top that is WHITE! Ladies you know white is a big deal. And it had a little stain on it but it was the last small I could find so I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and whoever runs the night time self check out told me that it wasn't a big deal so he couldn't discount it. And he even scratched it and told me to cut it off with scissors. Such a jerk.

    Walmart grocery application = Rock bottom pricing, high quality and little effort instant gratification: Wow, how easy can it get? Ordered a bunch of stuff on the grocery application for pick up. I'd gone to target, Winco and even another Walmart looking for Cream of Celery soup (fantastic in a casserole: soup, condensed milk, bell pepper, onions, potatoes cooked with shake & bake pork chops on top). Could not find anywhere or they were out. Then the lightbulbs went of and I remembered this option. First time using the grocery application. Anway, not only was it like .50 cents less a can when I got them in a package of 4, everything else was SUPER inexpensive too. I even threw in 7 gallons of distilled water since I reasoned they would be lifted into my trunk for me (feelin' lazy today). Easy. I added eggs and other stuff, set MY time for pick up. The system notified me right on the dot that my stuff was ready (when it said it would be). I'd eaten down the street killing two birds with one stone (Gallos). While heading over--driving several blocks away--I checked in and then pulled into the pick up area and popped the trunk. The app SAW me instantly and asked what color car I was in. Moments later, my order rolled up to the car and was loaded in my trunk and I was ready to peel off (taking it on 'two.') The only way this gets better is if they spoon feed me or wash my car! The transaction payment was taken care of by the app the night before and the system ALSO showed me the least busy times to pick it up. So spoiled these days. Did you know that you can get anything, onion, cilantro, fruit etc? The employees are instructed to "pick the same quality that they themselves would choose." The guys who brought the food out were super friendly, courteous and fun... What a great experience! Hard to imagine how quickly shopping has changed and with this being as easy as it was and not even having to get out of the car, walk into a store, stand in line, get panhandled numerous times, have some ANNOYING advertisement placed on my windshield, etc. I couldn't have been more pleased. And best of all, NO MORE DRIVING AROUND TO 3-4 STORES to look for something that isn't there or hard to find. That's time, gas, wear and tear, etc. Free at last! Thanks for this great service Walmart and the employees who were doing such a good job today (Van and G)! -G

Recently, my PCP prescribed two antibiotics for infections, and she wanted me to start them ASAP. She sent the prescriptions to Manor Drugs. I called to give Manor a heads up. Long story short, the prescriptions were delivered within a couple of hours. I took the first doses within 4 hours from the time they were prescribed!!! Further, Linda at Manor was concerned about possible allergies to one of the antibiotics. When she first called me, I was not available. She persevered until she explained what I should look for with regard to a possible allergy and what I should do if I had a reaction. The people at Manor are caring and concerned about my welfare, and work hard to make sure my prescription needs are met. I give them a big thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!! I give them my very highest recommendation. You can't go wrong with Manor Drugs!!!

    I was desperately looking for a nebulizer after calling a few pharmacies which were all out of…read morestock (apparently there's a shortage of it too) I was so happy to have found this place. I called and the person I talked to on the phone was really nice and asked if I was paying with my insurance I said yes if they took it and they said they did. When I arrived I was greeted. This place was nice and clean they sold medical mobility equipments such as wheelchair, commodes and I also saw some bath products used at nursing homes/hospitals. When I got to the counter and asked about the nebulizer apparently they took PPO BCBS but not from trinity health... I'm not sure why but no big deal I just paid out of pocket for it. The staff was friendly. If in need of any medical equipment I would definitely check this place out However, double check your insurance because medical equipment aren't cheap.
