Always Awesome and they are currently remodeling but still an excellent place to get the essentials

Love the convenience of this neighborhood market. It's great when I don't want to h"face the crowds and just grab a few essentials.

I literally live in the neighborhood behind this new walmart and was hyped to have a grocery store within walking distance but their produce is awfullll, its like where you'd send the already bad walmart produce to die. Hoping they're just covering some mistake made ordering or something since doors just opened less than two weeks ago. Beyond that, average shopping. Veryyy limited options throughout the store but they've got an okay selection of wines and beers considering how small the location is. Gas has also been consistently cheap since doors open. Easy stop to just run in&run out of you're just picking a couple things up. read more

As always their service is terrible nobody's available and the machines don't work. Spent thousands of dollars on new equipment for them not to be calibrated. scanners don't work and they're adjusted to where nobody can read the monitor. Even coming here in an emergency becomes an inconvenience. read more

I love coming to this Walmart because it's convenient. They're open until midnight and they have almost anything anyone might need. The customer service here is spectacular and the people working here are always eager to help. I once had to return a bell pepper because it was very mushy and rotten like. (I was in a hurry to pick it up and I didn't notice) The manager immediately assisted me and apologized (as if he was the one to place it in my shopping cart) class act. Cheers! read more

They don't sanitize their carts here after each use. It's not hard. HEB does it. Surely the Waltons can afford it. Salvation Army volunteer in front of the store improperly wearing their mask and picking their nose, knuckles deep. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Gross. Good service especially now open 24 7 for the gas pumps! What is not good is Walmart springs changes on the consumer with no notice! Your gift card is now no good when getting gas. Instead you have to use your phone and follow the prompts. read more

The pharmacist Jimmy thinks he is a doctor and uses his power for evil. I had covid and needed an important medication that because he didn't agree with he put my medication on hold and stalked my doctor until he changed the prescription. I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

When you go to the grocery store and see two employees talking to each other with their masks pulled down, noses exposed, right next to each other, you feel uneasy. When you see three more employees with the masks over their mouths but not their noses, including one lady who was helping the self checkout lane you realize that they are not trained, so you go home and take a shower and pray that none of those idiots is asymptomatic Covid19+. And then you tell everyone on Yelp to avoid the store. read more

Let me start by saying I like to come here because they are very close and convenient. I dont have to fight the usual crowds at a large wal mart if i just need a few groceries. That being said, I have been disappointed by the changes. I was very impressed with the beer selection that they carried. I don't always want the latest craft beer but I could find something here that would fit the bill. Lately all the craft beer has been replaced with an entire aisle of coolers filled with Bud, Miller, Dos Equis, Modelo and Corona. It is not hard to see what demographic they are pandering to. I understand not everyone wants expensive beer. As I said, neither do I but what happened to the selection guys? I guess from now on I will be going elsewhere for beer which really sucks because like I said, these guys are convenient and close. read more

zero!! pitiful disgusting customer service! they don't know the meaning of customer service! brandy a so called supervisor charged my card when i asked to reload my card!!! i have never had any issues there before but now my card was in the negative balance because of her stupidity! no apologies, nothing but laughing from her and other employees!! i will never do business with them again!!! read more

