No one in here speaks English. There is no Aisle J38 where the door sweepers are supposed to be. The 'J' Aisle ends at J37 I've been in here for over 30 minutes trying to get the app to work right, get past all of the damn ads and try and find my item. The app doesn't even show your previous purchases with ease. I had to search through the app just to find my recent purchases. Avoid this walmart. The attendants there has no common sense whatsoever. There were 2 keyboard/mouse sets on clearance, one the box was sealed, the other box the seal looked opened. Before checking out I wanted to make sure the open box, everything was there so I looked inside, saw the mouse was missing but before I could look deeper in the box the manager there told me NOT to open the box, I explained to him it was already open and that before buying it I wanted to check to make sure all was there. He had an attitude with me telling me I had no common sense. I bought the one sealed up but didn't buy the other. Never been a Walmart fan but I was accompanying mi primo on a mission. We tried to grab a cart but it wouldn't move. My cousin said they have theft magnets on them. I'm unaccustomed to such trickery and remained baffled as to how u could obtain a cart. They were all over the parking lot but none of them moved. Feeling like fools we gave up and walked the aisles cart-less. Speaking of aisles, they were pretty unkempt and I saw few employees working them as well. Alot of merchandise was missing and what was available was heaped about unattractively. The staff seems concentrated at the front and the priority seems to be theft deterent. We didn't find what we were looking for and promptly left. He may return I however will not. read more

This is a very large Walmart. Their produce isn't particularly good quality and I avoid purchasing that. Their website, in terms of pricing, can be sketchy, on their website, it will say, "when purchased online" in tiny print below the item price. The staff are generally helpful and friendly-getting there early is a must! read more

We ordered items for pickup ahead of time and some items, such as water, weren't available. Instead of asking us whether we wanted to substitute, they completed the order without the items. When we got to the store, they told us there was no way to add the items to our list but we would have to stand in line to get them. The line was extremely long, and it would have completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time. The store was really crowded with barely any space to walk. They didn't seem to be taking covid precautions with respect to capacity restrictions or social distancing. Probably won't go back. read more

I ordered an item online for pick up at the store and did not expect that picking up was so easy! They have a system! Just enter the last 4 digits of the order confirmation into the screen at the end of the store (the orange wall) and a person came out with the item! No hassle, no crazy wait in line. read more

I am a frequent at this Walmart location and as always the carts almost never work...so I've come quite accustomed to either having a squeaky cart, having to hunt for a cart or..having a cart that just doesn't work ... Anyhow, upon today, I experienced the same scenario with the carts-my cart today was squeaky, but no worries this is how this Walmart rolls...loll a light joke. :) The bathrooms were a mess...sad but expected...I didn't need much today so to my excitement everything that I needed today was in stock...until I got to the line..LONG LINES in all Lanes...but as I was waiting in line a mobile cashier asked me if I was using a "card" only and checked me out via an express route by using a portable register that looks like a cell phone. Markeisha was polite and thanked me for my business...thank you Markeisha :) I took away 2 stars for the nasty bathrooms, and the way the functioning of the carts. read more

Almost everything was well above advertised prices ($6 for cereal priced at 4, $60 for a clothes rack that said it was $30, $25 for a $22 bike pump to name a few), line took half an hour when 3 registers were open, although even with 20+ people in each line there were no new registers opening, and when I finally got to the front the person checking me out was extremely rude when I told her I was surprised how much things were costing. Customer service was closed and nobody knew where to find things, and the floors were super dirty with items strewn all over. Easily worst Walmart I've been to. Not sure who the blame, I can't blame the register too much for being mean because she was clearly overworked and had no support. Management maybe? Regional management? This place is always in chaos. Anytime that I come here the store is super crowded and there never seems to be enough cashiers. I come here regularly to pickup baby formula and diapers for my babygirl. The prices are like most Wal-Mart's...which is why they are so busy. Usually it's hard to find an employee to assist you. It's almoat as if they are hiding. The attitude of the customers that tend to shop here is very rude and nasty. And parking is almost impossible. I've seen people parking in the space next to a handicap parking spot that is needed for loading and unloading wheelchairs. Very inconsiderate. read more

