Seriously the worst walmart I've ever encountered. The workers are some miserable people. Customer Service goes a longggg way and they seriously lack customer service. It is pretty ghetto here. I prefer going to the Walmart in Chino Hills but I thought they would have what I needed. Wrong!!! Their cosmetic dept always looks so messy like they never straighten. Empty holes, makeup looking like it's been used, and empty boxes of stolen stuff hidden behind products. I can leave here tonight and come back in a week and expect to see the same empty holes and messy shelves. It's happened before. The cashiers are the only redeeming quality here. I'm currently waiting in line at this Walmart location. I've been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. It is midday on a Sunday and they had four lanes open. When they finally begin opening Lanes, the lanes were stuck when they realized the ones they open have no money in them. So here I am currently waiting, long enough for me to write this review. Went in to return an item that was over 80 dollars the lady in customer service LUZ told me I had to go to the Walmart I originally bought it from they couldn't take it because it was more than 80 dollars I paid 102.36 with tax for the item at another Walmart and I asked her can I see your return policy, LUZ told me that's what our store does, she didn't show me anything regarding returns it's not even behind the receipt, LUZ was very rude about it. Very poor customer service. I went into wal mart looking for fabric, I tried to grab an employees attention but everyone looked so "busy" and was ignoring me. After waiting for about 15-20 mins I called the store to have employee come to the department. No one came. I went to the front and I asked Jeanette, a lady who was in charge of the self service machines, if I could get some assistance. Her reply was "I can't help you, they need to cut the fabric for you." I asked her nicely "if she could send someone again there and she replied she couldn't. I then insisted on asking her who was working in that department or if she could ask her supervisor. MORE LIKE CRAWLMART! I accept that we all need Wally World from time to time because Target can be overpriced, but the employees at the check stand seem like they are new or high. Went in for a few things and was there for an hour. Forty minutes of that was at the check stands. The first line was by the liquor and the customer being checked could not find her second cash stash to pay for her crap as we stood there waiting and waiting. Finally another cashier came to the second register behind us and loaded up her stand with bags (slowly), and then helped the customers in front of her and not who was next (me). I got out of that line and went to the next aisle to a real short line. The cashier SLOWLY rang up the customer and then got to some coupon she didn't understand and turned on her blinking light and it took FOREVER for a supervisor to come and help. We waited so long in this line that we went to self checkout. My little boy scanned his item twice and then we had to wait for the cashier to be found to come and void the extra item. I continued scanning the merchandise and then we got to the sale of liquor and we had to locate and wait for the cashier again to clear the register for the sale of liquor! The customer service is awful. Why do they have fish for sale if they are not going to have anyone to help get the fish. They keep announcing overhead speaker that we needed assistance and nobody ever came. Also the pharmacy is closed for lunch they took way longer to come back and we had to leave. Walmart's website was down, all I could think of was "this is why I don't shop online nor In store at Walmart , great" I decided to call the store near me and the manager was so great! He gave me the online price, saved it for me (it was the last one) and I am above and beyond happy with my new camera, got a fantastic deal and I loved how the manager really took the time to look for it yet alone save it! I was arriving at what looked like an open cashier. The cashier in a yellow vest says that she is only in there to help the lune next to her and that she was leaving soon and did not want to get stuck helping ppl. Wow right! Made a late run to walmart 20 minutes before they closed- picked up a couple of things and headed to the electronics department for a very needed TV. The associate in that department was really nice and helpful, he let us complete our other non electronic purchases in his department. Great service. Went home, setup the new TV and suddenly realized I did not have my phone , hour and a half later.. I called it and nothing .. I just knew I must have left it at walmart.. knowing I'd need it the following day to log in to work, I decided to go back to walmart hoping someone would be able to assist..we pulled up to the front of the store where I seen two walmart employees , who were obviously done for the day, we asked if they could please check if they found my lost phone and with NO hesitation what's so ever , she went back into the store to ask. She came back asked me to describe it and she happily confirmed they found my phone. Honestly, I was not expecting to find it or even if anyone would be able to assist AFTER HOURS!! I visited this location today and i have to say this place is terrible . It is our local Wal-Mart but i will never step in here again . Who is running this place ? Today I waited in line for so long with my little ones . I just wanted to drop all that i had and leave . 14 check out stands and only one person ringing up . The line was long and moving so slow. I was so frustrated and so were my children and all other customers behind me . There was a customer who paced back and forth asking if they could please open another stand but the cashier couldn't answer . It wasn't his fault . Again where are the bosses ? I get to the cashier and he tells me they have NO BAGS FOR MY ITEMS . They were all out . I had over 10 items and my hands were full . As I walked towards the exit and asked a worker if i could have one of the trash bags that i seen and she said no those are their belongings .There was about 2 other people asking this same lady where management was and they wanted corporates number . I realized this lady was taking so much pressure and she was just an associate. I seen her eyes water because she was being approached by many frustrated customers . Her name was Jeanette and i hope the person who runs this place starts taking care of their employees and business . While these people are working hard and taking heat the bosses continue to sit behind closed doors . This place wont last much longer. I do not understand how this store is still open!! I want to take that one star but in order to review I had to give them a star that they do not deserve. Second time I come here and reason for today's visit is because it was on my way to meet someone. First of all I wanted to return an online order they refused because of covid19 and they had no idea of when they will be accepting returns but most likely is was until 2021 according to an associate. I then proceed to the jewelry department to buy a 10k ring and according to the jewelry department associate she could not let me try on the ring due to covid19. So then I asked to speak to management and they said they have to obey COVID policy and ask what that was, they said no one can try one anything, so I looked around and in front of me there were a handful of people trying on shoes, on my right others trying on clothes and brackets and watches, I pointed that to them to why aren't they informing that policy on the floor? According to them what they are not going to walk around each aisle to enforce the rule so they are just turning a blind eye so they are only encoring it in the jewelry department which is rather insane since they are on the other side of the counter they can sanitize the ring let someone try it on and sanitize it after they hand it back, but according to them they are just following policy HA! I called corporate and there is no such thing! Besides they do not have any signs up stating "due to COVID-19, we cannot let you try on the jewelry" management is a joke! In addition they get mad because I called them out on their nonsense, what is happening is that they are to lazy to disinfect. This is a double standard I felt discriminated. I will be going back one last time since corporate mentioned to me that there is no such thing of people trying on a ring. Also, they thought I was joking when I said that I will be calling corporate on them "Desiree and Gil" from Walmart to put this on record and they basically smirk and said "go ahead and call them, all they will do is send us an email and when you return we will tell you the same thing" so basically they are abusing their power and sounded like a pair of bullying kids. read more

I would leave less if I could. I'm sooo beyond sick of having my receipt checked and my bags looked in everytime I leave. Walmart makes you feel like a criminal. I told the guy he shouldn't be looking in other women's bags when the lady in front of me clearly got upset when he did. He said to me " I have sisters and a girlfriend."
