This review is for their pick up location. Walmart is the worse. Their pick up parking is always full but because people park there that are not there to pick up. There is no enforcement. Once there they take forever to bring your stuff out. I only come here when Target doesn't not have my stuff. Do not come here. It is always packed and no parking available for actual pick up customers. The lack of enforcement and slow service make Walmart's pick up location a frustrating experience. I would highly recommend going to Target instead, as they provide a much smoother and more efficient pick up process. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Walmart for pick up services. read more

Found some things. Decent prices. However, the employees around apparel are rude and uninterested in assisting customers. Especially at the changing room. The changing room is my biggest grievance with this Walmart. It is NEVER open when I shop there for new clothes. And also. I noticed the cashier stations, as well as the conveyor belts, were unacceptably dirty with filth that I did not even want to put my merchandise on there. So I went to the self check out. The employees there were actually nicer. Needed help a couple of times when one of my shirts had no tag and the employee there helped us out no problem. And when I try to void one of the items I had changed my mind with. Another employee helped me out on that. So the self checkout was a better experience. My main grievance is that the changing rooms are never open at a convenient time. Very inconvenient when wanted to try on multiple things. There needs to be a better system, policy, or procedure when it comes to managing and operating the changing rooms. Very unacceptable. read more

Jesse oh Jesse STEALING FROM COSTUMERS! smh . Is he really a manager? Lol I was at this location looking for some affordable Christmas presents . I did find some clearance iteams and I payed on my scan and go. When I was about to walk out Jesse comes to me and tells me that he can't sell them to me standing in front of my cart trying to stop me like I was stealing something. I had already PAYED AND I had my receipt on hand but he just took away my cart away and hide in his office . He also refused to give me my cash refund . I called the cops and when cops were ready to talk to him he just didn't want to come out . Why does he feel like he has the right to chose what I can buy . If he couldn't really sell those iteams and if he was a good manager he would've been on top of that taking those items off the shelves. Those iteams were legally mine! I've always ordered my food from you. But this last time was a disaster! They literally lied to me about my order being delivered on scheduled time. I had to leave because of a Dr appt. I let him know and I was told it would be here on the time promised. That never happened. Someone else had to take over the order and I had to have them deliver it to my neighbor. He's name was Luis. And was picture as a diamond shopper. The person that had to re shop my order I told her it needed to be delivered at 6:30 because I would not be home. She told me no problem, then I get a msg it's on its way and she said she couldn't hold them. Hence delivered to my neighbor. Goodbye Walmart. You can't be trusted. read more

This Walmart is too frequently out of stock on my favorite items, such as 2% lactose-free milk, a certain variety of trail mix, et al. However, they've made recent improvements in staffing. First, they've assigned a second employee to the self-check stations to prompt folks to use registers that become available. It keeps the line moving. (How customers can be so unobservant or timid about stepping up, I'll never fathom.) Recently, this Walmart also apparently ousted an incompetent cashier. I won't mention this guy's name, but you could always count on his register being stopped for several minutes at a time for some problem. I observed that when a customer asked this cashier if he could get three (3) bags, the cashier responded, "You can't get them for free; you have to pay for them." Not "free" bags, you S-head! Do not have your items shipped! If the delivery company delivers to the wrong address-- you are out the merchandise and/or the money you paid. I went round and round with Customer service when my light bulbs were delivered to the wrong house. There is no place on the online return/replace form for non delivered items. I used "missing items" as the whole thing was missing. I realized that was a mistake so I spoke on the phone and assured it would be taken care of. Nope. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I placed a drive up order yesterday & the email said I wouldn't be able to pick up until after 11AM today. I got an email at 9:46AM today saying the item had already been picked up. I called customer service & they did nothing to rectify the situation. Someone got my order for free so they obviously aren't checking ID or receipts. Additionally had I known I could pick up the item sooner this would have never happened. Purchased a toy set for our grandson who was about to be adopted and turn one. Party was postponed because of case worker getting Covid. He later ended up with two of the same gifts, this is unopened and since it had been over 90 days, Walmart wouldn't let us return it even though we had the receipt The Manager was difficult to understand between the mask and broken English. My goal was to buy a infant walker. The infant walker is in the baby area. Which is surrounded by extra inventory. I walked to one side and saw that it was blocked where I couldn't fit my cart (and my baby). Stupid me, walked all the way to other side thinking I could fit the other side, no, of course that was blocked too. There was no other entrance to get back there. There's a only a small opening to get back there. Had to grab my baby and the big box because I am not leaving my child in the cart unattended. Making a big deal? Oh well, don't block aisles!!! I buy the infant stroller, throw away the receipt because I been needing a walker. Hours later, open the box, the walker is used and dirty! Walmart just taped the box back together almost perfectly. There is alway no one available to help with the stuff that is locked up. You always have to wait over an hour for someone to come help.

