Despite having a scheduled time, we weren't seen until close to 4:00 PM. There was no clear organization in the line appointments and walk-ins were mixed together, and walk-ins were being taken before those with reservations. When our appointment time had already passed and we stepped forward to ask when we would be seen, we were criticized by others in line, which was uncomfortable and completely avoidable with proper line management. The most disappointing part was the actual interaction with Santa. There was little engagement with the kids, they weren't asked what they wanted for Christmas. This was especially frustrating since the reservation form specifically asks what your child wants for Christmas. What's the point of including that information if it's never used? We made an appointment expecting a smoother process and a more magical, personalized experience for our kids. Unfortunately, neither happened. Definitely not what we expected, especially during the holidays.

They told me pick up tomorrow and someone will call you, I will put a big sign on your order...ok fine. Friday comes..no call all day, so I call and i am getting the run around...then the girl asks..did u cancel your order? What!!! No I didn't!! Well I will have my manager call you later. I tell her I am working so I will not be able to answer my phone. Fine. She calls and leaves a message..I call her back..then a guy tells me he has no clue what is going on but I will call my manager and have her call you or I will call you back. Again no call all night! So I call again on Saturday morning..getting the run around again just trying to find this manager to talk to. Finally she comes on the phone and blames me for not answering my phone when I specifically told the girl I am not able to answer my phone. Anyways..she tells me her order of paper never come in so will not be ready until Monday! I ask if I can have it done at another Walmart..she tells me she don't know the supply there. At that point she should've offered to find out for me..that would've been excellent customer service since they screwed up! But no she never so I had to cancel my entire order and get my pics somewhere else. Good job losing a paying customer. They don't work on commission but word of mouth goes a long way..so I would never recommend this photo center to anyone who wants there pics done in a timely matter. And I only gave 1 star because I had to

She has an incredible ability to connect with children, and our little ones were laughing and genuinely smiling throughout the session -- no forced smiles here! Rita was patient, engaging, and made the experience so fun that our kids didn't even realize they were "posing" for photos. She has an eye for those perfect candid moments, and the way she used natural light and scenery made every shot beautiful. I found Rita through the Fertility Institute of Hawaii! After going through our fertility journey…read moreand having our successful IVF transfer we wanted to make sure to record this Little's one's life as much as possible! We first did my maternity shoot with Rita and I knew we were going to have a great time from our first phone conversation! She is so patient and considerate. I am plus size and it's not easy to find someone who is good at capturing larger bodies in a flattering way, RITA CAN!!! Which is so nice! I felt so comfortable and beautiful in my photos. I am so grateful to her for that! The next greatest part was she included our pup Rose in the photos! 4 weeks ago I gave birth to our little Quinn and we got her photoshoot just before she was 2 weeks old. Rita was so gentle and sweet with her and found such amazing backdrops and props for her. I was even able to breastfeed in the middle of the session! She even was happy to incorporate the quilt made by my husband's grandmother and the blanket with elephants to represent my grandmother. So magical. I can't wait to continue working with Rita, we got her "Grow with Me" package for Quinn and I am looking forward to the magic we will create!

We were all a little anxious about whether we'd know how to pose or if we'd look awkward, but our photographer Brogan immediately put us at ease. He was so friendly and made us all feel comfortable in front of the camera. He was also great at getting us to laugh and act silly, and those pictures ended up being some of our favorites! The final photos were absolutely beautiful. We were also really happy that the Bliink team gave us the chance to request edits--my sister's red tank top straps clashed with everyone's blue outfits, and the photo editor was able to seamlessly remove them. We'll always treasure the photos, and we would absolutely use Blinnk again!

Just to be clear our appt was for 12/6/25 and it was booked on 11/25/25, not last minute. The young girl at the desk listened to my frustration. She tried to book us for the next day but my son was leaving at 5:00am. She finally said she would do the photos herself. However, I do not think she was a photographer. She had no experience with the baby and just kept saying "Smile Baby". The photos were okay, but out of 119 we liked 4 or 5. This was the second time we used them, the last time wasn't great either and it was for my daughter's engagement. We thought we would try again. We bought a few but only because we did so much to make it happen. SO disappointing for a Marriott approved company. I feel they would have used a better photographer at their resort.

Door states "Under New Management", daughters been a customer since October 2011. Never had an…read moreissue until today....poor customer service. Had to resort to calling the mainland customer service number for them to confirm my granddaughters pictures were in-fact in the studio. The new management had no apologies, no explanation but stated, the order that was due by 3/2 in fact was not in the office, the only one they had on hand was actually a "wrong order", but they were going to give us the "wrong order" anyways. Long story short, the person who took the pictures told my daughter the day of picture taking 2/14 that a double order was place in error but delivery is scheduled 3/2. The "new management" , went on today to state 2x's in our conversations that person (who took the pictures) was "fired by the company" which is a total breach of confidentially. The "new management" was very arrogant and when I told them that customer service must not be their 'priority', "new Management" stated in our conversation that making the company money was the priority...that 99% of the customers are satisified, 1% (meaning us) are only trying to get things free...? Really, the package was paid for at the time of ordering...according to their schedule that is on the wall and what came directly out of the "new Management's" mouth was pictures taken 2/14-2/20 would be available for pick up by 3/2. So tell me, if both orders were placed on the same day, when does the "correct order" get delivered??? "New management" wasn't listening to what was spewing from the lips, what a hypocrite. Nevertheless, this will be the last pictures we pay for from them.
