The parking lot feels like 5 o'clock traffic on 610, packed with the same people who apparently believe they're the only ones on the road. Unfortunately, that behavior continues once they get inside. Folks stop dead in the middle of aisles, park carts diagonally across entire lanes, and stare into the distance like they're solving international diplomacy instead of choosing between a 40-pack of granola bars and a barrel of cashews. Spatial awareness goes here to die. To be fair, the employees here are consistently polite, helpful, and somehow manage to maintain their sanity while directing human gridlock for eight hours straight. The store itself is also impressively clean, especially considering it regularly looks like the entire Gulf Coast showed up at once to buy mayonnaise by the gallon. And honestly, it's a fine store. If you're ever in desperate need of an 8-pound can of tuna, a case of Bavarian sauerkraut, or enough paper towels to survive a minor economic collapse, this is your paradise. It seemed that she was having trouble with the computer because she re-entered the information several times. She finally quoted me $45. After saying wow I told her that I was quoted the $60 and that the RX card really does work. She said not really. She searched online and she herself got me the better deal. I was dumbfounded that she would do that on her own initiative and wasn't even going to say anything about it till I asked. That was the VERY BEST customer service that I have received. It feels just as big if not bigger than the one I go to, and the main thing that sold me on it is that they have keto tortillas. I'm trying to increase my protein intake right now, so this HEB having 90 calorie mini tortillas that have 8 grams of protein in each one is huge for me. I made an appointment…read moreonline it was super quick and easy once I got into the building I checked in and was seen almost immediately. The phlebotomist was extremely nice and efficient. My issue with this specific location is the parking. There was no parking. It took me 15 minutes just to find a space, driving around in circles with very limited to choose from besides valet. Finally found parking, The machine was broken where you go to pay for parking. And just for getting bloodwork you have to pay $10 for parking which is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this location for just blood work even though the staff was nice. Go to a location without parking hassle Le and non working pay meters. I couldn't get out of the parking lot because nobody would pick up at the help option on the flash parking meters either. Finally some guy came and manually let me out. I missed my following appointment from this non sense! Great quest experience, horrible parking experience.

They were like next day or day after, whatever works best for you! I was very grateful since I was in considerable pain. Arrived for my appt, be advised it's a tiny parking lot with a lot of construction work around it. Waiting area was nice and clean and chairs were comfy compared to most. Front office staff was friendly and helpful and quick to get everything in order for me to be ready for my appointment time. Paperwork via iPad was super simple and easy to fill out. Again be advised, just because people got there after you and get called before you to go back, doesn't mean they forgot about you. They offer many tests and some are quicker than others. I was called back by a wonderful lady named Sonya. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through step by step about my scan and what to expect during and after. She made sure I was steady on my feet before leaving and gave clear instructions for what to eat/drink and possible manageable side effects of the liquid I had to drink before testing. I highly recommend this office for quality customer service, patient care and efficient testing.

However, when I got there and was finally able to go back for the MRI they told me that they needed the remote!?!? I told them that nobody told me to bring the remote just to have it fully charged. So, they couldn't do my MRI after waiting 1 1/2 hours. I rescheduled my MRI and brought the remote this time and I have been waiting another 1 1/2 hours and the waiting room is full and they're saying it's going to be at least another hour before I can be seen. I also have an order for an MRI on my back but I will NEVER come back here again. Absolute nightmare.

Worse once I got them I told the "optician" I could not see out of the computer glass pair, and she kept insisting it was something I would have to get used to. I explained these are not progressive glasses that you have to get used to. They should work when I put them on. She insisted the Doctor requires a four week follow up. I said I can't wait four weeks!!! I have to work and read and write contracts for a living. I need to see now. She said it was afternoon and maybe my eyes were tired to try again in the morning. I did and had the same problem, I spent at least $1500 plus on two pairs of glasses! The next day after I take them home, I had to go to my regular eye doctor and have them take those lenses out and put my old ones back in one pair so I could see and work over the weekend! I then tried to wear the computer glasses a few more times but never worked. I then called multiple times no answer!!! So I sent a detailed email requesting a response or to speak with the doctor because I live an hour away. I also left a voicemail, and again a voicemail the next day. Now 48 hours still no reply!!! So I called again the third time and at 2:30 PM was told both doctors were out of the office. I asked why no one has called me or responded to my email and the receptionist said the 2 doctors/owners are both very busy with patients all day. I asked when can I expect to hear back from them tomorrow? She said she doesn't know because they're both very busy all day. I said tomorrow's Friday, so am I supposed to do wait through the whole weekend and just see what happens next week?! Pathetic customer service and no way to treat patients in need of glasses spending thousands! They say their Theralense company is Superior for those needing prisms. Apparently here's ZERO expected follow up with the doctor for one month after the optician gives you your glasses! Beware! There's apparently few BVD binocular vision disorder (or miss alignment problem in my case) specialty doctors, which is why I engaged here. But there was another I found in Tomball, may have to check out. They say zero refunds also!!! BEWARE!!! I'm now referring to these doctors as the Wizards of Oz because they're behind an iron curtain and impossible to engage with beyond your initial visit. At least my experience so far. Really pathetic when you spent so much time and money that the opticians and receptionist are super flipping and you can't get any answers or return calls or emails about your concerns, or next steps to take!!!