I came to this Walmart on 12/08/22 since it was the closest to me and purchased all of my items through the self check out as I usually do. I asked a very nice cashier to cancel my items since it was cash only. I went over to a different checkout that accepted card. Went ahead and paid for all of my items & left. As I was ready to leave, I gladly handed my receipt to the employee who looks at your receipts when you leave and she singled me out among all of the people that were coming out. She pointed me out and claimed that I stole all of my items when I had already called a different cashier to look over my items prior and HANDED HER MY RECEIPT! She said i didn't purchase anything including some "quiches" and she took the box away from me & got in my face and said "don't tell me how to do my job!" when I said everything was paid for. To everyone else she only did a mark on their receipt, but she singled me out because I'm "hispanic" and in work uniform. I was really upset because everyone behind me who was White and had 5x more items than me passed without being stopped. She said I was stealing because a stupid $1 PayDay was missing. Turns out the barcode on it did not exist when I scanned it, but still beeped, which was NOT my fault but the stores. I had never been discriminated against & it's not my first time going through a self checkout. The cameras are there to record you, which is why I asked them to call the police since I KNOW I paid all of my items and was singled out, but they refused. The manager, Richard, who claimed is name was "Ricardo Garza" came over and said "I know what it's like to be Mexican" when we said she was discriminating us, but when we said something in Spanish, he suddenly didn't know Spanish now. Upset that he tried to "make me feel better" but clearly didn't know how I was feeling and plus, I'm not even Mexican. The manager also said he was aware that some items don't scan because of the barcode, so clearly he knew about this but instead they all accused me of theft. This has been the singlehanded most embarrassing and upsetting moment of my life. I returned all of my items and got my money back, but how shocking, I thought I stole all my items? This is why I always shop at Target, they treat you much better and the employees actually have training with their jobs. Should I have given it 1 Star....I mean it is Walmart, so the bar is set pretty low to begin with. The last couple times I have been to this location I see that the Garden Center entrance is open. So to avoid the trainwreck that is the front entrance I often take the alternative. See 2 Walmart employees as I enter. Go about my shopping and come back through the garden center to check out......"Lane Closed". WTF??? Why have this entrance open if I cannot exit there when I finish my shopping? Instead I have to deal with the horrible layout/lines/self checkout debacle at the front entrance, to only have to walk all the way back through the parking lot to get back to where I parked over by the garden center. I really hope that upper management/ the regional or even corporate sees this review.... All the fridges/ freezers at this location stink! If smells so rotten especially where they store the milk... it smells foul, like someone threw up all over it! Everytime we go the smell gets worse and worse! This Walmart is, well Walmart. Except when the manager is watching the exit. She's convinced that everyone leaving has shop lifted something and will poke through all your bags, even ones brought in from another store in the mall and demand to see that receipt too. Outside of her, the people who work there are the typical customer service team members. Ask them where something is, they will give a generic answer that leads most people on an adventure to everywhere but where but where the things are they were searching out in the first place. But the store is clean, for the most part well stocked and organized. So be prepared to show your receipt on the way out and have your privacy invaded as they poke through your purchases making sure you are not doing anything illegal. read more

