What do I have to say for myself?? I'm a Walmart fan! I've been to this store a few times when I've been in Tucson visiting my friend & she doesn't live far from here. I like how its setup is similar to the Walmart I go to in Vegas. I do find it weird that their beauty products, such as hair care is right next to the produce & desserts. Of course there is self-checkouts here which we always use. Tonight I tried the scan & go on the Walmart app which was OK....you still have to go thru a self check-out & scan the barcode from the app. I bought some ETOH so I had to wait for an employee to come & tell the register I was over 21...too bad I didn't get carded! lol Store appeared clean & shelves were stocked. We didn't go thru the whole store on this trip. I mean Walmart is Walmart! read more

This Walmart Photo Center is the place to go for online USA passport photos! They take the photo, check it to make sure it will pass as accepted, give you the card that says the photo passed, print out 2 copies and put them in a nice folder, then the best part is they give you your photo on a USB drive so you can easily upload it into your passport application. Only takes about 20 minutes. So easy and efficient! read more

They really don't recommend this place So a darker skin lady with braids was like watching us and following us and she worked there and then she stopped following us when we went into the food section then we got all of our groceries then we were paying she was watching us and then we went to get lottery tickets inside the Walmart and we got 5 when we were heading out she said "HEY were you at number 33 register!?" And we were so we said yea and she said "well you didn't pay!" And we did and she said I ain't see Nó receipts and it was in the bag so we got the receipt out and showed it to her and then she said a mean face at us and then she said "Alright go" So we left and then the people that are at the exit we're watching us and I said why are they watching us we didn't steal anything and they made a face also I hope this won't happened with anybody else read more

Crowded, terrible layout. no registers are ever open besides 1 or 2 so your stuck going through self checkout or waiting 30 mins to get checked out. Seems like this Walmart attracts more Riff-raff. read more

My customer service experience has been mediocre. I went to return an item and the customer service employee cancelled the return, and asked me to take the items to FedEx since her label machine didn't work, she had no idea what she was doing, and she didn't want to ask for help. This review is based on a comparison to other Wal-Marts. I find this location to be great, I have been many times and this location stands out amongst others. It's clean and well-stocked. They are monitoring how many patrons are inside as well as cleaning carts in front. Love that they have a redbox and Mcdonalds inside. Pickup is great and easy. The staff has really taken the pandemic safety protocols into consideration. The worse part of going to Walmart is going to Walmart. Pickups make the experience easy and convenient! read more

This is a review of the automotive tire department. For the love of god do not use this place!!! I'm writing this review at 5:30 pm for my 4pm appointment to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. Two tires done and two more to go...either i have unrealistic expectations or this place sucks! Just as an example the attendant needed my trucks mileage to input me into the "system " 3 separate times. Sorry I've learned a valuable lesson. Next time if you do what i did, (ordered off WM website) get the tires. And take to Discount Tire. Finally finished at 6 pm. Yelp on! read more

You need more cashiers and less self checkouts! Do you know how hard it is trying to check out all by myself with 2 toddlers trying to run away??? Then when I leave they are demanding a receipt which I left at the register so they make me turn back around and get it. Why am I paying you to do the work myself? If the store closes in 20 minutes and the store is full of people, why close the self check out lanes 30 minutes before actual close, only to leave one check out (8) lane to accommodate over 30 separate groups of people in those lanes? Some people can't get in for simple items throughout the regular days, leaving limited late hours as long the only time they have left to pick up overpriced off brand items. This has been the case for years, but it's annoying enough to write about it in the last 30 minutes of their working day while I spend that in their ridiculously unmanaged line. read more

This Wal-Mart is probably similar to any other Wal-Mart you have been to realistically. I will say though that this place is generally pretty clean and has a decent selection of plants in the garden section. Usually when you visit a garden center at a Wal-Mart, most of the plants look near death. The associates working here are generally pretty friendly and helpful. They have been weathering the COVID-19 storm pretty well, it seems. The one thing I really dislike about thia particular store though is the layout. It is completely nonsensical. So, if you have to come here and buy a few items, don't rely on what makes sense to track down an item, just ask one of the associates to pint you in the right direction. read more