This store deserves zero stars, or less, if I could rate it such. My family and I were in the check-out line being helped by a cashier. One of our items didn't have a bar-code and thus, she asked us for the price of the item. When we told her it was 98 cents, she did not believe us. She requested that we go back to the isle and get another similar item ourselves to verify that the price we were telling her was legit. No lady, we do not lie about prices. We told you it was 98 cents because it was. Secondly, why do you tell us that we "HAVE TO" bring another item to you? Aren't you supposed to do it yourself? Wasn't there several other coworkers of yours there horsing around that you could have asked? Also, you have a search function on your register. You gave us a hell of a time for no reason. That, plus the annoying customer behind us upset and blaming us for what this cashier was putting us through. Take your attitude and your rude clientele and fly some kites. As for me, I refuse to ever step-foot again in such a business, which has no regard for professionalism and integrity. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Nice little market. So far, so good. I heard the Walmart Markets have food only, so I was pleasantly surprised when I also saw napkins, paper plates, pet food, shampoo and conditioner, protein bars & shakes, greeting cards, a lotto ticket dispenser, etc. The pharmacy was pretty on point - I actually went the day of their grand opening, 8/31, so they had a card they gave people at the front door which was good for a prize, redeemable at the pharmacy. Before I even entered, I noticed a taco truck parked outside giving out free complimentary tacos to those who decided to swing on by for the grand opening. So anyway, upon entering the store, I did a little stroll through the store starting the veggies & fruit area in the front left, then looped around to the bakery and meat market. Nice, nice. Definitely more stuff than I was expecting! Then made my way towards the pharmacy and saw the line. I opted against standing in line for my prize, but I was informed it was a water bottle filled with little goodies, a 5 hr energy shot, a couple of other sample goodies. I will definitely be back. First off because it's so close to my house, it will make things a lot easier, than having to drive a considerable distance just for one or two small items... Speaking of which and while I'm on this topic still, the Dollar General was the only store within a certain radius... Now with this new Walmart Market, I bet they are sweating revenue losses! Dang! Ok and secondly, it's quite well stocked and clean and of course prices are good. Third, a nice gentleman from the pharmacy came by my house and told me about the grand opening and invited us to try their pharmacy. Normally I do not open the door to strangers, I do not like to, because it's usually someone trying to sell me something that I don't want or need. However, this gentleman was very nice. He was trying to get us to switch pharmacies though. Not sure I want to do that just yet, but I did appreciate being informed of their grand opening. So, my only gripe, and the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is the parking lot entry. Some of those entry roads they created are way too narrow. Seriously! Talk about hitting a curb! I didn't, but my friend pointed it out to me and I can see that already being a problem! Otherwise I am happy this store finally opened! Yay. read more

I have used the curb side pick up at this Walmart two times now. My first experience was pretty good so I tried it again the following month. The second experience was horrible! My husband went to pick up the groceries at the scheduled time and after waiting over an hour they came out and told him that our order wasn't ready yet and he should come back within 30 minutes. He gave them an additional hour, came back, and the groceries still were NOT done after he waited an additional 35 minutes outside for them to bring the groceries out again! This was the day before my son's second birthday party and we had many people coming in from out of town and it was very inconvenient! I called the store and they apologized and I called and left a message for the district manager whom never called me back! The next afternoon I received a phone call that the groceries that were supposed to be ready 24 hours prior were finally ready. I declined to pick them up because I ended up having to send my grocery order to another local Walmart in order to have the food for the party. I will never use this neighborhood Walmart chain again! read more

This neighborhood market is fine if you're looking to do just your basic grocery shopping and pharmacy. This isn't far from my house, but further than the one by Rolling Oaks Mall. They have more groceries than a Super Walmart because it's a market. It's definitely smaller than a lot of grocery stores, especially H-E-B. Employees are better than a super Walmart. They need to price merchandise better especially the Velveeta bowls which have about 6 different flavors, all of them are listed at $2.48, I had the burrito flavor and it didn't register as that price as it rang up for $1.97 read more

Tried online ordering at Walmart. The website was fine, but I left the store without picking up my groceries. The confirmation email came with directions - drive to the right of the store, park, then go to the kiosk for further directions. The right of the store had multiple signs showing online pickup, so I parked in one of the indicated spots and looked for a kiosk. No kiosk to be found. I walked all the way around to the front of the store and went in - found a small desk with a sign about online order pickup. The nice lady directed me to Customer Service, where a single employee was helping a man with a pallet of groceries in shrink wrap. The employee was frowning, waving for a supervisor, but no supervisor appeared. The man with the pallet was frowning. I waited for a while, until I calculated I could have walked the store and gotten my groceries myself, then I left. First, if I was supposed to go inside the store for pickup, why did they point me to a parking place 100 yards away from the store entrance? Second, this is way too disorganized for me. I'll just get my groceries myself - I need the exercise anyway. read more