When we came here the other day to buy a present for my for grandpa, we were disappointed by the poor selection. We couldn't find anything we needed here. I wish I liked this location more. I only come here when I need something specific. The store is dirty and the parking sucks. Although we had a nice cashier on this visit, the staff is typically unhelpful or even nonexistent. The only part of this store I actually like is the Vision Center. The selection was good, and the sales associate was knowledgeable. I look forward to writing a positive review about this Vision Center later. This store needs needs some serious help. Sigh....Walmart. It is only going to end in a divorce. I am convinced this is one of my husbands favorite stores to fullfill his obsessions of Marvell DVDs with. There have been countless times, Ive call him after midnight, and guess where he is? Wallmart. Walmart is on the map for his route home a few days of the week, and like magic, the store pulls him in. Sometimes, he sends me here to do his dirty work, picking up supplies. Usually very early in the morning, when you think it be empty. It never is empty. I swear its full of a bunch of ompa lumpas busily unloading pellets of merchandise, stocking shelves, vacuming. It makes it impossible to shop. Luckily Im small enough to shimmy between everything to grab what I need. Ive also wandered around here, without a guide, and without help in sight. Just because its 24 hours doesnt mean, its staffed 24 hours. Try getting a key made before 8:00am. if you need a master lock key made, bring the lock. I wasted 3 keys here, that were useless. The best they added were self check out stations, to advoid standing in a long line. But, sometimes these lines are closed and Im forced to wait 20 minutes in line. You either love Walmart or hate Walmart. In a pinch, and you need some cough syrup at 1:00am, its a one stop destination to shop. A bonus point for 2 redboxes!! read more