This is the closest Walmart to me, so it's convenient to get necessary Staples in a hurry. The problem is that it screams ghetto. I don't know what's worse the people that go in there, and I realize I'm in there too, or the way they maintain the inside. This place just looks dirty and broken all the time. I realize Walmart is Walmart and if you must go try the one at on Roosevelt Boulevard at Grant Road in the Northeast. That one is even bigger but it is kept clean well-stocked and the people there seem to be more helpful. First, look at how they have the aisles? How are people supposed to shop? I absolutely hate this Walmart there managers need better training. And they definitely profile their customers. I brought a 52 inch tv and as I was walking out I was stopped by a manager and asked if I brought it. I had my receipt in my hand but I also was walking out with one of their staff to help me load it. When I asked why was I stop considering I know they have cameras, and they check the receipt at the door she stated because I thought you should be stopped. I called corporate and never received a call back. She was extremely nasty and unprofessional. I've also contact the BBB. I believe if I wasn't a POC ( person of color) this would never have happened. read more

Quite possibly the worst shopping experience I've ever had IN MY LIFE, except for maybe the one on COLUMBUS AVENUE!!!!!!! This is a miserable store. The cashiers are miserable and so are the customers.. the store just gives off this vibe that makes you want to f-ck somebody up!!! From the minute you pull into the over-crowded parking lot, it's survival of the fittest!!!!! Dodging wayward shopping carts and crazed drivers, you're already on the defensive before you've even entered the store! The parking lot is strewn with trash, used diapers, old car parts, and beer cans... and the inside of the store is EVEN WORSE!! Utter chaos and mayhem await you when you walk through the door: screaming babies,cursing mothers and customers arguing over who was in line first. Why do I do it to myself? I hate coming here. It is the closest to my house so sometimes I have no choice. First, most of the cashiers are really slow, so don't come if you have other things to do. How is the express lane slower than a normal line. My second poblem is how disorganized the store is. This is the worst place on EARTH! We made the mistake of having something shipped from an online order. I waited in line for 20 min at Customer [dis]service...they do not respect lines and 2 people even cut in front. Then, when finally my turn, the cashier rudely told me that I had to go to the back. After waiting for 15 minutes in the new line, I was told they could not find it in the system by my name. I then looked up the number and now had to go to the end of the line. First, I went on line see if the store had the item. It stated that it was in stock. I went to the store today, about 1PM, I could not find the item I was looking for. Then went to the Front Office, lady said she'd get me a manager. "Chrystal (sp?)" appears. I asked her for the item, she states, "Well, do you look for it?" I reply "yes." She decides, "Nope." That's it. She didn't offer to look for it, she didn't check to see if it was in the stockroom. "Nope" was as much as she was willing to give the customer. Way to go, Walmart. Back in College it was this particular Wal-Mart that switched me over to a Target shopper. In my pervious job I was a vender in this store and have to stay the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I feel like its the cliental that makes this Wal-Mart below average. Even after the store got remodeled it went back to looking like a tornado hit it within a short few months. However it is super close to work so although the store tends to be a mess and if you hit it wrong the lines are horrendous I'll probably continue to shop here out of convenience. read more

Horrible, I don't know where to start. The parking lot was full of people peddling items out of their car or soliciting sales out side of the door. One you enter the store there were no carts available to shop with, no hand sanitizer, not wipes. garbage lay on the floors up to your ankles. After I went through the thresh hold I was stuck in the store because of the one direction automatic gates. I did not shop at this location, there were several hundred people in line waiting to check out with the 2 cashiers working. Everyone was crammed in shoulder to shoulder with no social distancing, not signs or anyone directing social distancing either. many people including one of the 2 cahiers were not wearing masks. I shouldn't have to fear getting sick, or killing a loved one just to pick up some items from he store. When I was leaving this location I mentioned to who appeared to be on o the CSMs what I saw, her response was so what, if you don't like it, don't shop here. I will never return to this Walmart, as she suggested, I will go to the target, I suggest the same to you. read more

Let me say it from the start, do not come to this Walmart. That's pretty much it. The store is currently remodeling, but it still doesn't excuse the store. The long lines are what drive me crazy about this Walmart and they don't have the greatest variety of selection. The Customer service area needs makeover hopefully that's included with their remodel. The bathroom had a broken soap dispenser, they actually had a half gallon bottle of watered-down soap that you pour into your hands to wash them. Smh. Oh well, take your chances and enjoy. read more

I sent my friend to get my prescription filled at the Walmart pharmacy and they said it would cost 41.00, she called me with the price, and I told her don't get it. I then called a pharmacy on Chelten ave, and was told the med would cost only 10.00. I couldn't believe the 31.00 that I saved by not getting my scrip filled there.
