This is the worst and slowest pharmacy that I have ever been to. There are always long lines, probably due to how inefficient they operate. One person could not find my info in their system, and asked if it was my 1st time there. Told him I have been there many times and it is where my dr sends my script. He went to someone else and they found it. Had to move to another winddow monthly could put a lable on my meds. Took 3 people to process my order. This is pharmacy is very poorly managed. I will be driving elsewhere just to save me tue time and frustration. My review seems to be very common. Obviously they have no interest in improving their service. read more

If I could give CVS pharmacy staff no stars I would. I'm a 63 yo heart patient and for exercise i walked over in the heat, stood in line for a vaccine. I stood inline for ten minutes only to hear a pharmacy tech say we are going to lunch. Common curtesy and business, one would think they would give me my shot (maybe a 3 minute delay) plus i had been standing in line. BUT, NO. We are going to lunch come back in 35 minutes. Are you kidding i was in line standing and being patient. If I were anybody I would go elsewhere. Shame on blondie with a few arm tattoos. read more

Although the store is on the smaller side it has what is needed and with walking distance. All the staff from the floor to the pharmacy are kind efficient and welcoming. So glad CVS is able to continue to provide this small town experience. read more

They do not stock hardly any meds then can't get them when you need them only to tell you when it's too late to get the doctor to send the script somewhere that does stock them. A nightmare. Prescriptions don't get filled unless you physically go in and demand they get filled. Lines are always long. Nothing is ever ready. None of the employees know what's going on. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. Karen the manager I caught talking about me with her tech which is a huge hippa violation. I told them if they have something to say about me to say it to my face. They are getting prescriptions filled from my previous state's doctor that I've requested numerous times to stop and have that name removed. It was noted by her in the computer and it happened again yesterday. I fought for my refund and got it after much disrespect from her and her technician. No one sick ir healthy should ever be treated the way I was today. Do not enter that door. The only reason I even give it 1 star is because of the young guy with long hair. He's the only one that knows what's going on. This is the worst CVS in the history of CVS. 45 mins to pick up a prescription when there were only 4 people in front of me. No one knows how to do anything because it's a constant rotation of new people. They said they didn't have the antibiotics I needed and weren't going to be in for another 3 days. Have had prescriptions called an early early morning both times, an lets say I had to wait an xtra day or two to get my scripts filled an ready for pick up! This little pharmacy does about the same amount of prescriptions as the 24hr store and are only there 1/2 the time. With that In account, yes your line will be longer so grab your Starbucks coffee and meet some of your neighbors while you have to patiently wait in line. I absolutely love all the staff at this store, they treat me like family. I can review my meds online, pay for them online and if I don't plan on going out for a few days I can even get them mailed. Love it. I heard a customer giving them a hard time because her meds weren't ready: the lady said I got a text asking if I was going to pick them up and I said no, I'm on a trip. The system is not human and it just notices the word NO, so it told the staff to return them. Next time she should call and talk to a person and not a computer. The area where they hold all the meds waiting to be picked up is overcrowded and if you can't pick up in a timely manner, it's getting put back. read more

We spent two days for a prescription to be filled, only to receive text that the prescription needed for my husbands post-surgery pain was available at a CVS store in 50+ miles away. Naturally - we expected they were making arrangements to get the medication to our store. Oh no - after waiting another day for an update, I went to the pharmacy and was told "we don't have it" - nor did they have any intention of getting it from their sister store and of course, asking the doctors office if there was a potential substitute was out of the question! They were perfectly happy to send a text that essential told us "sucks to be you". Absolutely terrible service. I went to fill a prescription for alprazolam for my dog, having just coming from my veterinarian office. The Rx had one refill on it. The pharmacist/ pharmacist tech was rude and told me to come back in 40 minutes and when I came back advised me that she had taken the liberty to cancel the refill with no explanation whatever. I have been standing in the pharmacy line at the Verrado CVS for almost 15 minutes, which isn't unusual. I dread having to come here. It's like torture. The store is very small with small aisles and not a lot of choices except, of course, CVS brands that are never good. The store is not appealing in any way. It looks and smells old and worn out. The staff are always nice but something isn't working which causes the long lines and excessive time that customers spend at the pharmacy checkout counter Can Verrado please get a nice CVS (or maybe Walgreens)! read more

If they didn't see their sign on the building you'd n bee know this cute little cvs was here. It reminded me of one of their locations you'd find downtown. Set neatly on a corner of Verrado and Main Street there is plenty of street parking as well as some around back. I decided to check them out after I stopped at the coffee shop across the street to see what Halloween items they might have. Pretty good selection, but didn't end up purchasing any. It was pretty busy with people in and out but the cashier was quick. Nice benches to sit and relax out front. Nice small corner store if you live near by to keep your from having to leave the neighborhood. read more

I'd give the pharmacist here a ten star rating if I could. I was here helping my cousin, who is stricken with Parkinson's, get some prescriptions filled after he was released from hospital. We arrived around 5:30 and were facing a line of people nearly ten deep. Staff plowed through the line surprisingly quickly and once it was our turn, the tech advised we were in the wrong line. The Pharmacist, Brandon Luke, heard and saw our distress and compassionately fast tracked us. I cannot say enough good things about his kindness after the hell day we've had. read more

Very terrible, my husband is waiting on his pills and no calls or anything from them stating they are ready for pickup since 16th and 17th of October. Our last time in there we put in for a prescription the day before and it was not ready. Lady in front of us the same way. Girl was rude and i did try to avoid them with a mail order but i must have messed up. Dread going back. We are rethinking staying with AETNA. read more

Why am I NOT surprised this CVS has only a 3-star rating. This isn't the only venue I've seen complaints about this location. My whole family is in the service industry so we know the good, bad and ugly but we know how to treat people and I get it, some customers can be irate, i don't tolerate that either. BUT THAT WASN'T ME and I WILL NOT tolerate someone giving me MAJOR attitude when I'm the paying customer who was waiting for a prescription to be filled that THEY screwed up in the first place nor did i make a big deal out of it! 80% of the time it's a hassle. They dont communicate and always a line. Slow and dont have anything. But they do have alot of excuses

I call them every time before I go pick up my prescriptions and twice this week they have told me both of my prescriptions would be ready within 15-30 minutes and so I've waited 15-30 minutes and both time I've went back they didn't have either of my prescriptions ready I'm very disappointed in their customer service. read more

I have been going to this CVS since I moved to Buckeye in Jan 2015. All of the pharmacy tech, cashiers and other store employees have been very kind and considerate. I have worked in retail for 25 yrs and know that sometimes you have have a bad day. No one there ever shows that. We've used this pharmacy for a couple of years and the service for the most part is hit or miss. Today was a big miss. The doctor changed my husband's insulin brand. When I asked, as I was picking it up, if the needles he had for the other brand would work with this insulin the response I got was "I have no idea".
