I wanted to share a heads up with Walmart customers-specifically at this store. I purchased a sealed box of baseball cards. They were the wrong ones so I went to return the sealed box. I was told I couldn't return since there was a "policy between Walmart and Topps (card company) that did not allow returns. This was not on the item nor on the receipt. When I asked for a manager- his response was that "their return policy was on their website". He actually said " there are a lot of items listed that can't be returned". Am I expected to look up the website and check every item as I shop - before I purchase? He didn't answer. I have tried contacting Walmart via the website and chat and no response. I won't shop at a business who misleads their customer. Redirect your business to Target or Amazon. read more

Two stars only for the competitive prices. The store itself makes me fee like I am going to get COVID as the aisles are small and social distancing is impossible. Always long lines and mostly self check out. You cannot get many of the items in the beauty and health section without ringing the bell for an attendant and then having a big plastic case to take to checkout for something small such as mascara or a razor blade. A little ridiculous way to deter shoplifters. Also today, the teenage greeters at the door started laughing and talking about me right in front of me, super unprofessional. If Target were a little closer I would definitely go there and pay a bit more. read more

Generally I hate Walmart due to their business practices but out of necessity I've had to visit this location twice. The experience was alright, and the prices were very cheap. I visited the wine section and was pleasantly surprised that they sell the same wines they sell at other stores for a discounted price of around $2-$3 less. That's almost a 20-30% discount for alright-tasting low-tier wines. Their candle section is what actually drew me here as I was in need of some fragrant candles. They have sales on certain things, so keep a close eye out for them! read more

Store is open from 6 to 11 but when your want to return an item you have to be there by 7. Today when I went at 6:55 they had already closed the line no employees and took 5 minutes to locate a manager and when I asked him I want to do a return he stated they close at 7 and when I told him I was there prior to 7 he did my return with an attitude. It's not acceptable that each store closes there customer service at whatever time they want I will never recommend or shop at Walmart Stevensons Ranch ! In addition when walking away the lead and the employee starts talking about the customer among them self then called to complain to there 1800 number put on hold then was disconnected. This review is done for the corona pandemic experience at the store. It isn't to isolate any one person, but management should take greater care of safety for both workers and customers, which is lacking considerably. I visited Walmart today by Stevenson Ranch. What was the scariest experience is that NO ONE is following the SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDE of 6 feet apart and not following the signs that start "DO NOT ENTER" isle and "ENTER" ISLE. This is nightmare, horrible experience. If management or any worked would take 30 minutes to walk around the store to observed how customers are walking about, it should bring tears to their eyes. Obviously, management and people do NOT care about being safe because if they did, they would do a better job at giving or REMINDING everyone about needing to follow the guidelines to SAVE LIVES. you don't know which ONE or more person that is walking into the store that has the virus... and they are touching and breathing everywhere. Be careful when you park your car in the parking lot. If you're visiting the store late at night someone may try to break in or vandalize your car. There's absolutely no security. One guy walked around the store and followed me while his friend attempted to rip out my catalytic converter from my car. Even tried to stall me in the parking lot while his friend continued. Unfortunately I didn't catch them doing it until it was too late. read more

I've been going to this Walmart store since it opened. Since this COVID-19 the store has changed. For the past 2 and half months I've been trying to buy face masks from the store. The store has always been out. Yesterday, I was turned away by a very rude employee. He called me a, " social dummy" for not wearing a mask. The employee further went to say that the company now required all customer's to wear masks. This is so ridiculous. I came to this Walmart two weeks ago and this afternoon and they are out of bags again! No one there cares, Either. The girl checking receipts as you leave was a smartalick and said, "start a riot!" (Over there being no bags.) So rude. When you spend money in a store. It would be the best Walmart if they only had one checkout stand open with a human cashier. I tried to buy beer at the self checkout. There was a cashier standing by the check out to tell me I can't buy beer without a cashier, but no checkout stands had a cashier. I asked her where to go. She said she needed to check. Workers are fine but this isn't a super-store location. Why one star? They close off the extra doors at 8pm.. I guess due to high theft / shrinkage [makes sense, there is a freeway off ramp right around the corner and the cell phone stores in the area keep getting knocked over on a near weekly basis]. You know what would help this? Maybe having lights on at night? THERE ARE NO LIGHTS ON IN THE PARKING LOT HERE AT NIGHT. NONE. The location is on a 2 MILE LONG STRIP MALL that is completely lit up at night EXCEPT for the Walmart section which is pitch black at night. The managers know about it but I guess they are two cheap to pay the power bill for the parking lot or they have some dispute with the property management. Be careful having Oil Change at this place. They will check off everything that they promised to do like carpet vacuum, windshield cleaning, etc. They don't do it. Who knows, they probably don't even change your oil filter. Just stay away from this place. read more

For the most part I always find what I need. They don't sale a lot of organic products. Most of the items I found are on the cheaper end of things. Rude... another customer and I wanting to purchase back pack in camping area. They are all locked. No associated to help anywhere. A quick walk several departments away and run into one pushing a cart. I ask if she can help me. Her response? "I'm with another customer." Instead of let get someone to help you. The worst when it comes to online order pick up. Placed an order online around 4:30 yesterday for my husband to pick up on his way home from work. He gets there about ten minutes of 8 before the pick up counter closes and the order still isn't ready. He literally walked to the aisle with the photo I sent him of the order, picked up the two items, and purchased them. This is the worse store I've ever been in. Every single time I come there's always an issue. Right now I had to wait at a checkout for ten minutes while they found a manager only to tell me I couldn't buy an item they had for sale. This happened before with a pair of pajamas and is the last straw for me. I'm never shopping here again. Also, they're always stocking while you're trying to shop. It's absolutely ridiculous considering the store closes at 12 and they can do that while we're not in the store. It's a safety issue that is a million dollar lawsuit in the making. At some point one of these sky high towers is going to fall on a customer and be a huge payout, so you're inconsiderate attempt to save money at the cost of customer service is going to bite you in the end. Everything about this store is garbage. Self check out is great here.. always moves fast. Employees are nice. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES. The company is greedy! Day after the bag law passes in CA. They tell their employees to run through the store and snatch out all the bags and immediately start charging. No signs in the store stating this UNTIL you hit the register. So here i am cart full..wondering where the hell the bags are, only to be told we need to pay for them and how many did i need? I have a cart full or groceries, i have no idea! Not ONE sign alerting your customers of your immediate need for charging. Ended up just leaving EVERYTHING in the shopping cart and left to VONS, who is NOT charging right away. read more

