I feel this was the most rude experience. I have had almost anywhere. You do not Continue talking to employees and ignore your customer. I did report it over to the manager customer service and she said she was going to talk to the two employees that were involved. If you work in customer service, I know it's difficult. I've done it plenty of times myself. But the number one rule is you acknowledge your customer. Acknowledge them when they walk up to. You acknowledge them when it's time to leave. On my ONLY refills at Target ( in February ) the copays jumped. Using my BCBS reports, CVS's inital cost for the meds were 4.98% - 11.25 % and 19.75 % higher than Meijer's initial cost. Really strange when I leaned that CVS owned the PBM!! Moved my meds and ALL my business back to Meijer. They are stealing from senior citizens