So they seem to rarely staff the cashier stations by the exit nearest the covered parking, which is the gardening/seasonal/Christmas section. When they do staff them, they put the slowest checkers (both in speed and apparent intelligence) that have no situational awareness around them. It should not take 12 minutes to check out someone who has 5 items. The frustration at having the deal with the people at the cashier stations, (or lack of people there, amirite?) make me hate hate hate going to this store. read more

I don't normally get ticked off easily but this place seriously takes the cake. I visited from out of town and made my usual walmart stop to pick up some hygiene items. I went to the self check out register and thought, hey, I should get some cash. Bam. $100. Next thing I know...I get $100 in fives. Seriously? Who wants to put 20 $5 bills in their wallet? I wait at the customer service stand as I watch the employee scan someone else's entire cart. Why is it called self check out then? She finally acknowledged me and came over. I asked if she could please change my fives to larger bills. She gave me this sob story that they can't exchange money because they've messed up too many times. Apparently, their tills were short in the past. Well, why don't you hire people who can count then?!?!?! She told me to go to McDonald's and ask. I got the same response. It's simple math. If you aren't able to count to 100...you have no business being in retail. Also, on top of this ridiculousness, the store was a complete mess. I've never had to experience such an obstacle course at a walmart. This store needs to get it together. 1 star. read more

This place used to be so clean and well organized, but about 10 days ago, I was disturbed to see the store completely transformed. Disfigured might be the more appropriate word choice. They now have this weird, unmarked, all-white hut in the middle of the store, Trump's border wall of random items near the Pharmacy entrance, and the food section has been completely reordered--a wide open, dance floor area in the back and aisles so crammed together in the middle (due to said dance floor installation) that two carts can hardly cross paths without having to back completely out of the aisle and wait. Oh, and the signs for each isle are mislabeled. Think you're going down the tissue/toilet paper/paper towels aisle? Wrong. Baby supplies. Hispanic food/rice aisle? Wrong. Italian food and pasta sauce. I'm still trying to decide whether I should go to the Neighborhood Market Walmart about 10 minutes east or just bite the bullet and go to Target. read more

If 0 stars were an option I'd choose that. My wife bought a bunch of items, clothes mostly and a new trash can. The lady at the front, identified by the Walmart asset and protection manager as Diane, this Walmart employee, stopped my wife to check the receipt and cart (standard practice) Diane stated that my wife did not pay for 2 of the shirts in the cart. (My wife put all the items that could fit; inside of the trash can) so my wife continued to explain to Diane that she paid for every item in the cart. Diane insisted that my wife did not pay for the 2 shirts. My wife explained that if it's a hassle she will return all the items in the cart. As she doesn't consent to being harassed and accused of committing a crime she did not commit. So my wife went to the return desk and the employees at the return desk accounted for everything in the cart via the receipt, including the 2 shirts Diane insisted my wife did not pay for. So either Diane is not very competent at her job, or this was a racist hateful targeted attack. As Diane is a Caucasian woman and my wife is Native American. I would like to think that maybe Diane was having an off day and she would have been there to admit her mistake when the employees at the return desk found and accounted for every single item in the cart. But Diane walked away in a fit of anger completely convinced my wife was a thief, Before a conclusion was reached, as to weather or not all the items on the receipt were accounted for and returned. Which leads me and my wife to believe that this was racially motivated false accusations from Diane. My wife had to go through the humiliation of being publicly shamed and accused of a crime she did not commit. The store did confirm that my wife did in fact pay for everything in the cart. read more

Walmart has garden center. bags of dirt located outside. you have to all bags in a grocery cart because they have no one at the register in the garden center. just someone standing at the door making sure no one is walking out with merchandise. that's all they do. you have to take e very thing you buy have way across the sore . dirt is 3 feet from my truck. no help would not scan items so I would not have to haul dirt back and forth, price wrong at the register so only would correct 1 bag out of 4. no managers around employees no help. they are there just to collect their. store manager they said was in meetings no one bothered to check. they need people that will help a customer. I doubt most of these people would be employed by anyone else. the managers of this has an h attitude problem of. his employees he may not be aware of. I wish I would have this on video! read more