this is the closest walmart near me and i'm very happy it is. it always has everything i need! isles are always cleaned and organized. employees are very helpful and have a very good energy to them. i have noticed that there isn't too many cash registers ever open, 3 or 4 at most, but then yet again- almost everyone does self checkout now. so the lines to the 3-4 cash registers are never long. they also have a McDonalds in there, that's great because i love my coffee :) there is so much parking and btw, this walmart also has a garden outdoor section. read more

Who would've thought that a big corporation as Walmart would have the audacity to pull a bait-&-switch maneuver on it's innocent yet naive customers. They have a spotless track record for these things right? For all I know this could've been going on for years and allowed Walmart to rake in a couple more millions. Boy would Sam Walton be proud. So I go into Walmart today to pick up my photos and once again, just like a week ago, they overcharge me by a couple dollars. Last week I was overcharged almost 5 dollars and this time I was overcharged by 2. Now, granted it's only 2 dollars, I can just say hell with it, pay and leave, but I'm really itching to know why the hell they keep overcharging me. The first time the lady Jaquiem's (who I must say is the Official real-life rendition of Humpty Dumpty with a mullet) response was "I'm not sure but sometimes they charge you for some fee's I'm not sure of." I told her "look, do the math, I have 175 prints and they're 15 cents each. This total does not come out to that. Her response "urrr, my manager's not answering his phone you need to come back later to get a refund." I laughed, and demanded I get a refund and finally did after bantering for a good 5 minutes about how they shouldn't charge me for things they don't even know. So today I go back and the same thing happens. Jaquiem's mullet is about an inch longer, but her trashy attitude hasn't changed a bit. This time before I paid I did the math again and again, they were wrong. I sigh, and tell Jaquiem the same story and her response is "they charge you for something but I'm not really sure what it is!" Okay... I'm beginning to think I can better understand Kepler's theory of planetary motion from a 3 year old than her explanation of why they keep overcharging me. Patience... patience She makes a few phone calls and tells me that it's 17 cents a print and not 15 cents. Then why the fuck does it say on 3 different signs that it's 15 cents?! She's speechless. I ask to speak to the manager and after 10 minutes of waiting I tell him the exact same thing. By now, I have about 5 different audience members listening, staring and waiting to see how things unravel. They're watching a freaking Law & Order episode and I feel like I'm on stage for the American Idol audtion. He finally succumbs. Acting like he's doing me some huge favor, he tells me that he'll charge me 15 cents a print this time but next time it'll be 17 cents. I love Walmart, in general. Walmart usually has the same items as other retailers however at a fraction of the cost. I'm not going to go into specifics of Walmart because any American probably already knows them. However, I do want to express a concern I have with this specific location. It's not organized and often times just plain messy. Items are misplaced, missing, no shelved correctly and there is always a sense of chaos trying to locate something. Then they have the "clearance" isle....it's scary to walk through it. I would say, 40% of the time that I have been there, floors had spills or stains from previous spills. This isn't K-Mart, this is supposed to be the World's biggest retailor! At least have someone clean up the floors for Pete-sake! read more

I don't want to rag about the inside but rather the Auto Service. I remember going in for a new tire (I had a flat tire and was getting nervous about driving on a spare with my commutes) They were in a rush because of all the cars they had, but they said they wouldn't take too long. Not like I had much choice to leave and then come back so I walked around the shopping centre for about an hour before sitting and waiting in their waiting room for another 15mins or so. They finally came out saying it was ready and everything was good. Just now I went to see that tire I changed flat (found a pin lodged into it), no big deal, things like this happen all the time when you drive long distances. Tried to change it back to the spare but had difficulty which led to two wheel studs were found cross-threaded and they broke off. Now i'm stranded incapable of driving. I am surprised of the incompetence the mechanics had to do such a thing, yes you are using the machines to put the nuts back on but the least you can do is place it on the bolt by hand assuring that it'll go back in correctly instead of throwing it on and cross-threading. I hate complaining but I do not hesitate when it is something that is dangerous and incompetent. read more

After my ridiculous experience getting an oil change at the Walmart in CC... I decided to check out tire prices on my lunch break and I pulled the trigger to get the tires later on. Pulled up, an older man greeted me was pleasant he was finishing up with a customer and then quickly helped me out. Another guy helped me out, he was nice and professional as well. Quoted me 45 mins for service, so I shopped around and came back, sat in the little waiting room for awhile..There was a tv and some magazines. Never again will I use this Walmart for an oil change. First they couldn't open the access cover so took a pair of pliers to it. Then they couldn't open the oil fill cap. Then they ran out of 10 - 30 bulk oil and charged for a bottled product. But first they wanted to use 5-30 instead. Well my vehicle has a oil reservoir and you shouldn't mix viscosities. I explained that point and they then tried to explain it wouldn't matter, which it does. Then when i went to pay it was the wrong amount. Too high by $15. So the whole process cost $10 bucks more then it should and took 1-1/2 hours for an oil change. read more
