I will go through withdrawal without it for two whole days. I asked if there was a way to expedite. She looks at some things, and now it's magically there and they have it? This is covered by Medicare Part B (not part D). Now it seems corporate has replaced their staff with incompetent idiots that file for part D coverage despite being told specifically not to do that. So the refill is constantly delayed (by a month so far) as part D insurance declines it. Walgreens has become a joke and is no longer a preferred pharmacy. (Look up their ridiculous reason for only doing 28 day fills of Ozempic too.)

Most of the patrons don't even speak English very frustrating. A lot of the workers don't speak English. I've asked for help many times and we have to get a translator. You shouldn't work for an American company if you don't speak English . I kept going to female cashier on aisle three. She made me feel special. After a couple of months of going back back-and-forth I felt I was onto something. She made me believe she was interested in me, so of course I asked her out and got shot down, rudely within two second. I noticed that she flirts with a lot of men. She's a cashier not a waitress working for tips. If you go to the Walmart in Buckeye on Watson Walmart do not go to cashier on aisle three and talk to Amy with a double M Ammy. Don't enter your phone number and DOB it will not give you a valid answer. - when you call and ask for a pharmacy tech (you have to keep telling the automated system pharmacy tech) they will pick up the phone and then put you back on hold. This happened so many times I lost count. While on hold I got back in my car and drove back to the pharmacy. - this pharmacy is horrible understaffed for the amount of business they get. I said no a pick up for, stated my name & she said this lane is for drop offs only. I said I don't see any signage indicating that and she said well it is and maybe the sign blew away because of the wind and hung up. She was completely unprofessional and rude! So I called the store to speak with the assistant manager Monica. I advised her that her employee could have went about this differently and didn't have to be so rude & unprofessional. She could have easily said for future reference the second lane is only for drop off and I'll take care of you this time since the sign is in fact not posted out there. By this time, waiting in line, all another three cars have been added to the line that I would've been in. Had they had the sign up! So she expected me to reverse and get to the back of the line because of an error on their behalf. I think what's even more frustrating is that they have a big window showing their entire drive-through and they can see that the sign is not there through the window. They stare out the window all day. Why didn't somebody get up & go out there and put another sign up? It took for the Assistant manager Monica to have to go out of her way, go above and beyond to provide professional assistance. Fixing a matter that could've been so easily fixed by the other woman working the pharmacy drive-through. I will not be using this pharmacy EVER AGAIN.