I have been a loyal Walmart shopper since this location opened. Some of the employees have watched my kids grow up and my oldest is 25 now!!! But after today no ore shopping at Walmart. We bought a new TV from here 74 days ago. At the time we were told, by one of the employees who has known us forever, said this is a great tv. Be sure to keep the receipt because you have 90 days to return it or exchange if there is an issue....... remember that 90 DAYS!!!!! So today we were watching a show and all of the sudden a white flash popped on the screen. Then a white line ran from the top of the screen to the bottom. Instantly we turned it off and unplugged it. We find the receipt and saw we have had it 74 days, under the 90 days. I called Walmart customer service and was told yes, put it back in the box and return it to the store to exchange it. The policy is 90 days. So we put it back in the box and transport it back to Walmart. This is where it gets good we are told that in fact it's a 30 day return policy. It was recently updated "due to covid returns". This was told to me by Bianca in elections. I told her no, the policy says 90 we were told 90 when we bought it even customer support told us 90 days just 20 minutes earlier. NOPE. She refuses to accept the exchange, we have the receipt it's in the original box but she says NOPE. I request a manager. They call over a supervisor. This guy named Young listens to what I said. I explained everything to him. He said he needs to research it. He goes and looks at his phone for a bit and even take Bianca to see if this TV is on the floor. She comes back and says no. He then comes over and DENIES the exchange. Saying the policy is 30 days for TVs and reading some fine print that you have to go through several links to get through once you see the electronics have a 90 day return policy. We ask to speak with the MANAGER and they call over an ASSISTANT manager named Tracy. As you can hear her on the radio, I'm standing right next to the speaker, she's reluctant to agree to come over to electronic. She said she was coming and had to be called twice. The whole time Young was trying to leave. We requested that he stay as he was the one who was assisting us and be needed to stay. He refused several times and as soon as Tracy said she was coming the 2nd time he literally walked off. I had to call him back to wait. But as soon as she walked up he left. So now we have Tracy telling us she can't authorize an exchange. The policy says 30 day. She doesn't know who told us that it was 90 so there's nothing that she can do. We described the employee to them and told her he has been in electronics over 15 years. But no one seems to know him. Imagine that. Selected amnesia. I say maybe his name is on the receipt and I start to hand it to my son and Tracy tries to take it. I told her NO my son will look at it. I'm not letting go of the receipt. She literally SCOFFED at me saying what was she going to do with the receipt. I told her I told want it to be lost. It's all we have as a proof of purchase. She scoffed again, " I'm not going to lose it". The name isn't on the receipt. So we go around in circles with Tracy and she continues to NOT honor the exchange. She gave us the manufacturer's phone number and said they will be the ones to exchange or refund it. She would not even budge or actually LISTEN to what we were saying. Finally I gave up. I'm a severe asthmatic in a store wearing a mask and I'm about the pass out. I couldn't do this anymore. I told her I'm not pushing the tv back out of the store. She called another supervisor who came over after SEVERAL minutes and moved the tv from position to position on the cart before he asked SO AM I PUSHING THIS OUT OR WHAT? Flash forward to now. We're going to set the tv back up until I can call the support line to get the return authorization, because I called when we left the store and was told it had to be plugged in so they can do some "train test". No idea what that means but we had no way to plug it in while in the car. So we're home and plug it in. The WHOLE SCREEN IS BROKEN NOW. Before it was one white line now the whole screen is full of white lines!!!!! So I'm thinking all the adjustments that the guy who pushed it out did he messed it up even more!!!! I will NEVER shop at Walmart again!!!! I have A LOT of items in my home from Walmart. But no more. My son called this a bait and switch. We were told 90 DAYS and after we buy it then it's 30 DAYS. Sadly, I had to return to this Walmart to once again have a not so good experience. The employees seem to care very little about the people and quite a few times, I have found them standing around talking to each other. I had a poor friend who the only reason she could pay for her stuff was gift cards. I was mortified when the lady at the register belittled my friend for using nothing but gift cards and saying some things I will not repeat. The changing room (last time they were open) and it was filthy. There was unknown stains on the floor and filled with clothes. It looked as if it hadn't been clean for a long time. The bathroom is pretty dirty, toilet paper on the floor and pee/poop on the toilet/floor. When I go to get some fireball, its locked up and you have to push a button and wait. There was another person who had waited longer than us. So she allowed us to go first. Well while the lady was deciding the guy just stood there with the bottle for quite a while instead of just putting the lock top and letting us be on a way. After some time, he FINALLY let us be on our way. The whole store is... there is no words. This is just one of the worst stores you can go to. read more

Go to the Santa Ana Walmart or Fullerton Walmart. This one was done half ass. I didn't know how to start this one. So I left my tip. I've lived outside of California where the Walmarts are huge. They have everything. This one needs to be redone. I don't know why they even call it a Super Center. There is nothing super about it. It usually means that it has groceries and everything else also. This one had one type of tomato and a few vegies. And their frozen food aisles were more like 3 short rolls. They got rid of something to squeeze an inadequate idea of a grocery store. If you didn't have the room for it. Don't do it. You made it worse. This place looked dirty. I think I could have opened up my Walmart Bingo card and yelled out BINGO many times. This place needs to be bull dozed down and rebuilt. The parking was not so great either. They have allowed so many little stores in the their parking lot or they moved here taking the building and never thought that people don't carpool when they go shopping. read more

Okay, so I came by today to replace my broke down bike I use to commute to work and home, since my car broke down two weeks ago. As I was walking out I decided to wait for my mom to be done checking out something for my nephew, the two ladies at the exit decided to approach me and ask me questions about what I needed a bike for, I told them how I commute from anaheim to orange for work,...one lady cut me off and spoke to me in a baby voice "oh how cute, now that you have a job you can buy yourself a little troquieta"....I ignored it and continued waiting for my mom. Finally my mom came over and as I'm walking out, the ladies ask for my receipt for the bike, I obliged and gave them the receipt. They looked at it and said " oh where did you buy this bike again" as a older Caucasian man walked by with 4 fishing poles and not one single eye was batted or asked for a receipt. I decided to let them know they were acting weird and it was crazy to make a full conversation with me about my bike, that I had a receipt for and than question where I got the bike.
