Im not able to pick it up on the day the refill is due because I will be hours away. So now I just have to go without my medication?? Their unwillingness to work with myself or my doctor shows that they dont truly care about their patients. How can someone be okay with saying to their patient that they will just have to go without their medication? Super frustrating.