I have been getting oil changes done at Walmart for years now I've never experienced such a horrible customer service took four hours for them to do an oil change with one car in front of mine as well as another 20 minutes just to let me pay would not recommend going to this location. I admit I have not been in Walmart for almost 4 years....and this trip was nice! I went here for an extension cord for outdoor use, and left with a few extra items that were just too good a deal to pass up! The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I love Walmarts that have both grocery and box store items. The layout is a bit odd, but I still found my way around. I won't judge the layout until I go back a few more times! lol read more

This rating is for the tire shop. Start to finish.......a terrible experience! We just needed a simple tire fixed. We were there over an hour and a half and when we drove off we had less air pressure in our tire than when we arrived. They said they didn't have the "tool" to air it up!!!! read more

if I could give no stars I would. I went to get a grocery pick up for one of many reasons. It's hot I don't want to get off of my car. So I parked in the shade, the last parking spaces. (11) because I don't want to wait in the sun on my car.. MY BUSINESS. I get it's hot for the workers to be going back and forth all day but it's not their business where I park. He guy came up and took my name and said " you know there's parking spots up there right? So we don't have to come all the way down here." So I was like umm ok yes I know? Let me just say before he gets to my car he stops at his car gets something or puts something away, cause I was watching him which his car is also parked in one of the reserved parking spots for pick up IN THE SHADE CLOSER!! so why wouldn't I be annoyed right? well I get home and the bread I had ordered is at the bottom of everything and it's just thrown in there, and of course it's all squished .. please teach your employees to put groceries away right? I moved here about a year ago and this Walmart is just ALWAYS busy. Like my god I'll have one thing in my hand and I'm waiting behind 9 other people in the self check out unless you go at 10PM. I usually give up and go over to the jewelry center to get checked out. If you do full blown grocery shopping it's a joke. They probably only have 4 cashiers out of the 20 lanes open and everyone else is buying groceries too so it takes FOREVER to leave. I know it's not the workers fault, but management needs to staff more registers during the day. I don't even shop at this one unless I have to. I go 10-20 minutes out of my way to shop at the Walmart on La Cholla or the one on Oracle because everything is done fast and they're staffed good. I realize there are groups of people that believe Walmart is not a great place to work, that they treat their employees badly. But at this Walmart, all I have encountered are friendly and happy employees! They are so helpful and so kind and have helped me in different situations, so I am more than convinced that this specific Walmart treats their employees well! It's a Wal-Mart. I can't give it four starts because I'm not a fan, but sometimes a visit to this chain is a necessary evil. This Wal-Mart is very clean and somewhat easy to navigate, but since it's a Super Wal-Mart (It's HUGE), it's best to orient yourself with the store's layout before you shop so that you don't end up walking 10 miles in the store going back and forth for stuff. The cashier was nice, but on my way out another employee basically blocked my way to the exit as he was holding a bucket, asking for money for a charity. I don't mind donating, but when you physically stand in my way to solicit such donations, we have a problem. read more

Car Service: 5 stars Walmart: 3 stars My dad and I went in to the car service area to get a car battery. They have different lanes for you to go to for certain things. There was a few cars before me so the mechanics went to them first to get their information and everything. The guy who helped us was really nice and friendly. He took one battery out for us to buy based on warranty (3 years) and price (~$90). He told us the other battery and it was 1 year warranty and a little more expensive. He had good intentions of giving us a battery with a better deal. It took them about ~35 minutes to finish everything. While they were fixing our car, we went to eat at Burger King and shopped. The store is nice and clean but when we went to the cashier, she didn't want to be there. She was in the car service area to do a few items. After our car was done, the mechanic gave the keys to the cashier and said "smile!" to her. She replied "I'm tired!" so she didn't have a good attitude when we came up to buy our stuff.
